I been customer with Hi-Tech Living for more than 2 Years now on their Portable internet service and I never had a problem. And the thing I really like is the Customer service they always there when you call them to assist you if you have any questions and problem.(Compare to other service out there if you called them to solve your issue, either it bring you to answering machine before you can direct to customer service and when you get to Customer service it will take you for long time to solve your issues).Hi-tech Living is Great to do business with and their stuff is great and specially Phillip always there to help and assist you 👍.⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I never went inside this store but I had to give it 4 stars just because it's so unique. Like, they advertise EVERYTHING! I did rent a uhaul through them which was a super inconvenient process. I used the uhaul 24/7 service. It took an hour and a half to figure out where the heck my uhaul was parked. Turns out it was at a separate property entirely, a field across from the Walmart on 19. Had we known that ahead of time, we would have saved a lot of time and heartache. This may be more the fault of uhaul than Hi-Tech, but I would suggest that Hi-Tech post a notice somewhere on or near the lock boxes explaining where the other uhauls are located. So just a heads up for anyone thinking about getting a uhaul through these guys - it may not be on-site. If it's not in the parking lot at the store, it could be located across from Walmart. I still would recommend them for their uhaul service, despite this issue.

Wonderful place with a very trustworthy staff. Best customer service in town. I needed help getting fast internet out in the country and they hooked me up. I can finally stream Netflix out in the middle of nowhere with Hi-Techs help. Thanks again!

They were supposed to copy my hard drive off of an old computer I had. Made me pay up front for the charges. Was supposed to be completed in a couple days. A couple weeks go by and no communication from them. I called and they said they had it ready. I go pick up everything. I get home and destroy the computer and hard drive. I put the thumb drive in my new computer. The thumb drive has someone else's information on it, NOT MINE. I returned it in hopes someone else had mine. Apparently they never even copied mine. I lost a lot of pictures, documents , etc that I can never recover. The computer whiz is a punk with an attitude and completely incompetent.Be aware that your computer is not secure with these people.

Its been a week and a half sence we payed in full to get a phone repaired but it was such a problem for them to start with half the money they could have got the parts overnight they told my girl it would take 2 or 3 days to fix it. First they were waiting for the screen for a week and a half now they say they sent the wrong battery and would take another week for a battery i wouldnt recommend this place for fixing any phones or PC

Hi-tech service is RUDE. I called to ask a simple request and I got hung up on TWICE. I would not dare recommend anybody go here if you expect good service.
