$$+ The prices here are a bit high. However, the quality of the meats and the service Larry and the crew provide make it worth it. They are THE local place to go for a very wide variety of butcher shop products as well as many special items not found at your local grocer. Try the muffaletta sandwich, Larry really let's his Cajun out with this one.EDIT - 6/16/2022Due to a recent mix up, I ended up with an Italian sandwich rather than my usual Muffaletta. All I can say is, sometimes a mistake is really a blessing in disguise. It was excellent, and Larry still made it right.Their BBQ sandwich is also excellent.We love this place and the people are a large part of that.Highly recommendedPLEASE LIKE my review if it has been helpful to you.Thanks!

This is an absolutely fabulous place for dinner! and Brooke was our server and was top notch in her knowledge of the menu and drinks. You have to try the Buffalo chicken dip with naan it is soooooo good!

Purchased an amazing Porterhouse that my husband had tonight! This butcher has amazing prices and FABULOUS customer service. Bought several strips, veal, burgers, crab cakes, and more from them! Can’t wait to go back and my dogs loved the bones from here too!!

This place is AMAZING. Extremely help and nice people running this place. I had the delmonico NY strip. I am no master steak cooker but dang this cut and marinade made me look like I knew what I was doing. Incredible! Paired with a side of their wonderful sautéed veggies. I also grabbed a bag of the bbq jerky. Also extremely good. Forget grocery store cook outs. This is THE place from now on. Bravo!

We tried them for the first time last week. The staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. We ordered again for delivery yesterday and the.communication was above and beyond. The phones were tied up so a sweet female employee called me from her personal phone. The delivery was smooth and we started enjoying the food last night. They are eager to help you. They truly give it a personal touch and the entire staff is amazing. Our family highly recommends The Corner Butcher Shop.

We've tried just about everything the Corner Butcher Shop has to offer from their delicious dips (the jalapeno cheddar lasts less than 5 minutes in our house) to their homemade sides, to their insanely tasty steaks. Here's the thing... the quality is unmatched. Larry and his team are so talented in building flavor profiles that their side dishes rival some of the most expensive restaurants that we've dined in. The meats are always beyond quality-- perfectly cut and marbled every single time. We entertain frequently, and our friends always have nothing but compliments regarding the food. We're so thankful to have such a friendly boutique meat market nearby! We love to support our local small business scene, and the Corner Butcher Shop makes it a no-brainer! Friendly staff and quality products. Definitely recommend!

miss these guys so much since moving to Alabama. still stop and stock up everytime i visit GA. best bacon I've found, hands down. the packages of marinated hanger steak are great. i always grab half a dozen, two for dinner and the rest go in the freezer for later.

Have gotten steaks here a few times now. The meat is a bit pricey but very high quality - one of the best steaks I’ve ever cooked at home. Good customer service as well. Nice local place.

The last couple times that I purchased steak from this place and cook them freshly it was awesome. However, I went there and spent $700 on 3 inch cut ribeye and New York strip and put them in my deep freezer. I just cooked a ribeye to 117° and it was well done dry and horrible. My recommendation, they have good fresh meat but don’t expect to buy meat from this company and be able to store it because it is awful once you freeze it. There is no way I’m planning to earth any of the stakes are age whatsoever. And they charge a premium just like he would buy a dry age steak.

These guys are great! This is our go-to butcher anytime we want to make a meal that people will remember. The service is SO much better than you will ever get at a big grocery store. The staff is friendly and they are always happy to offer up suggestions on how to make their meats taste best. The best part about having a real local butcher is that you don't have to be an meat expert...that's their job. Simply call them up (or walk in) and tell them what you're thinking of doing and they will happily take it from there. It's a no-brainer.

They are terrific! Love their cuts of meat and their homemade sides. Try their smoked chicken dip... or their twice baked potatoes. I've heard their brownies are awesome, too. No, they aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for when you buy cheap. This is quality meat, and you can be confident what you're eating is edible, not garbage from questionable food stores.

My in-laws are Angus cattle ranchers in Alberta, Canada (world renowned) and were visiting us in Woodstock in early May.On my first visit, to the Corner Butcher Shop, to find some worthy steaks to grill was met with a full beautiful case of Certified Angus beef.I bought seven 1 1/2 inch Angus New York Strip steaks. They were well marbled and deliciously tender. My whole family was very impressed and thankful.We'll be back.

Amazing burgers, marinated steaks, seasoned pork and my Great Dane loves their bones for dogs. They also have a packaged deal with a variety of different things so you don't get board with the same dinners all the time. Fantastic customer service too!!!

I never write reviews, but this place went above and beyond my expectations. I discovered a new cut of steak and went in with nothing but an idea but left with knowledge and the greatest steak I've ever cooked! Got a tri tip for about 8 people and everyone said it was the greatest steak they've ever had. Hate that I'm from Virginia and not closer to here, or I'd go more!

I absolutely love this place. Everything they sell is highest quality and most reasonable price you can find anywhere. Everytime I go, I am surprised at the price tag at the end of my order - it's always waaaaaay less than I expect!I've never seen them super super busy, but there's always someone around to help you promptly when you walk inside. The store is charming and has a friendly atmosphere. I'm lucky to have found this gem of a butcher shop.Some of my favorites: teriyaki meat sticks are great. If you're a busy body like me and can't find time to eat during the day, those things are life savers. Mozzarella tomato basil salad - they make the mozz fresh daily and the tomatoes are always sweet and tasty.Ok, now I'm getting hungry 😁

Always friendly and helpful staff, large section of different kinds of fresh meats. The smoked meats section is my favorite. They also serve DELICIOUS deli sandwiches and salads. Definitely try one of the sandwiches if you find yourself there, you wont be disappointed.

Best BBQ I've had around here, all smoked on site , their sauce is excellent it really showcases The Taste and flavor of the meat.I was skeptical at first but then I tried that first beef barbecue sandwich. That thing would make a puppy pull a freight train.

A convenient little butcher shop for Bridgemill locals. They carry most cuts and varieties of meats and poultry. Plenty of sides and frozen items. Sauces and condiments. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They were out of porterhouse on Mothers day but can't fault them for that. Their rib eyes, filets and NY strips were all delish.

We have been coming here for about 10 years and have never been disappointed. Their filets are the absolute best. We live on the other side of town and a competitor butcher shop just doesn’t have the high quality selection that Corner has. Fantastic customer service!
