I've frequent this store quite a bit. It's always cluttered and unorganized. But I still go back until the trip I made today. I had miss placed my debit card so I thought. Well I came back into the store to explain to the cashier that I have lost my card. She was laughing and making jokes about me with other customers andgotten very angry with me as well. Some people should not work with the public. She should be discharged of her job.

Yesterday, I took my 6 year old son to this store because I had promised him that he could buy a few toys as a reward for good behavior and good grades. Imagine my son's excitement that quickly turned to disappointment when we discovered that the toy aisle had carts with boxes at each end blocking entry to the entire aisle. There were 2 employees stocking the aisle. When I asked 1 employee if I could gain entry to purchase something from that aisle, she timidily smiled as if she were nervous to answer my question, and then she looked over at the other employee, back at me, and said "uuuuum... I'm not sure...let me ask". She came back to ask me "WHAT IS IT THAT YOU NEED?" KEEP IN MIND...THIS IS THE TOY AISLE! AS IF ANYONE EVER KNOWS WHAT IS AVAILABLE ON THE TOY AISLE WITHOUT LOOKING?!? I then responded with "well... my little boy just wanted a few toys. Are we allowed to take him to look?" She then proceeded to "uuuuuuuum" and look back and forth between me and the other employee WHO NEVER LOOKED MY DIRECTION NOR GOT UP FROM HER SEATED POSITION ON THE FLOOR, so I said "it's ok. I'll take him somewhere else." simply to avoid having to wait for her to private conference with the employee to know how to answer my question again. I went to the checkout with the few items I was lucky to get since those aisles were accessible. I asked the cashier who the manager was, and guess what? Yep...she pointed to the toy aisle and said "HEATHER". I asked "You mean... the lady that's on the ground on the toy aisle?" She confirmed, so I then proceeded to tell her what happened without a harsh tone or negative attitude etc, and she responded with a sarcastic and snippy tone in an attempt to convince me that it was perfectly acceptable due to the toy aisle being in complete disarray, and HEATHER had no other opportunity to organize the mess, that "THESE PEOPLE MAKE BECAUSE THEY LET THEIR KIDS DO WHATEVER", and she "didn't see what my problem was being that she asked what I needed because she was going to hand it to me", so basically, ALL CUSTOMERS ARE BEING PUNISHED DUE TO THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS INABILITY TO MAINTAIN THE SHELF ORGANIZATION?!? HOOOOOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE? HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE TREATMENT TO CUSTOMER LOYALTY AND PATRONAGE?!? I'M APPALLED...I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED...AND THIS IS JUST MY REVIEW. I AM CALLING COOPERATE. Luckily I relocated here from my birth place and childhood home in Chesapeake, Virginia...so I'm VERY knowledgeable on the location, names of the people and their contact information that can address this issue. I have frequented many Dollar Tree establishments in many states all over the country. I can honestly say that I have NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RUDE, INCOMPASSIONATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT AT ANY ESTABLISHMENT AS I EXPERIENCED AT THIS CALHOUN, GA LOCATION YESTERDAY. It saddens me that I'll have to commute to another town just to shop at a Dollar Tree due to this location being the ONLY ONE IN CALHOUN, GA, but I will. This location has lost my business.

There wasn't a lot in stock, but there were boxes of products on carts everywhere. I didn't see anyone restocking the shelves. I probably won't visit this store again.

Nothing can go wrong for as cheap as everything is here. The cashier was completely on point she would count your items and be able to tell you your total including tax before she even got finished ringing you up!

What a horrible mess. Main aisles blocked with junk. Shelves empty. Employees standing around talking to each other ignoring mess and customers. Stacks and stacks of boxes of merchandise waiting to be opened and put on shelves. DISGUSTING. I have shopped at many Dollar Tree stores and love them. This has to be a management problem here. The 4 of us left and went to Walmart where we spent over $100 in Fall and Halloween decor and craft items.

I just left dollar tree located in Calhoun ga. I have stopped here many times with no problems. Today was a very different experience.The cashier was horrible. She never said hello just gave everyone a major attitude. She made certain that you knew you were bothering her coming through the line.I watched her being so rude to customers and i thought maybe she is experiencing problems at home and when it was my turn i went out of my way to say hello asked her how her day was and she looked me in the eye and rolled her eyes at me.So when it came time to pay she.snaped the total at me then again I chose to say thank you to her and she ignored me. I watched her do this to the lady behind me also. I have been calling the store for over 15 minutes and it is still busy I hope something changes with this lady before people stop coming permanently

This is the worst Dollar Tree I've ever been in. Today while I was being checked out, the manager called the cashier on her cell phone and told her to bring her a bag. The manager was right outside the door (in her car) getting ready to go tothe bank. Really, you expect your help to drop what they are doing and run outside to bring you a bag. Come on, that isn't even close to being a good manager.

To be a new store it has fallen into disarray very quickly. It seems empty, which for a new store makes no sense, there are always boxes scattered around on the ground, and the staff is always complaining. I have never checked out and not had my cashier complaining either to me or their co-worker about another co-worker or about having to work in general. I like dollar tree, I get a lot of cheap cleaning products and craft supplies, but I wish this one would shape up.

Sadly this store has gone downhill! used to be so neat & clean. I went in tonight & they were out of so much & the store was dirty with stuff thrown everywhere, even on the floor. Not going back here with so many nice Dollar Trees around.

Very kind workers! TERRIBLE ON POPULAR STOCK!! This place don’t even carry half the the amazing things other stores carry! We need those things in our local store so we don’t have to find another store farther away to shop it! Up the game to whoever stocks Calhoun Dollar Tree (and that’s NOT the employees...it’s the main company!)

Amazing store Manager. I placed an order and waited 2 weeks for it to come in only to find the package I received was a mis-pick the store Manager went out back and found exactly what I ordered in their inventory. Fantastic customer service. I never got the store managers name but Thank you very much young lady.

Its amazing whenever you go to this store there is always 3 or more cashiers standing around but ine register open . Line long and always a reason why they can't open . Better to take chance at walmart. Didnt know the dollar tree was a social store. SMH.

Can't get enough dollar items. They have a little bit of everything there. You wouldn't believe all the things you can make from these great dollar items. It's endless. Plenty of seasonal supplies, great for picture props!

They have a lot of product in this small store. Employees are nice. Access and parking are good. Usually have to wait in checkout line but it moves pretty good.

This Dollar Tree is awful. It's always dirty and the cashiers are as slow as molasses. It's nothing like the Towne Lake Dollar Tree. Management really needs to step up their game with this one.

They don't have the greatest selection. I went there specifically for makeup brushes, which every Dollar Tree carries, & they didn't have any at all! The store was a mess & a little difficult to navigate thru.

Management isn't the greatest & the bathroom is gross and didn't have a changing table. The merchandise is typical Dollar Tree with typical prices

I work at this Dollar Tree & love the store. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful to the customers. I'd like to think I am one of them.
