I work close by and frequently grab coffee from this location. While their coffees and food often never disappoint, I am tired of having to deal with their customer service when it comes to mobile orders. I’m not usually one to complain, however almost every single time I order online I’m waiting in the lobby anywhere from 5-15 mins for someone to turn their back and give me the opportunity to ask for my coffee (that I can see behind the counter?????). Totally understandable y’all have other things to do but the energy and service when it comes to mobile orders needs some work!

I asked for a cold coffee with no ice because I have sensitive teeth and ice hurts when I have it in my drinks. They proceeded to tell me they would not fill my coffee up all the way because the coffee is priced with ice included.What? I’ve been going to Dunkin for more than 20 years, ordering the same thing and no one has ever pulled that on me. Pretty ugly and inconsiderate of them to do. I won’t be tipping them or giving them gift cards at Christmas and their birthdays like I did the last location.

We ordered 2 iced medium coffee drinks for $5. The drinks are awesome and much more reasonably priced than Starbucks. Highly recommend.

Met Jasmine for the first time yesterday. She’s super nice and professional. I usually don’t know what I want but she was super helpful and patient. A great example of what an employee should be. Definitely made my day. She also introduced me to the Dunkin app so I can get points towards rewards and free drinks! Awesomeness!!!!

I just want to say the kids at This store are rude Because I didn't get my bagel The way IThe way I wanted One of the boys there Said I was a problem ?Thank you Dunkin Donuts For not having a manager there that's actually an adult ! Very upset!! Teach these rude kids some manners! And to treat your customers with respect! I won't be back to this store again. The one on sixes rd by chevron and McDonald's.

The staff at this location is extremely rude. My drink order was incorrect after ordering through the mobile app. The staff proceeded to argue with me that it was my mistake. After finally agreeing to correct the order they continued to reprimand me for the mistake to the point that I told them I was willing to pay the difference even though it wasn’t my mistake because they continued to make me feel like I was trying to get something for free. They refused but continued to be confrontational. I will never go to this location again. I am not one to write poor reviews usually however I cannot believe how much this situation escalated over a $3 coffee. I have never been treated so poorly by staff as I was here. I would never recommend this location. Even if your order is correct, employees are rude and wait time is unexceptionable.

Great staff when I went. Quick and coffee was spot on. I said I'd never go back to Dunkin after my last 6 bad experiences. This location has a good crew and has at least one guy that knows how to move his feet.

The milk I bought was expired, it was nearly a week past the expiration date and it tasted sour. Upon realizing this, I informed an employee and they just looked at me and said “well that’s all the milk we got”. Nothing else. I asked for some water bottles instead and got them with a bit of an attitude. Not great service at this location, surprised there wasn’t anything immediately offered to me after relaying the information of their expired milk.

I've been trying to support this place since it's open every now and again the coffee taste okay in the food is edible. Today I ordered a large hot coffee and got a cold one(no ice just rom temp watered down coffee) I ordered the egg wraps and it taste like burnt plastic. Of course this is a few minutes down the road on my way to work so thanks fir a horrible 2 hour drive with food and drink items that are not consumable

I have been to this dunkin just a couple of times and I do not understand why both times the staff has attitude and is just rude. They are short and not nice. There was a girl that seemed new and she was the nicest one there. I will not give my money to this one again. I will go out of my way to at least be treated nicely. If you really don’t like your job please find one you will be happy at.

they forgot to give me a straw. i reversed horribly to ask for one and was nowhere close to the window. the guy running the drive thru perfectly launched the straw through my car window while it was pouring rain. i wasn’t even upset about them forgetting the straw, but that launch made up for it. this is a good location that i go to almost every day, the employees are super nice and patient (:

Refused to refund a donut that was charged for said they did not have the managers card. After saying I was robbed told me she could pay me with her money in s sad face. refused to call manager. consistently make mistakes but have always corrected my order. They could have at least given me a gift card or something like another donut or coffee if no refund.

These employees don’t know what customer service is. I used to go here every morning and get a large iced coffee with a large iced water. This morning, they refused to give me a large iced water. I even offered to pay extra for it. They also didn’t make my drink right. You would think they would be able to make a $4 cup of coffee right. I guess that’s why Starbucks has cars wrapped around their building and Dunkin’ doesn’t have any cars in their drive thru.

The laziest children in the world run this store. Last order I placed some ungrateful girl gave me my soggy items without a bag. When I asked for a bag with napkins she gave me a bag with no napkins. Won't be eating at this trash store again.

This is a terrible store, the staff is extremely rude! The staff constantly bad mouths customers and also other employees in front of customers , noticed on multiple visits! The gentleman in the blue shirt comes from behind the dumpster smelling strongly of marijuana! Also witnessed he is extremely rude with the way he talks to the employees there! On the food service, the coffees are never stirred at all wether I have gotten a iced or hot coffee, you get a pile of ingredients caked at the bottom of your cup! The only thing good about this location is the donut products! If your not getting just donuts I would not recommend coming to this location for any coffee products!

My first try of the 'Power Breakfast Sandwich' oh my it was an absolute delight. Great taste, hot and really delicious I would have had another but I was already too full. The 'Iced Signature Latte' with whipped cream and caramel drizzle was quite a great combo. That 'Power Breakfast Sandwich' has now been added to my 'go-to' grabs...I am pleasantly satisfied!

Every time I order at this location I have to double check to make sure they correctly made my order. This last time I ordered (via app) and half my order was missing and then they added cheese to the sandwich for my daughter who is allergic to dairy. Very sketchy looking employees to boot that don’t wear hair nets or gloves when handling food.

Lately this Dunkin’ is so slow and messes up my order every time! They never know the difference between oat milk and almond milk. They’re not even apologetic when I have to drive back with the wrong coffee. I really hope they get it together soon and learn to pull up cars that have slow orders!

You too can go through the drive thru and when NO ONE else is in line there or inside and they STILL will mess up your drink. Ordered a hot coffee with cream and sugar and got coffee in a normal cup that was ice cold and literally had granules of sugar on the lid. Absolutely worthless location.
