This place is a joke! Call a rescue! Call ur friends! Do not call this place! U probably won’t get a answer or return call, u may get a response on social media, you can offer help to be ignored, this place lets animals sit for 5days only for said animal to be hit by a vehicle and die. People can offer to go get the dog and keep until a home is found only to be ignored! U can try to find adoptable pets on the Facebook page but instead all you see are post of this person done this this one done that or pics of dead animals, or oh we’re full you guys do better! But don’t do anything ur way because it’s against the law or u have no right to do that according to stitches. This place doesn’t care about animals and only wants to be seen like they do! Non-profit 😬. Non profit usually has people backing it with a heart and the will to get things done somehow! Public persona goes a long way at times! And a community willing to come together to help goes even farther when it’s accepted. Thanks for showing our community such concern on social media! I’m not going to get into just how much this place actually does SHOW UP, actions speak volumes of truth!!!

The staff is so rude and disrespectful. They went to social media and bashed a mother publicly, when asking for help over a dog whom had bitten her child. Locals told her to contact stitches to see if they could offer any help with the animal, or a home with no children where someone could provide the dog extra training and support it needed. Instead they got mad after they disrespected her and she got upset. So their solution was to drag her name through the mud on Facebook for no reason. They proceeded to then delete every comment or review that defended her situation or made them look bad. It was a shame so many people told her to contact this place for help because I almost would have thought it was a good place.

Last week we adopted a puppy from Stitches ! It was such a pleasant experience. Mandy does an awesome job ! I was so lucky to see her postings and find the perfect fit for us! ❤️

I’ve seen first hand the work and dedication that goes into taking care of the animals as I have adopted from Stitches many times. Extremely friendly staff and kept very clean.

For a place that talks so much smack on social media about other people, this place sure doesn't do much to help from their end. Have called them, left messages, etc., on more than one occasion for help or advice and couldn't even get a call back.
