Awesome pet store, great owner and employees. They have reptiles, assorted fish, feeder supplies, dog and cat food, a professional groomer and a 5,500 square foot facility full of food, toys, live animals, rabbits, lizards, dragons, spiders, snakes, hamsters, bird birds birds, and more. Their betta section is very nice and clean. Parking was a breeze, and there is a very nice “jumping jacks, kid play facility across the parking lot”.

10/10 recommend! They did such a wonderful job on my new Aussie doodle, Saylor. The entire shop is so nice and clean and the staff are beyond amazing. I found my new furever groomer/boarder. Posted are before and after photos of my new baby!

My whole family loves this store! They have the absolute best and friendliest staff!! Fresh baked dog treats, fun toys, and a beautiful healthy selection of live fish and animals. And it’s always so clean! We are so grateful to have such a wonderful place here in Calhoun.

Best pet store in Calhoun!They have a large selection of products and animals to choose from at fair prices. They have an incredible selection for aquascaping as well (including drift wood, aqua-plants, and larger rocks) which is pretty hard to find at your normal pet stores.The staff is extremely friendly and informative. They're ready with a helping hand at all times. This store has a beautiful aesthetic, and is extremely clean; without fail!I purchased a lot of fish here in the past, and they were in perfect health on every occasion. All the animals here are always happy or at a state of tranquility. They're always all fed with clean enclosures. It's what I love to see when I'm at a pet store.(picture is of a baby sulcata tortoise, the third largest species of tortoise in the world!!) So cute!!

They always do an awesome job grooming my mini golden doodle, Sky! Sky is always so excited when she walks in and excited when she gets done! Not to mention how cute she looks when they are finished. They are all friendly and accommodating. Every time I call to get a grooming appt, they always find a time to get us in! I buy all of Sky’s toys and leashes here also since all of their stuff is high quality and worth the price.

We LOVE the staff at Pet’s R Us! Lisa has been grooming my various dogs since we moved here in 2015! Yesterday she gave my girl a very much needed haircut to give her some relief from this heat! She is so much happier and playful! Thanks guys!

I gave this business 5 stars because they are by far the best of the 2 pet stores in Calhoun Ga. They have many beautiful animals of different kinds from reptiles, birds, aquatics, all supplies, and their staff are very friendly. This is the go to store in Gordon County for your pet needs. They also offer grooming. I like my experiences and have bought bird and fish from here. The variety of Betta Fish are among the best even above other surrounding counties. They have the brightest colors and most variety of breeds of Betta fish. My bird I bought is a beautiful parakeet named Jekyll who I purchased as a friend for my other bird Tybee. Both Parakeets. All the animals are thriving. These people genuinely have the best interest of their products in mind to satisfy their customers. It's private owned and has to compete with other large pet store chains so prices may be a tiny bit more but not always. I recommend this store above the other store on Calhoun because of the service, variety, and care for the customer. Below are pictures of my birds and aquarium. Sorry the rainbow shark from the store is hidden. ( He is shy) but all the fish and the plants came from pets or us as well as my water treatments. You can see it's very cycled and both birds and fish are thriving! Never have any issues!! Happy pet shopping at Pets R' Us!!!

I have to brag this place a bit. They’re so GOOD at what they’re doing. Been taking my dog here for a year for grooming; they’re NEVER disappointed me. They’re very detail in every way. The shop is very clean and very professional. Would highly recommend this place.

i came in for the first time here and bought a snail and goldfish monday, september the 13th. and today on september 16, i come home from work to find my snail dead out of the shell, and my goldfish at the bottom of the tank barely breathing. and my fish i got from the fair is swimming around doing just fine. i take really good care of my fish and i have good experience with fish. never ever shopping here again. it costs $16 for a goldfish and snail. RIDICULOUS. my goldfish died an hour after arriving home today.

Came in today to get an algae eater snail and some plants. The lady who helped me (didn’t catch her name), was super informative and so friendly! We also have a golden doodle pup that we will be bringing in for all of her grooming needs. They take such good care of their animals, I love how they have so many different options of fish and none of them look sickly or dead, they are all alive and taken care of. Both of the ladies who were there today were super nice. I’ll definitely be coming here from now on for all of my pet needs. Thank you!!

I loved walking around looking at all of the animals. So well taken care of. I originally went to see the ferret. It was so cute rolling over wanting belly rubs!!! I just wanted to scoop it up and take home! We got a few things for our dogs. Nice staff and shop cat. She was sweet too.

I love Leslie & her entire team- they’ve always groomed my furr baby boy & always answer my questions when something comes up. Also, whoever the young lady is running the shop side today (Aug 26) was so sweet answering all my questions about having a goldfish as a class pet 😎 thank you so much! I will only use Petsrus for my pet needs- we also went to Petsense asking questions and they could have cared less. Only Petsrus for me and mine!

i bought 2 fish and a pleco from here for my community tank (which was already thriving before adding these new fish) its been a week and every fish i bought from this store has died. employees just make up prices when they get to the register and tanks are usually dirty with bones from previous fish.edited to reply: i test my water before and after adding new fish and everything was fine. No i didn't reach out to you because theres a 24 hour policy on live animals soooo what could be done ?

A few days ago I wrote an unfair review of this place. I was angry at something else and took it out on pets r us. I was wrong and I apologize. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get my pet groomed. And I didn't allow for that. The groomers do a good job and put up with us customers as best they can.

My boyfriend has 5 dogs and we showed up at 2:30. They had all 5 dogs nails clipped in about 15 minutes. Thank you so much for fitting us in. We will be back in a couple of weeks to get two of the dogs groomed since they need it.

For over a year I specifically asked them to not cut my dogs eyelashes. This is because they had cut one eyelash short. Today I took her to be groomed and once again asked not to cut her eyelashes. When I picked her up and got her home both of her eyelashes were completely cut off completely! I saw the girl write it on her card but apparently no one looked at the card. I’ve taken her there for several years but I will not be taking her back

This pet store is absolutely the greatest. I have personally known the owner for almost 30 year’s she will go out of her way to help customers. The personnel she hires to work in her store are friendly and courteous and are there to help in anyway. It’s been great doing business there and I won’t shop anywhere else.
