The pads are great and customer service is exceptional. I called a couple of times cause I was needing some advice and I think I talked with the owner both times! He is great and not pushy with sales at all. I screwed up and did not buy the pad for one of my carpets that our sick cat peed on and I ended up with a huge stain on my wood floor. I am now buying these pads for all my carpets! No more stains for me. Great pad, great service, great warranty. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommended! I am very happy with the professional service we received. Not to mention the high quality of the carpet pad itself and a very fair price in comparison with other places. The staff took the time to ensure we got the exact pad that fit our needs. We will definitely use this company again in the future.
