I should have checked the reviews before bringing my pup to be groomed. Came home with a bath and nail trim for $56 but not sure they cut her at all. Sloppy. First pic is before, next one is after. Not much difference. Shaggy all over

The girls there are wonderful.I bring my boys in every three months for full haircuts with a bath and they always do a wonderful job. And then I bring my boys every three weeks or so for nail clipping and ears cleaning.

My husband just took his mini sheep doodle to be groomed,,, was not pleased at all!! They told him ahead of time it would be $47 for the full groom deal,, but when he went to pick him up they said he was to nervous and all they did was bath him and shave a little off his stomach and file his nails!!! We were so excited about getting his ears cleaned out and feet cleaned up but what a let down and they did come down to $39,, but on there price list it says only $11 for a bath!!! We are on fixed income and don’t have money to throw away!!! It’s sad how us seniors are treated now days

You guys better shutdown the business. We went there twice to get some pets and their attitude was like they sell the products only for certain people.

My dog Cali has been groomed there 4 or 5 times. They have always done a great job. This last Monday April 11th was a pitiful job. I ask for 1” and her privates, paws, and around face was trimmed. Cali has not been the same since I brought her home. She seems so sad and won’t play. Just lays around. The girl said I may want to take her to the vet, because her tooth may be infected as she showed resistance at the hairs being trimmed on 1 side. In February the vet said her teeth were immaculate for a 3 year old dog. She way playful and spunky all the way up til I picked her up. She was so thirsty I had to give her water as soon as I got in the car. I had to sign some papers cause, she hadn’t been there before. I told the lady, yes she has about 4 times. When I called I was told her rabbi shot papers needed to be brought in , because the other was out of date. I will never take her there again. I just hope Cali gets happy again

Been to this store 2 times.....I love it! My pups love the treats I got there and there prices are about the same as other places.

Please don’t go to Calhoun Petsense if you really want a single fish for your 3 gallon tank, as per the store associate they can’t sell any of them for small tanks. Pretty sure they don’t care losing customers.

Took my chiwawa up here to get her nails cut and filed only to see the groomers googleing how to do it. Unbelievable. Last time ever coming here for sure

I have a bischon and I have used other places in calhoun. My dog is (who is a family member) is placed in a waiting container and u can not see anything. He is groomed and cleaned well but he absolutely hates the place he cries for a hour once we pick him up. Today after leaving petsense he was waiting on the two lovely ladies lap and never not once cried. It wasnt a traumatic experience for him. He was happy. Plus he smells so good after leaving there. No one else will ever touch my granddog but these 2 caring ladies who I can just tell love animals so much. They do such a great job. Awesome job! Also as far as price the price match for other items in the store.

The employees were friendly and kind. They have a very large selection of treats and dry food for all animals! I visited their bathroom and it was clean and well maintained!

Bought a water fountain for my cats and when I went back for filters was told they didn't have them. Then the clerk suggested I buy them at Amazon.

It's always very clean and the employees are usually polite for the most part but it's kinda hard getting help or information on certain specific items I have asked about. But other than that it's alright..kinda pricey but heck who isn't these days ya know? Js

Very over priced..... so expensive. And the girl that worker there was literally eating her dinner while we walked in. She should’ve ate that in the break room...Then she smelled the treats when we checked out...Then says “periciate you”Store was clean. Just super expensive. Not worth it:) go on chewy

Have asked many times for single mice to feed my snake. They keep saying they will order some but never do. Needs better management. Never have what you need.
