Robert, the associate who helped me today, was so wonderful!! I ordered some posters to print out my wedding photos and Robert printed them and helped me at checkout. They turned out beautiful. Amazing customer service! Will be using this location for all my picture prints in the future.

An awful experience. I went in requesting plaxlovid for a positive test and I was told that I had to go to er which now probably going to get a $3000 bill as I'm uninsured. This has scared me off minute climics and I should've trusted My gut and gone to a different doctor instead of minute clinic. The person working by the counter in the store part kept rubbing his nose then touching stuff and blowing his nose and not sanitizing so I could literally see his germs going across the store, we're human and blow our noses but then sanitize after..., it was just a horrible experience from that minute clinic. The nurse had me scared saying she heard fluid and expitory violent wheezeing which the doctor at the hospital didn't hear so now I'm also very confused. I just don't recommend the store or that minute clinic anymore.

Do not call and ask them if they have anything because they will not ever check the computer All they'll do is ask the people of the vicinity around them if they have it and then give you that answer. It'd be amazing if we had these things called computers that you could look into to find out exactly where something is at but the workers here refused to do that How freaking lazy

READ THE REVIEWS PLEASE!On Monday Nov. 27th I had a serve cold so I scheduled a visit. After my visit I was told to go 2 FEET next door to the pharmacy & pick up my prescription. So, I did. The time was 1:10 pm & I stood there w/o a single greeting for about 5 min. Once greeted she said sorry we close for lunch at 1:30 please comeback at 5pm. So I left.Later that night around 6 I called to confirm my meds were ready & if it would be okay if my husband picked it up; I was told yes to both questions. Yet, when my husband arrived not only was it not ready but they also had no record of the prescription.THAT WAS SENT FROM THE MIN CLINIC TWO FEET AWAY?!Finally they found it after a 20 minute wait. With no reasons why it was lost in the first place.**Update** Nov. 30thI called the minute clinic on Nov. 29th because I needed a 2nd prescription due to the side effects of the first one. Once again the nurse practitioner "helped" & stated that she did not have what I needed but Town Lake did. I said great I'll pick it up tomorrow.Tomorrow arrives & I borrow my boss's car to drive to Woodstock. And AGAIN they could not locate my prescription!I tried to call the Sixes location but the line was so busy that I was placed in a que to await a call from the call center. Whilst I waited I pleaded with the Town Lake pharmacist to look again; even gave her my maiden name & still no luck.So I went to my car & waited but I needed to get my boss's car back. So I left in pain and discomfort. Then boom as soon as I make it back to Canton the Town Lake Pharmacy calls me to say they found my prescription & that they'd had it the whole time but it was under the WRONG NAME.I'm astonished at the pure disregard for patients time, their pain, and discomfort!

Is there anybody in charge here? I could not find a single employee. And the store looks like a dollar general. It's disorganized and very dirty. Dusty shelves. I walked right out. Whoever ya got managing this place does not know what they're doing.

COMPLETE ZERO. Was at Urgent Care in much pain from neck injury and needed steroids. Mistakenly my Rx was sent to Towne Lake 24 hour cause it was Sunday and the Great folks at Kroger had gone home, so I just asked to have it transferred. Since the pharmacy was closing in 12 minutes the pharmacist said “why don’t you just drive to Towne Lake”. I said cause I’m here and I’m in pain. After she and the girl had a whispering moment behind the computer screens I sad “just fill my prescription cause this is ridiculous”. And after being told I was rude my prescription was filled. Never will go back. Ridiculous NO SERVICE.

Came to get passport photo and there wasn't a single employee in the building outside of two people in the pharmacy. Waited for about 5 minutes for someone and looked around the store. This was in the middle of the day

Transferred my prescriptions here from Walgreens thinking they would be more competent. That was absolutely not the case. These pharmacy techs had no idea how to do their jobs and were not pleasant at all. Very unprofessional. Switched my prescriptions over to Sam’s club and was much more happy with their service. Never using CVS again.

I would give lower than 1 star if I could. I am so extremely over CVS. Brought in a paper prescription. Drive through was closed due to staffing issues. Waited in line to drop it off despite just having oral surgery. Was told it’d be 2.5 hrs before I could pick up. Came back several hours later, waited in another long line and was told that my prescription wasn’t ready — in fact, they were out of that particular prescription. No call, no nothing. Waited all day for literally nothing because CVS can’t get their act together enough to make a phone call. No apology, no general kindness — nothing. Ran across the street to the Publix Pharmacy and they filled it in half an hour. Very kind folks at that (Bridgemill) Publix.I know it doesn’t even matter to mention this as CVS is a huge company, but I will seriously never shop there again. I was a total CVS fan but they’ve gone so downhill in the last several years.

Don’t even bother! Not worth the time, energy and days of frustration! I’m diabetic and didn’t know my blood sugar for 2 days and it wasn’t my doctor. CVS did not communicate what was going on at all. They had parts and pieces but never informed me. I also tried to get it at Towne Lake to no avail. Another occurrence, my prescription was locked in the safe. They didn’t take my medicine out and had to wait for a different time to access the safe, a day later, all while I was supposed to be in Orlando. Complete disaster! The final straw, I waited half hour in line after receiving a call that my script was finally ready… I get there and they say it’s not and I should drive around the building and get back in the back of the line. I can’t make this up!!!! I didn’t do that and waited. What had happened? Awful!

Very regularly treat you like a burden for showing up and expecting your prescriptions. Gave my wife a medication she is deathly allergic to and then couldn’t find a manager to help handle the situation. Just expected us to hand it back over with no one to be held responsible. They hardly apologized and even blamed her for leaving with the wrong prescription. Rude staff who won’t hesitate to put you in your spot if you think the wrong way. Just this morning I called to have a prescription transferred to another CVS and the lovely gentleman I spoke to begrudgingly mumbles that I just need to call that cvs and they would have my prescription since it’s all cvs. Call that store and no, that’s not how it works at all, they can’t fill anything unless the other pharmacy sends it over. Call back to this CVS and they explain that can’t be done and I need to call my doctor to have them send a new prescription over there. This is a prescription that will get me labeled as a pill seeker if I try to do that when they have already sent 3 months worth to the pharmacy. Now I need to request MORE??? Again, very little explanation and they didn’t even acknowledge that they just lied to me. Very unpleasant people to deal with especially if you have any issues. They get defensive immediately and refuse to take an responsibility for anything. It’s like trying to talk to an angry kid who won’t listen but just keeps defending the same point. I’m so glad to be moving to another pharmacy and would highly suggest anyone else considering this pharmacy do the same and find a better place to get your meds.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy experience I have had. I normally use the kroger on towne lake which is amazing, however I used minuteclinic so I thought it would be way easier just to get my RX at CVS. WOW was I wrong. After my minute clinic visit, I was told it would be 45 minutes to get my RX. Giving them plenty of time, I went 2 hours later. I waited for 30 minutes in the drive through ( only 1 car ahead of me???) Only to be told it would he ready in another 45 minutes. I go back, 45 minutes later and they tell me in order to use by goodRX coupon, I would have to come inside (I was in the drive through) so they could re bill it and it would be ANOTHER 20 minutes. This is seriously the worst. Kroger on towne lake instantly price quotes me on goodRX vs insurance and has my RXs ready within 15 minutes almost always!!! I'm honestly impressed at how TERRIBLE this process was. Never use CVS pharmacy!

If I could give 0 stars I would, bc that’s what this location deserves. It’s literally always something with this pharmacy. You call about a prescription and wait on hold for 30 plus minutes just to be hung up on, then have to call back and start the entire painstaking process over. When you do get ahold of someone they say they’re going to do something and don’t follow through. Case in point my daughter has a recurring prescription and apparently to refill they were required to contact her Dr. They claimed they would do so, but never did. After 2 days bc meds were running low I contacted her pediatrician and shocking they never heard from CVS. Same has been true for refills for myself as well. Another issue is after months of getting the same script filled for my daughter suddenly they tried to tell me her insurance wasn’t valid and birthday was wrong. Umm excuse me?! I gave birth to the child and know her birthday and know for 100% certainty that the insurance is valid. I had to pay full price for her script and then come home and call the insurance company who verified that indeed everything was correct and CVS should’ve reached out to them to fix whatever issue they were having. I also didn’t get a refund, but a credit. Whatever, it is what it is, but according to my insurance they should’ve reached out in the first place but of course we’re too lazy to do so.They also frequently don’t have things in stock and make it difficult to transfer prescriptions bc they don’t answer their darn phone. Literally the absolute worst pharmacy. I’m done playing games with them and their incompetent staff. As of today our prescriptions have been switched to Publix. They actually answer their phone and are friendly and helpful. Just wish I would’ve made the switch sooner, but didn’t bc of the convenience of the drive thru and location. Huge mistake on my part. And before anyone brings up Covid or staffing issues, this has been ongoing at this location prior to Covid where you couldn’t get through to anyone and they don’t want to do their job.

Waited on hold for pharmacy to answer a question for 23 minutes. They never came to the phone. I called to ask CVS store (on a separate line) if that was normal. He said they were short staffed and had been for about a month. I asked him if he thought 20+ minutes was normal. He said for now it was typical because they are short staffed. I asked if I should go to another pharmacy. He said "or you can just come in."Asking one of your customers on the phone to get in their car and drive to your pharmacy because your management isn't managing well is not really making me feel valued as a customer.I hung up the phone and called Walgreen's at Town Lake. They answered phone immediately, answered my question in a friendly manner and gave me advice on how to use Good RX to save money on prescriptions. Thanks WalgreensII hope you get it together soon CVS Bridgemill! Until then... I'll be driving to Town Lake.

Agree with 1 star reviews.Just tried to get to a closer location (not CVS in Target) and lost 2 hours. At the end they lied to me why CVS Caremark denied them. Instead of admitting mistake, they put blame on other cvs location (I verified with other location - no issues there). So nope, will not come back, CVS in Target so much better. They are also not picking up phone. I spent 15 minutes waiting with My benefit provider, Aetna and CVS Caremark reps on hold with me and decided to just drive there instead.I may have been "lucky", but self checkout was out and nobody at the register as well

I waited on hold for 30+ So I started to drive over. He picks up when I’m in the drive thru and says it can’t be filled till they speak to my dr bc I had 2 other drs prescribed similar medications. I explained the situation to the little man at the pharmacy and he said it was a red flag even though I explained one was my gp, one was an ER dr and then now my psych dr. The prior prescriptions I had issues with. My gp wanted me to get a psych dr and I did and wasn’t allowed my meds when I needed them most. I will NOT use this cvs again after this.

Corporate has cut their hours so severely that I sat on hold for the pharmacy for 25 minutes and 16 seconds before I finally hung up. I love the staff at this location. My own husband is the front store manager. I am livid that this is the amount of "care" and "appreciation" that CVS shows its customers. Corporate should be ashamed of themselves. This rock-bottom level of "customer service" is absolutely disgusting.

Between insurance coverage at the moment and took the husband to minute clinic for his annual poison ivy/oak. He was a seen within 3 minutes of signing in at kiosk. He received friendly service and care by Anne, who prescribed him oral steroids as well as a topical steroid cream. After his exam we walked directly over to the pharmacy counter to find out how long it would take to fill his prescriptions. The pharmacist told us not to leave that he would have it ready quickly. After a less than 5 minute wait he not only filled our prescriptions he informed us he applied a discount coupon to the ointment that cut the cost in half. This was very much appreciated, unexpected and was beyond 5 star service. The visit to the minute clinic and prescriptions were very affordable for someone without insurance at under $130.00 total in under 30 minutes. We love our PCP but with our current situation and his current problem we were more than pleased and grateful for the CVS at bridgemill. When our new insurance kicks in August 1st I will definitely be filling our monthly prescriptions with their pharmacy and will consider them for basic diagnostic services due to their speedy, friendly and professional care.

4-29-19:Only because of a mistake did I have to go to this wonderful establishment. Keep in mind I had a antibiotic filled here less then a month ago no issues. Today I went in because I got a text that my insurance wasn't updated. However upon arrival I was told that they couldn't fill my prescription because my insurance stated I had another policy and if any pharmacy is filling a script for me they are committing fraud. Well being that you CVS filled my last script I guess you committed or you don't have a clue to what you are doing. You need to figure out how to perform your job before you give a condescending "have a nice day" you ignorant tool. I will make sure to never return to this establishment. Why I was there they were discussing how they filled 1 patients prescription and messed up the amount they were supposed to have and gave them less a d that they are coming back in to get an entirely new one for the correct amount. WHAT A BUNCH OF MORONS.2-20-19:The pharmacy here is the biggest disappointment and I was hesitant to get my prescription here when my doctor called it in already and not to my new pharmacy. I used to have all my prescriptions filled here for my family but they was always one pharmacy tech who always seemed to have a issue with being polite. So fast forward to today where my wife received a text stating that the medication was ready to be picked up, and yet I arrive and it hasn't been filled and better yet after being told to wait for it 15 minutes later I am told they will have to order it!!! I am a little confused as to why in the world would you send a text to pick it up if you never filled it. Save yourself the headache and take the drive to Sam's Club or Walmart even Publix can't be this bad. More dysfunctional practices here then with the Cleveland Browns!!!

Asked multiple times to no longer be contacted in any way shape or form. I told the pharmacy I am no longer taking the medication that they are repeatedly asking if I want refilled. I have been living in a different state for 3 months now and this pharmacy is till contacting me. I have 2 calls from them just today. I've called 5 times to tell them to remove me from their system, but apparently that's not possible so I have to be harassed. Pathetic.

I had to transfer my prescriptions from Walmart to CVS. The pharmacy always has my prescription in stock and I never have to wait long to pick them up. Plus the pharmacist is always helpful and has been able to answer all my questions.

I love the service I get at this pharmacy! Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure my kids and I are taken care of. They’re not the most efficient...totally a corporate level issue I’m assuming with COVID testing and normal pharmacy functions occurring in a high volume area. Definitely could use more staff. They do the best with what they have and that’s all anyone can ask for.

The Minute Clinic staff is highly recommended. My daughter recently was diagnosed with strep (which she is not very cooperative when swabbing) however, Ms. Lisa was very patient with my daughter and overall went smoothly. Definitely felt more at ease.

We have used this pharmacy since 2011 and have had mostly good experiences. Something happened in December that has shot customer service down the toilet. After 4 consecutive bad experiences in January where they were either rude or incompetent I decided they no longer need my money helping pay their salaries. If my doctor calls in a prescription, I don't need a pharmacy cashier telling me it wasn't filled because they didn't know if I was sick and needed it right away.
