They had a whole section of zucchini on display and a lot was leaving large liquid piles under it and everything it was moldy and just awful!! The white in the bad is not condensation it’s mold

Bakery is a joke. Ordered simple cupcakes with yellow icing well ahead of time got there and of course nobody working in the bakery because she leaves at 12. Never made the cupcakes and manager literally didn’t care at all. Pure laziness and no wonder people won’t work when even managers are sorry.

They got a good deals going on this week. I bought Meats drinks for such a good price you can't beat Kroger when it comes to Meats. I suggest everybody go check it out before they sell in. Kroger in Calhoun Georgia

It confuses me when you go to a business and the deli closes at 830 and your there at 720 and can't get any meat sliced. Your customer service especially in the deli has become more horrible with each day.

So i called this location to fill a prescription that was out of stock in my local Kroger in Kennesaw. I was told that they only fill prescriptions for people locally. Even Jim Crow was separate but equal. This pharmacy has meds my pharmacy doesn't have. I guess that's separate but unequal. I will be sending a letter to and calling the corporate office to understand the purpose of a network of pharmacies if the local stores are allowed to show bias.

It's pretty sad that Walmart is now a better shopping experience. I'm tired of the games with prices. Nobody wants to use the stupid app that seems to always require a huge update in-store.The scales at the self-checkout line are poorly calibrated and complain every 3-4 items. The attendant that's supposed to be watching half the time is off somewhere else talking to somebody. The only reason I shop at this Kroger is because the other stores in the area are so bad.The click list carts are always in the way of in-store shoppers. It degrades the experience significantly.

Being proud to call New Orleans home for over 60 years, when visiting friends in Georgia, and upon seeing a King Cake in their local Kroger, we bought one for our friends to enjoy.When we cut into this dry, tasteless imposter of a king cake (with a little k and c) we were so embarrassed, especially since it came from an old bakery in the New Orleans area.Next time I purchase a King Cake for friends from out of town, I'll geaux to Rouse's, where they know how to bake delicious REAL TRADITIONAL New Orleans KING CAKES.

WORST PLACE EVER EXTREAMLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Ordered Mickey mouse cup cakes for my kids 1st birthday 12 days ahead of the party (12 count Vanilla 6 white 6 red with a little Mackey mouse ring for the topper) go to pick them up on the day of the party I was handed (12 purple and black swirls on chocolate cup cakes) told the lady this was not mine. And I was told (yes it is we didn't have the Mackey mouse ring so we just made theses for you instead) word for word. No phone call no heads up at all took it apon them self to decide what I wantedYOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️ so now I have purple and black cups cause no time to have someone remake them

After 7 years I'm over the empty shelves and the screw ups. My budget can't afford milk with a month out expire date and it goes rotten in 48 hours. Or a "fresh" fillet of fish priced at over 8 dollars from the seafood department that's gone bad so much that the woman standing next to me admonished me to, "Please don't buy that!" How about being able to smell all that seafood two aisles away.Once my favorite store, now it's just sad and a one way trip to the ER.

I type this as I sit in the delivery spot waiting for my order 50 min past my pickup window. I had an order of 40 items only. The order said it was ready but I'm still sitting here. I could have done my own shopping in this amount of time but it's easier to pick up than it is to shop with a child. I'm pretty disappointed in the service.

Very good - but - very busy - called several times for help on intercom - out of organic aloe Vera juice - 2 weeks now. Organic greens did not look good. Young black make cashier - excellent - knowledgeable and professional and wonderful smile !!!

Due to having an at-risk household, my husband and I have been depending primarily on pickups during the pandemic. After multiple bad experiences at this location, we have come to learn that the service at this particular location is absolutely atrocious. It doesn't matter whether we show up early or late for our pickups; it takes FOREVER to receive our groceries and we end up spending nearly an hour waiting in our car every time. We do not lay the blame on those essential workers doing the delivering, but Kroger itself needs to step it up and have more staff available for pickups (or possibly be better organized?). We have not experienced this at other nearby locations (smaller stores even), so I'm not sure what exactly is happening in Calhoun!

Always have what I need. I love that you get cents off your gas with the purchases you make in the store. Did you know you can sign up your non-profit's too. They donate a lot of food to the food pantry I volunteer at. So they will always get my business.

The store is clean and much newer-looking than the one in Dalton. It's a great place to pick up brands of items that Walmart doesn't stock. This is also the only place around that sells the delicious "Chocolate covered Banana chips" in their organic sweets section. Those things are SO DELICIOUS! Albeit not the healthiest. But if you snack on a few a day, a single container will last you for a few weeks at least! A great little after-dinner treat!

Customer service is not good, due to people hanging up and not helping looking for one item in the store. If you do not have patience do not take the time to use there customer service.

Great friendly helpful staff. However, very minimal organic selection and no drive thru pharmacy. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars. Hopefully they will build a much larger updated store soon.

This is my first choice in this small town, but honestly the last two times I've gone to this location to purposely buy something from the deli they seem to always be out or to busy to assist me. I dont think requesting an 8pc chicken or 20pc hot wings is asking for a lot. I was literally told today that it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait on hot wings. Why advertise an item and not keep it in stock.

I have never been treated the way I was treated tonight, the deli department was BEYOND rude. I understand if you’ve had a rough day but if you are taking it out on your customers there is a problem and you shouldn’t even be working with the public period. Horrible customer service.

Was in Express Lane today!!! I had 7 items! Lady in front had $300 worth of food. There were other Ianes open with just a buggy ahead! I was 20 minutes in the line! Express Lane? Called store...if the other lanes have 1-2 people who want to check express lane can open to them!!! I had passed other checkouts not full! Store management needs to reevaluate!!! Going to talk to them tomorrow!!!

Ordered Thanksgiving dinner for our company observance. The meal WAS fully cooked (as advertised), but was completely frozen. Needless to say, our Thanksgiving lunch was a little late.On the other hand, this is always a clean and thriving location that serves the community well!

Had to use Western Union. Only 1 person helping people. Had a problem with the one she was helping and nobody else came to help her. She even started asking other workers to get someone. But could not get anyone to help. 3 people walked out that was in front of me. Dont know how long they had been waiting. I finally got tired and walked out also.

Today i went to get gifts for my wife for a gender reveal and when i called the bakery to ask if they could fill cupcakes with pink filling they were very rude and hung up on me after saying it was not possible to do. I went to management and thanks to Tristen i got what i needed. The ladies in the bakery were very rude and didnt want to help me even in person and when they were asked why not one of the ladies said she wasnt working over and she had a kid to pick up, then went on to say it wouldnt be done till tomorrow morning. I understand her being upset but it was very unprofessional. Luckily tristen the manager got one of the employees to do it for me and he did a very good job in about 10 minutes. My family was surprised and after a bad day dealing with rude people it ended up being a really good day. I would love to give it 5 stars because they are usually always nice and do a great job but after today id have to say the ladies in the bakery really shocked me. I want to thank tristen for everything she made it possible for my wife and me and to the man in the bakery that did it for us THANK YOU! You did an awesome job and our family loved them. Ill probably be back to get another dozen or so. Hopefully this time it isnt as bad or ill be calling corporate.
