Went in on 4/2/24 and the store was a complete mess in addition to the air conditioner not working! On a more positive note, the one cashier was very friendly and despite the poor working conditions (the store was very hot), she had a fan behind the register blowing on her, but her customer service skills were top tier! She deserves a pay raise!

Stock worker found the item and brought me out a case so I could purchase the items I needed.Bathrooms are closed, and Fire Exit is restricted !!! :(

Manager on register could not have been slower. Acting like she did not care at all. Store is dirty and a mess. Register girl looked like it was an effort to stand and all sweaty and nasty looking. No smile at all. No thank you and treated employees terrible. And its a 1.25$ store

I love dollar tree. This store has issues. It stays cluttered. Customer service is not good. Always busy and always one cashier. Have had to ask more then once to get help with checking out. No one never whats to help the one cashier. Lines are long. Have walked out a few times do to checking out was slow. .its not the cashiers fault its the management. This store has no team work.

The current manager they have on night shift is very rude and unfriendly and not helpful at all! I have always had for the most part a pleasant time in the store...until now

the smell was so bad, it smelled just like a cat litter box after the cat uses it .. and my asthma couldn't take it, had me and my sister choking lol. real serious 0 review.

This store was very large and had a lot of inventory. It wasn't the cleanest store I've been and it could have been more organized. I do recommend this store to others.

I thought the service was terrible and they had someone working the checkout who didn't know what they were doing. They are also very rude to my wife because she needs and has a service dog. I'd give it a quarter of a star for service if possible.

I've been shopping at Dollar Tree stores for years. Chesapeake, Virginia was my first ever when I lived there. Finding good prices and good products.

I love to take $20 in here and find so many goodies! I just wish the isles were not so cluttered. Or further apart, I'm in a wheelchair. .. makes it almost impossible to shop here.... ouch

Some of the staff is friendly and clean.Some look like they just don't care how they came to work. The store sometimes is a mess with stuff all on the floor.
