I brought my six month old golden doodle there & they did amazing! she looks great! they had great communication, did exactly what I wanted and treated my baby as their own! they educated me with all the grooming for the future for my pups too. also their prices are freakin awesome! side note, this is my second baby i have brought them and they did awesome with my shihpoo as well. they made me a lot less nervous about getting my dogs groomed. my pups love it there. thanks stephanie’s pet parlor & staff! we appreciate all you do and will be back soon.

I've been looking for a groomer for my Pom for over 3 years. My first question is typically, "do you have experience grooming and cutting Pomeranians?" and the answers have always been yes. Sadly, I've always been so disappointed upon picking my fur baby up from her grooming experiences. Well, today was different. I'm so happy after finding Stephanie's Pet Parlor. From the first conversation with Bobby, Stephanie's husband, through today's appointment and meeting Stephanie, they were professional, kind, and caring; and put my mind at ease. I provided a picture of what I wanted and Stephanie came through with flying colors. I was so happy upon picking my fur baby up. I have shown the same picture to other groomers and received, "Well, let's just say, the results didn't quite look like the picture I provided".😣 Stephanie even told me if I had any issues to please bring them to her attention and she would work on them during the next visit. Well, she did a fantastic job with my Pom and I'm all smiles. We will definitely be going back.😊

I’ve been going to Stephanie over a year now. I have 4 rescue dogs which 2 of them get groomed. I have tried several other groomers and no one comes even close to Stephanie. Cleo, is so difficult to groom yet she comes home so pretty and happy. My other dog is 11.5 with a heart condition and a collapsed trachea and when I pick him up he’s so handsome and happy. I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else.P.S. Bobby is so helpful and always makes sure that we are satisfied. Thank you for going above and beyond for these dogs and their owners.

Very good experience on my first visit. My rather large dog, who don’t know how to be gentle, was treated very gently and made to feel at ease before I ever left him. He looks really nice after his first cut! We will be going back!

My first visit was for my two small dogs for a nail trim. Appointments are require for everything which may have been the reason we were the only people there at the time we arrived which I appreciated. It was a calm and quiet atmosphere where my skiddish baby could walk around and sniff and get more comfortable. The young lady was polite, thorough and took her time to do a good job. I will absolutely be coming back regularly and I will be booking the grooming services in the future.

Stephanie’s Pet Parlor won the Gold in Best of Middle Georgia for 2023. My latest visit confirmed why they won this competitive award. They worked Woogzie in for a bath on short notice today and she was clean and happy when I picked her up. They are friendly and their prices are very reasonable. I hesitate to recommend them only for selfish reasons as I like being able to drop off our dog and if too many people find out about this gem it might get difficult. But seriously consider them if your pooches are in need of grooming or bathing.

I have found my pet groomer! Stephanie did an awesome hair cut and bath for our long hair Dachshund. She and her husband were very nice to me and took extra good care of Daisy (13 years old). I have a 15 month old German Shepherd that does not like her nails clipped or touched… I called five different groomers, and Bobby assured me that I would not have a problem. I dropped her off first thing Wednesday morning and she was done by noon. Shampooed, teeth clean, and her nails were cut… Thank you Stephanie and Bobby!! Lexi appreciate you guys so much and so do I.

I don't usually leave reviews but I had to leave a review because my experience was amazing! My baby was in really bad shape. I have a Maltese mix, and I let a friend dog sit for me for 2 weeks when i went out of town. MY baby came home infested with fleas and matted up every where. Stephanie's pet parlor took extra special care of my baby and made sure to pick every flea off of him(which was a trying job I'm sure) my poor baby was literally infested with fleas. I will forever be a customer of the pet parlor and will recommend anyone with a dog to them! They even gave my miniature bully a great bath and trimmed her long nails! I am so so pleased with my experience. They were beyond nice and you can tell they truly love caring for animals. I'd give 100 stars if I could!
