I broke down on my way back to Indiana from Florida. I was pulling a forty foot fifth wheel. Unfortunately my transmission went completely out this shop got my transmission replaced and and I cannot express how great Jessie and everybody involved were so helpful and kind.So if you have a need for auto repair they are the best thank you northwest Georgia auto repair

We blew a tire on our car trailer, while helping move my mother from South Carolina to Kansas and needed a new one. We got here 5 minutes before they closed and they kept the shop open to help use. So greatful.

I came here after having a bad experience with the Walmart down the road. These guys had my vehicle in the air 5 minutes after I handed them the keys. Great work, friendly staff and an awesome work ethic. Cool little memorabilia display too. Terrific job, guys! If we lived closer to ya'll, you would be our go-to shop.

Had a flat tire. Made a phone call on a Friday afternoon on the way to a meeting. Jesse answered and said I’ll be there in a few minutes. From the time they picked us up and got us on the road in less than an hour. Impressive southern hospitality!! Rates were very reasonable. Thank you Jesse and team!

Driving from Florida to Ohio in Easter weekend when we got a low tire pressure alert. Thought we might have run over debris from a traffic accident earlier. Stopped in at Northwest Georgia Automotive to get it checked out. They were great. Looked over the tire in question, found no leaks, checked pressure in other three tires and sent us on our way. No charge. Great experience.

Purchased a set of tires exactly 1 month ago woke up this morning to a flat tire. Came back to this location only to be charged for a new tire. No holes in the tire. Another case of women being taken advantage of. Women be aware don't go alone. The tire had to be a defect but they refused to acknowledge that.

My overall experience with Northwest Georgia Automotive Inc has not been a good one. I like to support small businesses in our area, but I will not be going back here. We bought a set of new tires here and they were unhelpful. The customer service is disappointing.

Wish I could give no stars. Had my truck serviced here for years. Always good work.My wife had ac problem with her camaro. I recommended her to go here. They misdiagnosed her problem. Told her she had a bad ac compressor. She had to get a rental for a week while it was repaired $1700 for the ac system . Picked up the car and drove home. No cool air from the ac. Took the car back the next day. This time they said it was misdiagnosed and needed a blend door $1800 job and would have to remove the windshield and dash. This cost another 4 days in a rental car.They did the repair for the original paid amount seeing how it was their mistake.Picked up the car when it was ready but the windshield was scratched terribly bad. They said they didn't use their normal Windshield guy and agreed to replace it. Now another rental car. Picked up the car and wires were hanging out of the onstar until. Had to get them to fix that.The owner would not reimburse for any rental car expense or loss of work time.An ac cooling line has dripped in our garage floor ever since and we were intent not to take our vehicle back to this establishment ever again seeing how the previous repairs had been handles.Today we had the vehicle at Days Chevrolet in Acworth. They found a damaged power steering line. Damaged at the radiator. Tool marks on the fitting from previous removal when installing ac condenser. Cost $230 to have the line repaired and another $250 in labor since the new part was discontinued by Chevy.Beware when using this establishment. It may most probably cost you way more in the long run and further unexpected issues. Go to a reputable and knowledgeable mechanic that offers support and backs their work.Your choice.

Do yourself a favor and use another business for your tire and automotive needs. Value and customer service are severely lacking compared to other tire dealers. In such a competitive market they fall extremely short.

I walked out of an appointment I had to find out I had a flat tire. I looked up the closest tire place and thankfully came to Northwest Ga Automotive/TireQuest! William looked up my tire and at first it was looking like it would be first thing in the morning but then he found they had one in stock. Jesse Smith came to the rescue and towed my truck here and they got the new tire on within an hour or so. Great group of gentlemen, very professional and welcoming and great service! I would recommend this place to anyone in the Calhoun area.

Stopped by last week to make an appointment for Saturday service thinking my 8 a.m. time would allow me to be one of the first in and get it back. Go figure. People who just stop by and wait take priority over who was courteous enough to make an appointment. Went in for brakes and decided to get 4 new tires. Guess we were not big ticket enough. What a joke. Never use these people. Have wasted an entire Saturday. Should have gone just around the corner to Michelin.

Good service with competitive prices. Nice waiting area with TV and phone charging cords, and restroom. I had an alignment, it was quickly done but the steering wheel was still off. So they took it back and redid the job.

Had a tire go flat when I was on my way to Atlanta so I stopped here as it was the closest place and they were awesome! Super nice people, fast and quality service, no pushing any unnecessary services or anything, and they had a decent rebate offer for buying tires which was just a cool bonus. Definitely recommend this place!

Took my car over today for new tires and alignment. Ended up needed brakes and some other small things fixed. They were very polite and fast. Ended up being cheaper than I was expecting. Very satisfied with this experience and will definitely use again.

Had a 3:30 appointment on Monday, they were supposed to call me when tires came in. Well they didn’t call so as 4:15 I called them. We decided I should bring it up n the next morning at 8:00. At 9:20 my car is still sitting in the same spot. These guys are amazing! I’m traveling right now from Ohio down to Florida. Unfortunately my radiator was hit on the highway by a rock or something that came off a semi. I had to replace my radiator which was pricey, obviously. But they gave me a discount for like $40 off! They also drove me and some of my family to a hotel down the street! Jesse drove us! He’s awesome he also called me about 2 hours after dropping us off and said he would stay late to try and fix our vehicle! Jesse and his crew finished my car a half our before close at 6 pm Jesse again, picked us up from the hotel and bought us back to the shop! I brought my car in around 11 am! That’s only 7 hours! I was so ecstatic because they were booked! I couldn’t believe it my car is running great and no issues with the radiator. Also I have a 2 year warranty with Goodyear in any state! Kinda a rough start to vacation but great to have amazing people in our would like these guys! Jesse especially! He was very kind and really helped us out! Thank you guys so much!

Guys working the front were great. Wish I remembered the guys name but was honest and gave me the appropriate price for a transmission flush versus gouging me for an extra $60. The waiting area is nice. Guys in the back did a great job on synthetic oil change and transmission flush too. Only small issue was I made an appointment a week in advance but wasn't actually put on the schedule (They got it right in though and finished quickly). I would recommend. Thanks to the guys at Tirequest.

If I could leave this shop zero stars I would. My car is 2012 Toyota Corolla and started having issues with its spark plugs not even six months ago. We have been to this shop now 3 times to get it fixed and they replaced it with a faulty and cheap spark plugs. Now my battery doesn’t work and they changed that 3 months ago. This place pays for cheap parts but over prices them way over for the value they get them at. I know they get cheap parts because my friend who works at good year off of Cobb parkway gave us the low down. We refuse to pay for the same problem which is the only reason why we bring it back here because it’s under warranty. Spark plugs are not a cheap part. So expect slow service they’re always booked and cheap products.

By far best in the area! We were traveling and blew a tire, being almost 1000 miles away from home and it getting late we thought we were just out of luck. The people at Tirequest got us in last minute and got us back on the road in less then 30 minutes. Definitely saved us! Super friendly staff, super quick, and great service. Staff treated us like we were family. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I have been using Tire Quest for a long time and have been very satisfied. The guys have always gone out of their way to keep me happy. But it works best if you make an appointment first. The prices are responsible for this kind of business. They won't let me leave unless they are sure my car is safe to drive. I thank them very much for their service.

Fantastic customer care and service!!!Traveling up to Blue Ridge and the fuel pump went out on my Expedition just before closing on a Friday. I was at a loss. Called TireQuest and Jesse said they'd take care of it. And they did. I had a tow truck finally drop it off after closing. But Jesse's attention and accessibility through the weekend was so helpful.And they were able to get me back up and running earlier than expected. Jesse even texted me that evening to make sure I made it home alright.

We were traveling through Calhoun, GA and woke up to a car that wouldn’t start. By the time a wrecker arrived it was almost noon on Saturday before I could get it towed to the shop, where they were completely booked for the day. The service manager worked us in, let us bring our dog in to wait in the air-conditioning, and got us back on the road about 3 hours later MUCH to our relief!

Amazing crew of guys- broke down on the hwy in drive up from Florida. They stayed late and fixed a large brake job so we didn’t have to get a hotel room! Great southern service in pinch!
