We took our three Yorkies a couple of weeks ago to get them groomed, and since they were not our regular groomers we were somewhat apprehensive which is normal, at least it is for me. The owner did two of our Yorkies and one of the employees did the other one, and they did well. We were happy and will probably use them again. Thanks

I love the girls! My dog absolutely hates getting his nails trimmed and they do a good job woth him. They are the ones who figured out that his right front is what bothers him the most.

My dog goes to posh Pooch every two weeks for cut. And I have to call a week ahead to get her appointment. I the last year they act they don’t know who my dog is or what I want for her. I spend more money on my dogs hair cuts than I spend on my own. So my doggy went for hair cut today and when my husband brought her home, she looked as if she had never been cut. They stuck two bows in hair and said done, might add they kept her 3 1/2 hours. Truly Disappointed!

All they could say is I'm sorry and charged me 50.00 for cutting my dog ear. I have a picture of it but it won't let me post it. If I could do zero stars I would. Never had a problem with this place til now.

Took my dog Lola to Posh Pooch for the first time today. I asked for the coat along her body to be left as is and for the fur along her tail to be cut short in areas that are matted. I also asked for the top of her head and under her snout to be cut. I didn't really specify how long the fur on top of her head should be left but they did a wonderful job grooming and cutting along her face and hind end. Those details matter. This was also the first time in general I have had to take Lola to get any type of service since becoming her owner 2 months ago so I really had no idea what to ask for or expect. I was really impressed with the work they did and how Lola turned out. She had a bath, nail service, and grooming. Very affordable rate for my small dog. I absolutely will return. 😊🐶❤👍

I have a catahoula/ pit mix who ABSOLUTELY HATES getting her nails clipped. I really thought no one would be able to do them but they did!!! IN LESS THAN 10 minutes AND ONLY 5 dollars. Of course I tipped extra. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I just moved to the area and had to find a place to trim my dog's nails. She is very high strung and some places won't even try to trim her nails without sedation. The groomers at Posh Pooch were efficient, understanding, and were able to trim my dog's nails without a problem. Nice people!

NEVER take your pet to this place! I took my dog there for a regular grooming it was my first time taking her there. When I arrived to pick her up the groomer (Emily Brookshire) told me that she had accidentally nicked my dog’s armpit and that it was bleeding a lot when it happened. Emily and the owner, Aubree Nowak told me that I was more than welcome to take my dog to get checked at the vet and that they would cover the bill completely. This was on a Friday, I had to take my dog that weekend since the cut was not healing and it was getting infected. My dog had to be sedated and was given one suture, antibiotics and pain medication. I took the bill personally to them that following Monday. Upon arrival they where immediately giving an attitude. I gave them a detailed invoice explaining the charges of $486.00, they immediately refused to pay the amount saying they can’t afford it and saying I was negligent for not taking my dog the exact day of the incident to the vet. When they not only nicked her but my dog also razor burns on both side of her face! We continued to have several discussions about the matter the following Tuesday and Wednesday. There were some phone included in this process. In which one of the phone calls ending with the owner’s mother calling me a “Bi***” right before hanging up. Emily and the owner’s mother raised their voices in a disrespectful manner to me several times. They didn’t even pay for 50% of the medical bill. At no given point they demonstrated any concern for my dog’s well being. These people are only after the money. They do NOT care about your pet’s well being. Very uneducated and unprofessional people! They do not treat our pets like a member of the families. In my last visit there, I noticed their business license displayed had been expired for more than 5 months! DO NOT RISK YOUR PET’S WELL BEING AND LIFE TAKING THEM THERE!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FURBABIES HERE!!! This place is a joke. Called 3 weeks ahead of time to board my dogs here. Advised to have them there before 5 pm. My husband and I brought our dogs at 4pm. Shop is closed and no one is answering the phone. Left voicemail. Never received a call back then or next day for an appology or even an excuse. I called today to let the owner know how sorry their services are and my animals WILL NEVER be at this place. Found a really nice place last minute that gave me half their prices and was so loving to my furbabies. God works in mysterious ways and knew what was best!

Will never return again!!! Took my yorkie for a cut and even showed exact pictures and gave a detailed explanation of what was wanted. His cut is so uneven!! He has strands of hair just hanging below what hair just dangling below the hair that they did cut. He has gaps.He was covered in loose dog hair...COVERED!! To top it off, the lady went to get my baby brought him to me and my husband husban, said NOTHING and immediately walked away! No smile no salutations nothing! Just a "who you here for." Very unprofessional.

First visit was nice month later second trip wasn't. Poor service. Took to long for our dog to get groomed. They didn't even answer the phone when we called to let them know we were coming. Not sure about this place any more

I took my dog there to get him washed and his teeth brush, and I couldn't tell any difference when I picked him up, there was still dirt on his under belly and his teeth were never brush. Will never go there again.

I was not pleased at all...myself and my car has hair everywhere and my dog doesn’t even shed...he obviously wasn’t bathed after his cut and he’s all gapped up and uneven ...will not use again
