The customer service here is really bad, and the food is always thrown together (rushed and sloppy looking). There have been several occasions where I have been stuck at the drive thru mic for five minutes or more (no exaggeration) with no response from an employee despite making attempts to call them. I almost pulled off once. Whenever you reach the window, you can see how and why it took the workers so long to reach you and your order. The employees are laughing and talking about their activities off shift. As soon as they do find the time to acknowledge that you're at the window, their attitude and tone isn't as lively or welcoming as it is with their co-workers. My previous visit was my last because of this.

I came in on 3-31-2023 during shift change. They were super busy. And from what I heard someone called out. However, the team Communicated with each other very well. Both teams handled the rush before clocking out. It was super hot inside but the team can't control that. Great job guy. I traveled from Valdosta and this was my first time at this location.

Food at this DQ is not good any longer. It use to be so good. My fish in my sandwich tasted awful and so greasy and so much tarter sauce all you could taste was tarter sauce. Onion rings were fried so hard they had no onion taste. It has gone down in my ooenion.

DQ is always a nostalgic favorite. It's the only place where I will get a chili cheese hot dog & we like the soft serve. They are also friendly & get your order correct the majority of the time. Everything is as good as I remember from my childhood.

I love DQ ice cream! Stopped 2 days in a row to get a large cone!! So good and creamy! The servers were friendly and very nice!! Not too many places that still say thank you!!

My family went through drive through last night and the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. 1 order was for a bacon burger and she said "Ma'am we ain't got bacon! Now what do you want to order?" Next we ordered a blizzard on the menu "We don't have those now what do you want to drink?!" Didn't even ask if there was a different one we wanted. Next we ordered the number 3 combo and she said "We haven't served those in 3 years now what else do you want?" We decided not to order anything else she acted as if we were stupid and annoying. Then gave us our drink with the lid hanging off

The Q has almost no alternatives for a vegetarian. Therefore, I usually get Sunrise have ice cream. The store in Camilla is cheaper than the store in Sylvester and usually the food is much better. However this time, possibly explained by the sign on the window that says there is new staff in training, the ice cream was almost liquid. Still, by and large, it's been a much more positive experience then the other DQ's I have visited..

They never flip my blizzards and that's because half the time at least one of them my order be half melted. I've gotten chocolate syrup in my Heath blizzard before which kills the taste. They've also closed the store earlier than time shown making an excuse that their time are faster when I asked what time they closed and they still had ten min to closing time left.

Me and my husband shared a banana split and it was horrible,asked for peanuts on top and it was like she dumped the whole jar of peanuts on top of it, the ice cream was melting before we sat at the table,have had better at other locations

"DQ is the first Soft Ice cream operation I ever had back in the 1960's. Now they have just about everything the palate might crave at home or on the road. They have the best Slaw-Dogs and FF Onion rings in Mitchell County.The service is cordial, efficient, and even with the Pandemic and Labor Challenges due to it, the folks in Camilla's DQ still manage to carry on the same high standard of Excellence as I remember in the beginning."

I love going out to eat at DQ. I go and get me, my mama and my boys a chocolate malt just about every other day; and don't get me started on the ice cream cake's that they offer. DQ has the best original tasting ice cream around. When we're not stopping in to get ice cream or malts, then my mama and I will go to get a grilled chicken salad and a chicken strip basket with extra gravy. If we don't want that, then we'll order a double cheeseburger and a chicken & bacon ranch. The service there is awesome.

I have been to the Dairy Queen in Camilla Georgia twice this week and both times they was out of Ice Cream! It does not smell clean in the restaurant. Only one in the staff was wearing mask. The one that took the money was also making ice cream with no gloves and without washing hands. We got our money back and left. I have been going there for years but I will not be going back.

I've been eating at this restaurant since I was a little kid. Moved away 15 years ago and I make it a point to go every single time I'm in town. I don't even eat the Dairy Queen that's in the city that I live! Cheers to 30 plus years of consistently amazing food!

The inside was terrible. There was trash on the floor tables did appear to have been cleaned in a week or so. Cabinet under the drink machine was missing a door and it was just being used to hold more trash. The service was not better, employees seemed to not be interested in serving customers unless the customers asked continuously for their order. Absolutely terrible!

I've been here twice and both times the employees was very rude. I was hoping it wouldn't be as bad the second time. Also, I had to order 3 different items off of the menu. Can you please update the menu if you dont have something?

I picked up an icecream cake here and as always the staff quickly put Happy Birthday on it for my 4 year old. I also couldn't go in without getting a blizzard. DQ is the leader in all things icecream.
