Walmart in Cairo, GA is the best I have been in. It is organized. There is always someone nearby to help. Employees are helpful and kind. Appears to be managed well.

Have to go but hate it. Never have what you need prices are all up. Sales aren't sales. Never enough checkout lanes ready. Lines long. Workers don't smile. They aren't very helpful. I'm old so getting my groceries out is a real chore. I refuse to use self checkout. I'll use when they pay me to. Customers dress disrespectful. Never ever buy meat there. Never. I'd love to see other competitors nearby I'd go there in a New York minute.

There's a guy there named Johnny who will bend over backwards to make sure your tires are serviced professionally and quick ask for him and give him a tip cuz this guy is crazy amazing!

Prices rising and practically self service and checkout. Workers ignoring you acting as if you as a customer as a bother. Will have to call a dozen times in a row to get someone to answer. Then you are put.on hold forever. Manager is never in and avoids you at all cost. The friendliness person in store is your neighbors who are also shopping. The employees treat you like criminals as you leave. Disgusting place to shop and then self checkout, have to use walmart app to find anything. More worried about online orders and pick-up orders than helping the ones who come into store.

The workers deserve the stars. They are helpful and willing to help you find whatever you need, even if it isn't in the department they work in. It's a smaller store than what I'm used to but it carries a large variety of items.

This makes a week this shelf has been like this. I told an employee in the area a week ago. Today I didn't have time to fight and get the overnight diapers so I got milk and left. This store should have been made bigger years ago

I think its a shame what Walmart has done, I worked for them 30 odd years ago and it was wonderful, if they caught you doing nothing they would find you something to do, now the employees stand around talking on their cell phones or each other, not using the checkout lanes they want and almost demand you to self checkout and they stand and watch you without helping, I need to go back to work for them and make 20 dollars an hour just to do nothing....it makes me so mad, I'm beginning to hate Walmart its discusting, the carts are in bad repair as much money as they make you'd think the carts would work properly, the freezer handles shock at least put wood handles on the doors.

It was ok. The usual visit. Filthy men's restroom, paint peeling off the walls, sinks stained black from FILTH, obnoxious employees, if there were an alternative I would certainly never step foot in the Cairo Walmart again!!!

They only have 1 scooter for seniors who can't walk in the store due to health issues. My husband had to push me around in a cart meant for children to be buckled into. I will not be back at this walmart. I asked a manager of the cashiers & she acted like there was nothing about it.

Usually my bar is set low anytime I go into a Walmart as far as customer service is concerned but I have to say at least some of the employees here seem to enjoy their job. Walmart needs to be better as far as hiring people that want to be there

There checkout system needs help and there customer service and phone service is unavailable. I don’t know which Walmart is worse Cairo or Moultrie. You can’t get anyone to answer the phone and the managers don’t seem to care. I think that Walmart is just getting to the point of being the worst customer service provider ever

The shelves were either bare, or there were stockers everywhere. Up and down each aisle, you could barely get down the aisles. The staff used to be friendly but now they act like they're doing you a favor by letting you shop there. I can't hardly stand to go there anymore. If it wasn't for the pharmacy, I might not be going back.

Look at y'all go! It's Black Friday at 6:30am, and EVERY employee we saw was cheerful and appeared to be happy to be at work. Everyone smiled and spoke to us when we passed them, starting with the friendly, smiley face at the entrance! Must have been a great morning meeting today! Thank you, Cairo Walmart Team! Made my day! Thomasville should pay attention!

Walmart Supercenter in Cairo GA, is this really a supercenter? No oil change or tire repair or mounting. What defines a supercenter?What's going on with stock? Two gallon buckets and no lids, five gallon bucket lids and no buckets. I really wanted a five gallon bucket.I normally buy the same items and they are usually in stock. When the item is not there, it may never be on the shelf again. I'm happy to see the Equate brand clear liquid soap is finally back.

Two employees at the deli were having an argument (including profanity) and ignoring myself and another customer at about 12:45 pm! We were both wanting chicken. I spoke to the two guys and they looked at me, turned their backs and continued to argue! We left the deli. When I was leaving I told another employee that I wanted to buy some food and what happened at the deli. She apologized and said I should try the new Popeye's ! When i asked about a manager, she said" There is no manager today!. We do not have one most days. I asked for the managers name. She said Tom, I think!. She claimed not to know his last name! I called 9 times in the next hour to speak to someone else! I was hung up on twice while on hold. The rest of my calls went unanswered. I called the pharmacy and the associate there could not name anyone in charge that I could talk to either! I tried the electronics as well! No answer!! I guess if you do not talk to anyone then you cannot complain ! I simply wanted a few rotisserie chickens! I got a bunch of attitude and indifference! I guess Walmart doesn't want to sell chicken at lunchtime! LOL

First Walmart ever - in hundreds! - where I got a cart that was fully functional! All four wheels worked smoothly. Seriously, have you ever had one in Walmart? They are always three-wheels-and-one-stuck, or worse.This location also seemed rather clean and well organized and sorted. Good experience!

I was pleasantly surprised of how fast they came to curbside delivery do early in the am. They have always been friendly when you go in but go above and beyond for curbside delivery. I had two folks come out to see if I had my delivery and check on who I was. It was awesome to have such professionalism.
