So excited about the pet washing station for my large dogs. Drove to the nearest location today. Super disappointed. The smell was awful—a mix of mold, mildew and dirty, wet dog despite appearing to not have been used earlier today. Also a sign on the door that says “no towels.” Not really interested in washing a 100 lb long haired dog that’s afraid of blow dryers with no towels. Staff at store were super nice and double checked for towels and there were none. They mentioned this is a regular occurrence. Please find someone who is willing to do their job at this location for the pet wash station. Super disappointed in TS as I’m a regular customer at my local store.

The website, inventory and items available in each store are accurate. This is my home store but I go to other TSC if errands take me elsewhere. Every employee at every store is friendly and helpful.

Still getting used to the store reset...nice though. They were out of the litter we usually buy so we got a different kind. Found our usual catfood and treats. Things were backed up at register but the cashier called someone to help right away. Store is always clean and employees very helpful and pleasant.

My experience at the tractor supply in Grady county was horrible I walked around the store for 30 minutes and still didn't have anyone asked me if I needed help they had over five people working not doing anything just talking amongst themselves whenever I finally did ask for help myself all they did was walk around just like I did looking for the item. When we finally did find it over $100 . I voiced the fact that Walmart carried the same item for $20 and the assistant manager (grey haired female) chimed in telling me I BETTER go to Walmart then! wow. My teenage daughters mouth has more respect.
