It seems that because my dog was barking excessively, the 'groomer' wrongly diagnosed her with blindness and nervousness. Despite our dog not being blind, she simply needed a haircut! Despite being able to bathe and dry our small under 10lb Yorkie, we were left puzzled as to why they couldn't proceed with the haircut.

The groomer/bather did a horrible job in brushing the hair off my French Bulldogs. During prior visits the groomer/bather did an amazing job.If I am paying extra for the fulminator service, you guys have got to do better. Otherwise, I will have to take them elsewhere.

The person servicing my dog was very rude! Where i honestly considered not keeping the appointment and taking her elsewhere! I was a little afraid for my dog. I also believe that I was completely overcharged!

Elizabeth is our favorite groomer. She does a fantastic job with our golden doodle.Update: we were late to our appointment. It’s been a bear to try and schedule between work, etc. They couldn’t accommodate us. I understand but I also feel like more could have been done.

First, after picking up my dog from boarding her for a week she was smelly and needed a bath BADLY. After booking an appointment on-line I showed up at the Buford store only to realize I had booked her for NEXT WEEK instead of same day! But they fit her in! Grooming went above and beyond to make sure my Athena was able to go home fresh & clean, making Mom a very happy camper. This is my first time taking her to Petco for grooming, but not my last. Athena has a new place to have her Spa Day. I highly recommend!

The staff is always friendly and they always greet us when we walk in. Not to mentioned the grooming staff are awesome and have great customer service. The place is always spick and span. Alway love coming to this storeThe groomer Ashley takes great care of our little ones and does a wonderful job with them. We felt that the love and care she showered them were as if they were her own. She takes great pride in her work. Thank you Ashley!

First time going to Petco for grooming. I took my 2 year old corgi in who normally HATES getting his nails cut and buffed. He had the best experience! The lady we had was very easy and gentle with him!!! We will definitely be making the 20 minute drive back instead of going to our normal spot which is within walking distance of our house!

I have been using Petco for 2-3 years now for getting my cat's claws trimmed. My cat is very difficult to capture to take him for his appointment. Many times I've had to cancel my appointment because he is hiding. Now I wait until I have him in his crate before calling. Your groomers in Buford, GA, Ashley & Liz are always accommodating to see him with very little notice. They also do a terrific job.

We've taken our dog to many different petco locations over the course of the last five years for grooming just due to relocating. Never had problems, always satisfied and told our dog is a sweetheart. We take our dog to this petco just for a nail trim and get scolded for bringing them such a horrible dog. They then refuse to finish the nail trim and we're told they will not accept her for appointments in the future. I don't believe that the dog was the problem

The woman who groomed my dog while Ashley on maternity leave was great, very good with my fur kid. The only issue I had was that my dog was cut VERY close, down to the skin, in numerous places, likely because, as she explained, she was training a groomer.

1st time using the grooming services here for my girl Peaches and she looks great, smells good too. I have no issue whatsoever to complain about and look forward to bringing her again next month. We've had 2 different dog breeds (Bearded Collie and Lhasa Apso) groomed at Petco recently and in both cases the results were the best we have experienced. LIZ is a wonderful groomer - the BEST!!!.

Liz does real good with Dakota. She listen to how I want her cut. I've always been extremely satisfied with Dakota's cut. Dakota likes it also she feels so much better.

My dogs are both good dogs but one is difficult to wash and dry as she hates the hose and hates the Airforce dryer. The groomer persisted and got her dry despite my dog being uncooperative. Both my dogs are older and the small one has medicated shampoo this was not an issue. Very professional and caring work.

Ashley went above and beyond for our new puppy's first haircut. She asked questions and made sure she knew exactly what we wanted. Esper's new hair cut was the cutest and Ashley took the time to go over what was done during the groom and how Esper reacted and behaved.

We usually bathe our dogs ourselves but we went on a long/muddy hike and were too tired to do so ourselves. This location was able to fit 2 of our three Huskies in at the end of the day, Our pups look and smell great.
