I have been taking my pup to Sunny for over 5 years and when she left to go to this pet salon we followed her in place of finding a new salon. Sunny and the new staff we have meet are amazing. I love an hour out from this salon but the service and quality are worth the drive. The staff genuinely cares for the animals and my fur baby feels safe and I feel confident leaving him there to be groome. I highly recommend checking them out!

My groomer Kansas is AWESOME. SHE TREATS MY POOCH NOT just like another dog in her grooming cycle, but like a pooch she hasn’t seen in a while and is looking forward to making him/her a cutie again. I love Kansa! (Intentional exclamation points)

Kansas is one of the best groomers I have dealt with. She truly cares about her work and has shown how much she cares when taking care of my Gizmo. Gizmo is always happy to see her. Never does anything I do not ask for. I highly recommend Canton Pet Spa.

Canton Spa is a great place to take your fur baby. They do excellent work Louie always looks so handsome when we pick him up! We like that he is only there 2 to 3 hours . I recommend them to any one who needs a good place to take their fur babies too!

I will start by saying I know that grooming is not an easy job... different dogs have different tempers and some dont like grooming at all... My dog will be one in December and his first cut was here... he went to Sunny and she did a phenomenal job! I recently booked and I got Kansas... I sometimes take him to daycare at Pet Play Place so he can socialize and they let him get in the pool (which I have asked they not do because they dont brush them afterwards and air drying promotes some matting.) I usually always brush him at home so that matting is minimal. I took him to kansas - his appointment was at 1pm- I asked her how long.. I said "3 hours?" she replied: more like 4- I said ok I am taking my daughter to the movies and need to get my times together.. she replied its not a problem- take my time and she will text when he is done.. shortly after we left- she texted me to say that he was matted and she would have to shave him shorter than we talked about... I advised any matting came from his recent stint at daycare... and that since the price had gone up to $110 I wasnt paying more than $140. (his original cost was $85, but he has grown) - she said matting was $20 more... so now we are at $130... I asked when I booked the appt how much it would be they replied "$85 last time".. so to jump to $110 was unexpected... but I understood.. then she came with $20 more.. and I was disenchanted... but I just said to myself.. that lowers her tip a bit but.. it is what it is... we went to the movies and ate.. I saw a call come through at 4:05 pm.. we were still in the throws of Trolls.. so of course I couldnt answer- I had set my schedule to pick him up at 5 SINCE THAT IS WHAT WE DISCUSSED.She sent me a text saying "he is ready to be picked up- please know any dogs not picked up within an hour of finished services will be charged a late fee as stated in the lobby.I was LIVID! I ASKED YOU WHAT TIME!!! and "take your time" must mean something else... I rushed my daughter out of the theater as to hurry up the street to get my dog... I just wanted to be done with it at that point... and her... I made up in my mind I just would never bring him back because I didnt like her communication skills at all...I get there... and see he was totally shaved... the only thing that helped me recognize him was his tail.. and his eyes... I brought my daughter in with me... and even she (at 6 years old) said he doesnt even look like himself. I paid the $130... and limited anything I had to say because in short I was PISSED. He turns 1 on December 3 and was scheduled for pictures... he most DEFINITELY wont have pictures looking like he looks. I gave no eye contact - as to not give attitude... I just wanted to pay and leave... after my daughter said "whose dog is that?" Kansas slammed the door while saying HE WAS MATTED loudly... (My dog is never matted.. I brush him daily... and have clippers of my own to use after daycare to cut off any matting- I have seen matted dogs... this isnt it)I gathered my child and my dog and left- I took a few days to write this as I was initially seething. After she wrote me about picking him up I let her know this had been a not so pleasant experience.I would take him back to Sunny any day... but it seems that I will need to just not go there again. I always try to support as I like the people at Pet Play Place and did enjoy my past experiences at Canton Pet Spa before this time. I will chalk it up to her being tired or just not being in the mood possibly.. but she shouldnt have even done him if she was gonna hack him up like that.. he doesnt even look like a doodle... everyone I send a picture to asks "What happened? Did you take him to someone new?"I think she should have sent me a picture example of just how short it would be so that I could prepare... its hair and will grow back.. but her service sucked. oh well.....

Never write bad reviews, but recently had an issue with what happened to our dog.We have taken our dog there a few times and everything went great, but this last time the groomer cut into the back of my dogs ears and caused an infection… expensive groom with a hefty vet bill.

My fur baby is always so timid and afraid at grooming salons, but we decided to try Canton Pet Spa this time and she was CALM & HAPPY when I picked her up! I could tell she had been treated very well. I don’t know what their secret is but they are obviously the perfect environment for any dog who has anxiety of any kind. I am also blown away at how clean her face is. All of her tear stains are gone !!! Seriously don’t know how they do it. I recommend them 1000 times over. They are honest and really do care about our babies!

I have tried 5 other groomers in my Cavachon's short 18 months of life and have NEVER been happy with the result until finding Canton Pet Spa~~. Every other groomer either said they had to shave her ... or didn't listen to my requests resulting in her hair being way to short. I just picked her up and we are extremely thrilled with the results! Lauren, my groomer, was so sweet to her and the facility was very clean. This place is a hidden gem!~

AMAZING GROOMERS!!Lori is an Amazing loving, kind hearted soul!! She is very good at what she does, and you can see and feel that she cares for the fur babies that comes in, and the ladies that help her are very kind and loving as well. I have a 4 yr old small Maltese, I can ask him if he wants to go see Lori and he runs to the door and barks until I let him out to go get in the car. He loves going to her for his spa days. (I don't trust taking him anywhere else and leaving him.) Thank you ladies for such an amazing job you all do, and Cesar and myself will get you lunch up there on his next appointment. ❤

Lauren was amazing! My cats were in need of a full service groom and they were handled very well. Sometimes it can be hard to find places who groom cats, but Lauren was super sweet and did a wonderful job making sure they were comfortable. It only took a couple hours for 2 cats and they are so soft, clean, and ready for snuggles. We will definitely be back; if you need a spot who does cats, this is your place!!

If anyone needs their cats groomed this is the place. I moved to Georgia a year ago and have a terrible time finding a groomer for my cats. Some one gave me the Pet Spa name .They were groomed yesterday and they were groomed exactly the way I explained. I don’t normally write reviews but they did such a wonderful job I would highly recommend them.

Called yesterday to confirm they do walk ins for nails on dogs. They said yes. I then asked if they needed anything from me and the lady on the phone told me no. She said as long as you are there before 2pm they will take you. Showed up and they told me they needed the rabies vaccination on file. I have no issue doing this however, it would have been nice to know before driving all the way there with my dog and being told they can't see her. I also have never had to do this before with this place. New ownership has ruined this place. I have taken all my dogs here and will now be going somewhere else. New customers be aware. You do need the rabies vaccination report for them. I figured I would let you know before you went there since this place lacks communication with clients.

I had my dog groomed there recently and he came out looking like a brand new dog. Great groomers, bathers,and very nice owners. I give them a five star all the way. I will definitely be bringing all my dogs there. Usually they are scared to go but the people there are very caring and I could tell they were in good hands. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I booked an appointment for my 14 year old dog to be groomed and was very excited for her to get a little TLC. I was notified upon walking in the door with my pup that she needed to have a rabies shot in order to be seen. Normally this would be no issue and one which I completely understand, however I was not notified of this BEFORE hauling my dog from Roswell, running around pregnant on my lunch break to try and have my dog groomed. It was a very frustrating experience to say the least. I’m no stranger to having a rabies vaccine for boarding and such, however when a pet it boarded they alway make sure the dog has updated shots before allowing the dog on premises and would expect this to be no different.

Will never bring my dog back. As soon as we walked in the door she was scared because of a big dog barking in the back. The lady that took her back didn’t even take the time for my dog to get comfortable around her. She drug her back as my dog was sliding across the floor. We dropped her off at 11:30 waited three hours then called to check on her still wasn’t done. We didn’t end getting her back until 4:30. She looked terrible there were shave lines all over her. They tried to give her back to me with a half shaved tail that looked horrendous. Her dewclaws hadn’t been touched. Over the phone I was told the price would be $75 when we picked her up it had moved to $85. I’m very disappointed because all the of the reviews were great. If I could give no stars I would have. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I had to give a star because there’s no choice on leaving it blank. I’ve taken my dogs here for a while now and the previous owner did amazing job. But now that the NEW OWNER took over they are so rude not only to the customers but to the animals they cut my dogs nails so short that it was bleeding. I’m Never again using this place. I miss the previous owner.Now if you want your dogs to only be washed, dry and brushed please take them around the corner to PET PLAY PLACE NOW THIS IS AN AMAZING PLACE THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB AND THEY DO TREAT YOUR DOGS LIKE FAMILY.

My wife took our dog here to have cut. I did not want to have our dog shaved. The owner suggested a puppy cut that came out great. Her nails were trimmed and the shampoo they used smelled great for many days. Owner is nice and cares about your dog. This will be our go to groomer from now on. .
