I dropped off Jasper (rescued doodle boy) to the Holly Springs location. I picked up a brand new dog. He looked so great. I knew he felt better with a proper bath, nail trim, clean ears, and no more matted fur. Thank you to Amelia who made him handsome again!

We've been looking for good dog grooming at a reasonable price and I think we have finally found the right place. From the first call after submitting questions via email, to picking Piper up, the experience was great. Friendly, informative employees and a nice, clean facility. We are super pleased with her mini groom.

We had to switch groomers recently to someone closer to new home, and I worried how our anxious old little terrier would do. Well, he did great ... and he got the best cut of his life! I'm so pleased. The price was a wee bit higher than we had been paying, but let me tell you: worth every penny. We will be regulars for sure!

Took our two pups in as walk ins for a nail trim and they were so happy to fit us in. Each pup was done super fast and with no stress. The groomer who handled them was very pleasant and professional. Thanks for the great job!

Pancake is a senior dog that was rescued from the Gwinnett County Animal Center. Being a beagle Mix his coat he was given the shedders bat service (cut and bath) which turned out great! Also nails cut, ears cleaned. I could tell that Pancake enjoyed it very much and is looking forward to his next session on October 20. The Dog Wash Cafe is a tremendous place to bring your dog! Their employees take pride in their work with your dog.

The last three times have been great. It is an old dog who does not like being handled, so it can"t be an easy job for the groomer, yet they manage to take a completely shabby dog to one in excellent condition every time. Thank you for your excellent service.

Their refusal to correct a grooming that was done very poorly has lost me as a customer (only my 2nd time there). My dog's hair is uneven and was barely cut. They refused to fix it, and they refused to see him in person to see what it looks like. If they compared him to his last grooming they would clearly see that he was not groomed. Their unwillingness to do the right thing is very poor customer service, unprofessional and just wrong. A customer based business should not be one-size-fits all. The circumstance (ie-the holiday, etc) was not taken into consideration. See the attached photo-does this look like he just got a grooming?

I advised staff of my dog’s issues and they clearly listened. Usually my dog comes back to me after a grooming fairly traumatized. Not this time. They thoroughly groomed him in about 1 1/2 hours and called me to pick him up. Although happy to see me, he wasn’t trembling and nervous.

Standard poodle that is young and difficult to groom, Mary did a great job. He did have a reaction of some sort with his eyes afterwards. Possibly from shampoo or hair getting in them but seemed some better by the next day at the time of this post. Thanks Mary, I know he’s a challenge.

We dropped off our Mini Schnauzer for a long overdue haircut and we are blown away by the results. Elizabeth crushed it not only grooming our dog (Zuko) but she was so friendly and personable. The entire process was so quick and painless, and our dog is so happy! Couldn’t recommend this location and Elizabeth enough, we will definitely be coming back with Zuko in the future!!

They took great care of my 100 lb German Shepherd. I selected the service for shedding and they did a great job! No more tufts of fur blowing all over the place. She smelled so good too. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Just took my sweet Annie there today for a full groom and I am so thrilled with the work that Anna did for her! She's a skiddish dog, but actually warmed up to Anna right away. We have been looking for a new groomer since ours left her salon to be a vet tech and we have finally found one! Cannot recommend Dog Wash Cafe in Holly Springs enough and their prices are even better than petsmart!

Very happy with Dog Wash Cafe. Booking was super easy. Drop off and pickup was smooth. Lily has a double coat, and she came home super soft and free of her shedding undercoat. They did exactly as I asked and the price was right.

I normally cut my own dogs hair but do not have the time with two little ones now. Because I cut their hair normally, I am very particular on how they look when they are cut. When I took my dogs here I was able to add notes to point out my preferences and the groomer executed on all of my wishes perfectly. They dogs looked amazing! I will continue to take them back here as the dogs look great and they seem happy to go back and get groomed.

My dog is very anxious and was in need of some grooming pretty badly. Especially her nails. We just moved to the area so I was super stressed about finding someone that would have patience with my dog. We spoke over the phone about it and they worked us in that same day I called. Really positive atmosphere when we walked in. Although it meant nothing to my dog, lol, it made me feel better about the situation. Maybe a little too soon to say but I think I may have found her new place. They are definitely worth going to check out for yourself.
