I have shopped at Tractor Supply for years and have always been treated well . . . Until today. During this very cold time in January 2023, I called the store to verify availability of an electric heater I found online. The person on the phone told me they had one that was returned for a significant reduction in price. It was returned because the customer said it would not work. He assured me he checked it out & it worked fine. I drove to the store, but I was told by the cashier that there were no returns or exchanges if there was anything wrong with it. I told her I didn't see that as a prudent decision. She told me I needed to speak to the manager. I approach the manager, who was on another phone & had a second phone in his other hand. I Stayed a few pieces back & quietly waited until he looked up after he disconnected his phone. He did not greet me, ask me what I needed, or in anyway make me feel like he wanted to help. He just glared at me. When I explained the situation, he told me, “ it has been marked down, and there are no refunds.” I asked him if he could show me that the unit worked so I could be sure it wasn't defective, & he sneered at me as he snapped, "we don't do that, that's not how it works!" I have been a regular customer at the store for years, but after the way Manager Mike just treated me, I won't be back. It was my plan to pick up a few other things, but I bought nothing today. There’s a local feed store, hardware store, etc., that carry the same items & I have never been treated rudely there. I will be shopping there now.

Why isn’t anyone talking about the self serve pet wash station? The past few times I have been in there to wash my dogs they haven’t had the regular gallon jugs of dog wash and utensils. They have some small bottles in there that are pretty much used up and not any good. If I’m paying $10 to wash each dog in there it’s only right to have the normal stuff in there. They used to have a variety of washes for dogs to choose from. Nail clippers and hand mitts to help wash your dog with. It has definitely went down hill in the pet wash station. Especially when they wait until the middle of the day to do a “deep clean” and it’s not even clean when you go in there. Not only that but they only have one blow dryer…. They use to have two and that one is is on its last limb too… I use to love taking my dogs there because it was so much easier then to do it at home but not anymore…

This place is a one stop place for all kind of pets or farm animals you own plus more. I just started going there and the moment I stepped in I knew it was my store. Not just the item but the staff is really want brings me back. They Ave always took time to help me put understand what to and what to not give to my pet Erica is the one you would want to ask for once you walk in. She is the friendliest and has the knowledge to answer question about any product you are not sure about. Definitely try tractor supply for your next pet or outdoor needs plus they have some cute baby chicks too.

Took my 30 # propane tank to get filled only to be told that the refill station is broken. I also wanted to get another empty 30 # tank and I was told they didn't have any when I asked inside. I walk outside and look over at the propane station and they have three 30 # tanks available.

Yes, there's a lazy young man employee who insists on parking in one of the close parking spots with his big truck that could be better used for we seniors!!! I love the store, but I have called about his rudeness and nothing's done!!

Had to go back to store later in the day. Long lines. One employee ask if she could help check out customers.But was told no she would do it all herself. She keep making g conversations with the customer and acted like we were at her mercy if we wanted to check out .The thoughtful employee said I tryed.Need to have better management at front end.

Loaded up the dogs and drove all the way there to be told they have no hot water. In the middle of winter. I sucked it up when the bag of dog food we buy went from $23 a bag to $30 a bag in less than a full years time. I ignored the fact that you have to spend like $5,000 to get any actual rewards from the program. But this was just stupid. What business doesn't have hot water? Especially considering they sell live animals.

The store has good inventory and the younger staff that work here are good but their female manager is terrible. She doesn't have a clue what they are selling or how to deliver customer service. I'm going to the Cartersville store starting today!

Found everything I needed and then some. The store was well stocked and although no one asked if they could help me, it wasn't a big deal because I knew what I needed and they were very busy helping customers throughout the store. Overall, I personally feel comfortable recommending this location to others.

Great store. Manager and staff very friendly and helpful. They take care of you if you have a problem with any of their products. I buy all my boots there and and all my farm products. A reflection of Jena the manager. Again great store and staff.

This store was our go too for years, over the last 4 months it's become so pitiful I won't go again. The employees and customer service are simply pitiful. Young ignorant rude, no sense of products or inventory. This location is a sad example of a tractor supply in 2021. They'd have been better off training employees than renovating...

Excellent customer service. I needed a heater immediately and the only one I wanted was damaged. The kind lady found one in another store and had them hold it for me. Always have had nice employee interaction. I was dealing with a sick pet and shopping at closing time. .. instead of asking me to come back... the lady told me "No Worries- You are why we are here! " And told me to take my time! I'm proud of our service in Calhoun. They really care about our animals !

This place is great! Considering the large rural population nearby we‘re lucky to have this place. Plenty of supplies and feed for whatever you’re working on. The staff is also really nice and helpful. If you’re looking to pick something up this is a good place to get it.

We are very thankful for the wonderful employees at this Tractor Supply who assisted us with a shredded tire replacement on our loaded trailer as we were passing through town. They went above and beyond! Thank you to our cashier, Michelle, for getting us the help we needed. We were also pleased to find they had our size trailer tire in stock. We bought our trailer over 12 years ago from our local store in Sevierville, TN and appreciate the friendly customer service and availability of items at each Tractor Supply we shop at.

The girl working here was not helpful at all. I was looking for a particular item she would not look or help me look, she just said they did not have the item I was looking for. I went to my car and called the store, asked for the item, and the person on the phone told me they had the item in stock and how much it was. After that I went back in and told the lazy store clerk that the item was there and found it. I should have went to a different store since the customer service the clerk provided was less than desirable. Will shop at Tractor Supply again but wont ever go to the Calhoun store again.

4-28-22 do not patronize this store they are kicking Debbie ( Debbie's baked goods) out of the parking lot on Saturday mornings. She has done nothing but be a pillar in our community. Tractor supply Calhoun needs to rethink their decision.
