This pet store may have the most disgusting fish aquariums I have ever seen. Every aquarium has algae growing in it, with many having dead fish or invasive snails. It's disturbing. I bought fish here just to rescue them. I don't even own an aquarium. Fix this

We get our dog groomed by Ansley at this PetSmart and she is fabulous. The best dog groomer we've ever had she's five stars.

If you want to send your pets in trauma then take them to this store, jennifer assistant storemanager needs to get fired asap, she was suoer rude, after keeping my dog for more then 4 hrs, and when inasked her in the phone, without even asking groomer she started making things up such as he must be not cooperating andall kind of nonsense, i have filled official complaint with petsmart but have not received any calls or followup from upper management, forwarding the same to ga attorney general's office about negligence and not keeping promises on time and keep the pets in small areas where they gets completely uncomfortable and scared. there so many negative reviews that i have ignored for so many times and gave them business, also i have been paying extra money for special handling. if you cant count the proper time on how many dogs you have for grooming then you need to work on time management, you cant keep them for extended amount of time.

Pet smart in Buford, Ga was the worse pet smart Iv ever been into !! And I always shop with pet smart but that was my first time in that Buford store . They were very rude and disrespectful !! I went in to return an aquarium I purchased from another pet smart , with my receipt in my hand. A older bald head white guy, I guess he was the evening Shift supervisor. He started asking me a lot of unnecessary questions and made me feel like i was a criminal . Then after all the questions, in very disrespectful tone . Told me I don’t care where you got it from we ain’t going to take it . I was never rude , disrespectful or anything and was confused on why he was speaking to me that way and it was in front of alot of other customers ! They Made me feel like I stole it , even after looking up my number and seeing that I purchased it from another PetSmart . Needless to say , I will never shop there ever again !!

The online process was easy and paying online was very easy but the instore experience with the grooming department was not the best. The workers were not very friendly and when we picked up our dogs they had nothing to say on how our dogs did just handed us our dogs and that was it. One of our dogs was not done being blow dried and she was sent home still wet. Both dogs did not smell like they got a bath, honestly smelled like wet dogs. I paid extra for their teeth to be cleaned but they looked and smelled the same as when we dropped them off. Will not be returning

Berry was extremely rude to my dad and I. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time we met because maybe he was having a bad day, but he is just a bully. Im sorry for the coworkers that have to work along side him. He was very aggressive without any neccesity. This is not a place I want to go with my family again. Please avoid this store.

Manager is SO rude. Doesn’t even start out nice, she was talking down to me like a lesser because I couldn’t remember the store that I got the item from I was trying to return. Highly recommend going to a different PetSmart. They also abuse animals if you need any more reason<3

Got my 2 dogs groomed and the young lady upfront was sweet but my dogs didn't smell clean when I picked them up and usually their breath is fresh when I brush it but their breath was not fresh either so I don't think they cleaned their teeth like we paid for.

I took my Pomeranian pup here for the first time and Eilish did an amazing job on him. He looks super cute with his new lion cut. We will definitely be back to see her again. 🐶🐾

Took my dog to get groomed today 8/18/22. It was her first time going and her first haircut. She’s a 6 month Shi Tzu/Maltese puppy. They did a good job grooming her however her hair was a little choppy and some parts longer than other. She also had some type of powder in her ears. I had never seen that and had to clean it out myself. I also paid for the summer pack plus and didn’t get the “take-home cookie”. For the haircut I don’t mind it as much since it was her first time but I did expect something better. Decent place! Friendly staff! Do plan to take her somewhere else for her grooming next time.

I booked a 7:30 am grooming appointment for my rescue service animal. Upon arrival I was asked to show his vaccination records. He was vaccinated in Tijuana and since Kendall who was helping me couldn’t understand them she said she couldn’t accept them. She tried to explain Georgia law to me, which was so very condescending since I recently moved here and had to register my pet to sign a lease with the same documentation. I then presented an invoice in English that showed I paid $500 usd for vaccines, neuter and for him to be microchipped. That wasn’t good enough either. I’m extremely disappointed that my special needs son whom’s service animal this is was excited for him to get groomed but now I’ll be going home not delivering on that promise. If you’re in the grooming industry yes I believe you need to follow the law and make sure everything is on the up and up. However where the customer service aspect comes in is seeking a solution. Turning people away and being unwilling to even do your due diligence is extremely off putting and unprofessional.

Store layout is excellent, options plenty for most pets, shelves stocked and welcoming staff. Why is it 4 stars and not 5 stars you say! CASHIERS! There should be one cashier with another backup close by so when the line has 4 or more people the backup gets on and gets people out! I am coming here over other big box stores including Walmart, Petco and the like so the least I ask for is someone to take my money and get me out as quickly as possible please.

The store is big and has a nice variety of aquatic supplies. My wife and I were looking to get some new Tiger Barbs for our aquarium and it was extremely disappointing to see tank after tank of what should have been live fish or no fish, full of floating or dead fish on the bottom of the tanks. I recommend if looking for any live fish to checkout the good variety at the Petco nearby.

Severus, our Cavapoo, had his first PetSmart groom today. Excellent service. The girl who checked us in was very friendly with us and our boy. The groom was much faster than our previous place and I got a call to say when he’ll be ready to pick up which I really appreciate. The thing we are all very very impressed with is how great he looks. Diane M did an excellent job. Exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you!

Everytime I go into these stores the shelves are stocked —however as much as the fish dept may try, but it always looks like their plecos stomachs are concaved. Throw a sinking pellet in and they’ll be happy.

Normally when you hear "if you've been to one you've been to them all" it has a negative connotation. But in this instance, it's a great thing. PetSmart is definitely our go to pet store for both price and selection.

Do not book grooming with Mckenzie. We got to our appointment at 8am and she saw us arrive through the window and She quickly walked to the back and didn’t come out after 20 minutes. She also denied my pets service because she said there was a new policy on vaccination paper that had to be specifically printed out in a certain way. She could not show me the policy where is supposedly said this neither could the manager. I called corporate and support and they confirmed there is no written policy that states what she was saying. She just didn’t want to take two dogs from a family that wasn’t white. Don’t come to this racist location because you will be treated way differently.

I took my dog here on 4/23 for a puppy bath. This service includes bath, ear cleaned and nails trimmed. When I got there to pickup my dog, he was still wet. I was told he don’t like the dryer because it was to loud. He is a puppy ( 6 months old) so of course the noise is not going to be too pleasant. And when I got him in the car, I noticed that they only trimmed his front nails. This was third time I had taken my dog here for a bath. The first service was great. I’m not sure what happen today.

McKenzie at the grooming salon is extremely unprofessional and rude. I had an appointment for my two dogs and brought both of their new and updated vaccination records for them to be updated. They had all info required such as dates, vaccines, and doctor signatures.She proceeds to decline both of their records because it was “hand written”. Made up fake policies saying it had to be on a “printed paper” when there is no policy specifically saying anything about the type of paper the records are on. I went to another Petsmart location and they accepted my dogs records.on the website It just says proof of vaccination. She did not even check under the attached dogs tag forThe dates she claims “were not there”. when both records were both printed and signed by a DOCTOR at the shelter we got the vaccines done. My paper included all dates and info yet she denied us services. She was discriminative and rude don’t come here unless you want a discriminative person grooming your pets.
