Super nice and fast! I have a 16 year old who really needed her nails done and they did it perfectly! She is a little mean and they handled it great! Highly recommend! Also I requested Mara and she was perfect!

$+ Store staff are friendly, informative and helpful and prices are already better than the big box pet stores. They made sure I took advantage of their discount for veterans which made shopping there even that much less expensive. I prefer to support the smaller locally owned and operated stores when we can. They obviously cannot stock as many various items as big box stores but they do carry all that we need for our two dogs. I recommend them.PLEASE LIKE my review if it has been helpful to you.Thanks!

Make sure you go in with pictures if you want to get your dog groomed here. I specifically asked if the groomer had experience with schnauzer cuts and was told, ‘oh yeah, she has over 20 years experience’. I even spoke to the groomer personally when we arrived. I didn’t say specifically not to shave her but why on earth would I think to say that. What about a traditional Schnauzer cut says, ‘shave my dog completely’?! A quick google search of a traditional Schnauzer cut would never show a shaved dog! I am beyond upset right now. It’s rare I take the time to leave a bad review but this is ridiculous.

The first time my pup was groomed she was scalped. They asked for a tip before bringing my dog to me and requested cash for the tip. The 2nd time she was barely trimmed for the mini groom. They told me the groomer didn't show up that day.

went in to trim my dogs nails (11-10-22) got told they couldnt finish the job because they were understaffed, they only trimmed the hind legs and still charged me full price... never coming back... I try real hard to support local business but this is unacceptable

I have to agree with the review above, the troll of a lady behind the counter is rude and miserable, it's not my fault that you're in your sixties and you're a cashier at a pet store. Don't take it out on the customer. I purchased a $6 collar, I was unsure of the size so I inquired about the return policy, she snapped and said keep the tags on. She then told me that's why they make tape measures. Needless to say I was quite surprised at her response, so I said I just popped in I didn't plan on doing this today. I bought the collar and I left. As I'm leaving I thought to myself there is no way I will ever give this place even a penny of my business. I turned around and I returned it. I told her that I was going to buy something else instead, then I told her that it was very rude how she treated me the tape measure remark, then she tried to save herself by saying oh no I was talking to the groomer that was helping you, she knows I have a tape measure back here. Nice try lady. Rude unprofessional I'll go to PetSmart, Target, Walmart, anywhere but there.

I had my dog "groomed" at this facility today. This is the worst hack job I have ever seen perpetrated on a canine. Clipper tracks going from head to tail and clipper gouges on his flanks and neck. I will NEVER frequent this establishment again!!

I walked in at 5:05 on a Sunday before a family trip, not realizing it was just after closing time. The nice guy that was closing up was nice and still let me purchase a bag of dog food. Thanks!!!

The selection of cat food was very limited. My cat is 20 years old with no teeth so he can only eat pate, it took me more time than I expected to find something.
