They were very helpful and easy to schedule with. They don’t charge an arm and a leg either!My pup had a surgery and they were very informative on the medication he needed to take.They got him in and out same day within a couple of hours and took good care of my boy!Would definitely recommend!

We drive the extra 30 minutes to go down to this animal hospital for all vet check ins and follow ups because they’re THAT good. I haven’t not met an unkind person here. Everyone seems to love what they do, they love the animals, they’re caring and thoughtful. They put your mind at ease and give great care. Some vets can be too scared to handle the animals, some are too direct but the fine folks down here do it perfectly. Happy we have them caring for our fur children.Note- we have two rescue pits and a cat from a shelter.

I have only had a few good visits here since the business has been in this facility, and this past two weeks has done it for me. Disrespectful, no knowledge or recommendations of anything, misinformation,.try to double treat and take your money and plain out lie. Question if my dog really got the heart worm prevention shot. Very disappointed. I also agree with the ordor. My experience.Sure do miss Dr Maddox old office. Good ole days

I brought in my dog, he had a incision on his neck from playing to hard with my other dog and was fighting a ear infection, they shaved the area by the neck and managed to scrape the wound that was maybe a quarter of a inch, which was now about a inch big. They brought my dog back in, he was bleeding everywhere and starting foaming at the mouth. I rushed to the front desk, asked for help, calmed my dog down and waited for about 10 minutes. After that I cleaned everything myself and let the people know I had it under control. No one came to help. They also were so afraid to even touch my dog, when he wasn't being aggressive or anything like that. I will never go back there.

I truly don’t even know where to start. I walked in the saddest person on this planet and walked out the happiest! I walked in with my dog STUCK in labor without pushing her second pup out after the first one came out deceased due me not having experience with natural birth! Due to this my dog needed an emergency c-section that I couldn’t afford at the time, I believe it was a lady named Hailey who was on the phone with me giving me steps on resources I can look up to help me with the funds. Within 20 minutes i luckily got approved and we RUSHED to the vet! Once I rushed in there was NO HESITATION in the staff helping out with my dog and taking her to the back to prepare her for surgery. As I was walking back and fourth in and out the vet they still managed to make us feel as comfortable as they can they even helped out by walking back and fourth to give us updates on how my dogs doing. To make it long story short I walked in with only having hopes of my dog surviving and accepting that the pups may not survive but when I tell you these staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I mean they went overboard to save those pups! A total of 3hours of sitting there while they fought for those pups to survive and thankfully they were able to send us home with 4 beautiful healthy pups and mom as healthy as can be! I want to give a HUGE thanks to LIZ for not getting annoyed of my 101 questions and having patience while dealing with other people also kirsten and hailey for also making sure that everything was in order and reassuring us it will be ok! I wanna give a HUMONGOUS THANKS to bothe Sabrina’s for making this miracle happen! We left home in tears of joy and couldn’t be ANYMORE thankful! From the bottom of our hearts we thank you guys for NOT giving up!!!! Thank u thank u thank u!!! I NEVER have left a review on google so sorry if this was long lol but it was MANDATORY from my end, it’s the very LEAST I can do! Again thank you all! You guys will definitely see me again soon with more buisness!!! Thank you.

I’m a dog groomer and I get asked daily if I can recommend a vet and I give them the name of this vet 100% of the time! They took excellent care of my boy, Floyd! He had to be hospitalized because he got into a lot of stuff he shouldn’t have and messed up his tummy really bad. They kept in communication with me and let me call and check on him at anytime and let me come see him. Everyone was so sweet and so helpful and my boy can be a quite a handful but they still were so good to him and he was in good spirits despite not feeling well! He is home now and doing so much better. I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Ridenour and the entire team! I can’t stress enough how incredible every single person I interacted with was. Not to mention they aren’t as expensive as most Tallahassee vets but still maintain quality and knowledge. I drove an hour and I will happily do it again for his and my other babies checkups. Highly recommend!

Saturday a week ago we had to make a very hard decision to let our Milly go. She was a 16 years old Chihuahua & her organs had starting failing. Cairo Animal Hospital let us stay with our fur baby, and call in our now grown children up there to say goodbye. The hospital had already closed and the staff stayed right there with us as the family was crying & saying our goodbyes my husband also seen the vet tech shedding tears with us. They were so caring, and thoughtful we really appreciate them through this rough time.Today when we got home we had received a card in the mail from the staff. With tears flowing our family wants to thank you all.The Register family

As always, we had a great visit at Cairo Animal Hospital. Dr. Greenberg took his time with us and answered every question we had. He is always patient and never makes us feel rushed. Also, his Vet Tech, Philip L. is awesome. Our German Shepherd loved him and he was also extremely helpful to us.

Being new to Cairo, Someone told me about Cairo Animal Hospital and we decided to give them a try. I never had any issues going there for basic boarding, nail clippings or anything, just didn’t like that it always smells horrible. He had an appt There for a haircut Last month and until this point I’d trusted them with my dog. My husband dropped him off on that Friday am and they called us to pick him up at around lunch and my husband went back for him. When he came home his ears were flapped down as sometimes they do with him but as a chihuahua his ears are very pronounced especially after a haircut. My husband didn’t like the way his tail was cut but i found it cute and well wasn’t going to complain about that. Overall his haircut looked great. Later that night his ears perked up as he was playing and I noticed something different but thought maybe it to be the shadow or way he was holding his head. The next morning being able to better see it, we noticed a piece off the top of his ear was missing. Sure enough it had been clipped. Not sure If vet was open or groomer was there I was going to call Monday morning. I called and spoke with heather, who is always very pleasant. She was apologetic and went to check with the groomer who denied by all counts she clipped his ear. Well he went with a full ear and returned clipped so there was no other explanation. She apologized again and told me to bring him in for the vet to see him. I didNt know why, it was apparent what happened but anyways I took him on Wednesday. The vet dr (whomever examined him-never introduces himself nor greeted us well)but by picture I will guess it was Dr. Greenberg. He handled him roughly and was not nice at all and very defensive. He was rude and bedside manner not good at all. If mistakes were made all they had to do was admit it, apologize and perhaps I would have felt better about it but that never happened. The doctor never offered an apology or anything instead was very rude and defensive and I let him know that was not okay. He kept giving excuses as to what could have happened and they were far off from the truth right there. Someone made a mistake but failed to own up to it and now my dog’s ear will look weird. I gave it several weeks to see if ear would grow back or hair as the doctor said it was and it has not. My experience on Jan 3 wasn’t great at all and we will not be returning. If they don’t care about animals Even in the small stuff, I couldn’t imagine taking my dog for anything major! I usually don’t like to complain or give bad reviews but this was not great service!

They have an odor problem. Last visit in the morning it was awful. The staff often seems disinterested when you come to the counter and at times are borderline rude. One of the vets lacks any bedside manner and is rude. After 18 years we are going to use another vet. The past few years something has changed there and we hate to leave them but it's time.

Always takes great care of my fur baby. I took my dog in because he was attacked by a pitbull mix and he ended up with a hole in his cheek. I wanted to make sure his eye was okay and get some stitches, but they said they don't put stitches on wounds like that so that it doesn't be closed up with infection/bacteria. Received antibiotics and inflammation meds. My doggie is better now. #ThanksCAH
