At the door, you will be greeted by an odor that only meat going bad can produce. Head to the meat section and you’ll see which selection is going bad but not being thrown out. They use to have a sign saying the LED lights made the meat appear to be brown. Nope, the meat was just going bad.Be sure to check expiration dates because it means nothing to this store. You can buy brown lettuce or meat from here that is still selling for full price. The prices are insane. I understand the mark up for being in a small town but this is absolutely ridiculous.I’ve seen employees throwing out expired food which makes me proud. The manager, however, doesn’t understand why they would want to do that.On a positive note, the employees are pleasant and greet you at the door.

I would like to say as a former employee, this is a terrible place. And I'm saying this now after almost a year of leaving WITHOUT letting anyone know. I left because I was 19 and I couldn't leave because my parents wouldn't let me quit. I was bullied by other employees who spread rumors about me. I was harrassed about my religion by an employee who they refused to fire while I was there because "nobody wants to take his job." If I could give this store 0 stars, I would because they don't deserve even 1. The employees lied to my ex-boss and I got sent home. When I came back to work a week later because they refused to let me come back before then, I had to lie to my boss and say I wanted the job. I do NOT regret leaving that store without notice of leave ONE BIT.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Produce is never fresh, flies everywhere and the staff for the most part are rude. There are a few staff members who are very kind but sitting around the register socializing while someone is trying to check out is unacceptable. Being rude with the customer while they’re trying to use self check out unacceptable and standing in their way when they’re trying to exit the store once again unacceptable. Not to mention some of the staff members have no problem using profanity while customers are near

This place needs to be closed down! It's super prejudice and non-friendly. And the meat looks like it was ran over, not slaughtered.

While it is the only grocery store (currently) in Butler, and there have been some significant improvements, there are still a few problems here. First, it has a foul odor. It's not overwhelming but it is present. My wife is off put by it. Second, it is sometimes a little dirty. Again, not overwhelming but present. Still, the store has improved quite a bit recently. We will wait to see if more improvements are forthcoming.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have yet to buy good meat from here. Everything is over priced to the point of price gouging, I won't even buy prepacked meat. I know ppl that buy meat and open it while in the store to check if it is bad. I asked a person from the meat Dept why they were putting brown meat out, didn't they know it would make people sick. I was told "we have too per management".

The store and the employees were very nice, courteous..Wish I could say the same for the Manager..The first thing I heard when entering the store was him yelling at an employee across the store...he was so disrespectful...you don't do that in front of customers...and you should treat your employees with respect..They have good meat at this location and have some products I can't find other places...Thank You to All the employees who were so helpful...

Disappointed as far as two weeks in a row advertised for corn but both times there was no corn there. The ground chuck we purchased last weekend on sale didn't look the best but only 2 packs left so we got them. By the next day and a half the pack of ground chuck was brown! Today we bought another package of ground chuck to try again. We were disappointed with the way the packs of t-bone steaks looked as well as the boneless pork loins. We bought 1/2 of our grocery list due to products and problems stated above.

The manager is super racist. He actually followed me around the store as if I was stealing! Will never shop there again. I'll drive to Atlanta and grocery shop before I spend my money there again!!!!!!!!

A pretty amazing store for a small town. Recently did a make over and have a better selection of fresh vegetables and fruits. Use if you don't want to have to travel to Columbus or Thomaston.

It's ridiculously expensive. $8 for a quart of ice cream. A pound of bacon for $7. Way to much! Only positive I can say is they do have sales on the meat.

Just passing through on the way to Atlanta for Thanksgiving. I stopped by for a few last minute items. They had what I needed and my cashier (Annabells) was extremely nice.
