We’ve been shopping here for 8 months now for our 2 elderly (14 year old small dogs) and our 3 year old puppy. Their food for dogs is so AMAZING. It replaced our other dogs “Prescription Science Diet” food recommended by our vet and they’re running around like they’re young again. We give them Hip and Joint treats from there that make all the difference. The N& D dog food changed our dogs lives and the people that work there really care! I had the pleasure of shopping with Garrett tonight, he gave us free treats for our dogs on top of our order and is just a pleasure! I can’t say enough good things about this place other than, we don’t really get our dogs groomed here. We had a few bad experiences and it seems like they have high turnover with groomers but the owners really love this place are so kind and if you need dog food and treats that will only make your dogs stronger and better this is the best place in town to find it!

Shout out to Earthwise Buford!!! I love bringing my fur baby here for his grooming. The dog groomer Samantha has won me and my dog over with her grooming skills. I had a hard time finding the right groomer for my mini Goldendoodle, as all groomers are not skilled equally, but Samantha is the “it girl” of doodle groomers. The retail side of the store has unique finds when they stock up and I like the local family vibe this store has as well.

Awesome first time experience; love the self bathing station! So much better than having to go somewhere else and drop him off to have him sit in a cage for however long until they get to him. Everyone was super nice & helpful. Will definitely be back again and again!

This place has horrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone even during open hours. Only about 1/7 calls are answered, they use a paper charting system and somehow have lost my dog’s grooming file more than once. The only reason I keep going back is Ms Moon does a wonderful job and it’s very convenient to my house but at this point I’m done. Do not recommend

Great shop for fur babies. Welcoming space with lots of variety. Everyone was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. So happy we found our pet supply store and groomer for our new Shiba Inu puppy!Update:We have been visiting this location for 9 months for all of our pet needs (besides vet needs, of course) and we are 110% satisfied. When we walk in, we are treated like family. Our pup is shown love and our questions and concerns are always answered. Ms Moon is the best groomer! Prices are reasonable, high quality products, staff is friendly and show appreciation for your business. The owners are a super sweet couple! Happy to support local.

(I came here on Dec 10, 2021 because of the amazing Google reviews.The owner promised that my dog would get an Australian Shepherd-haircut when I asked to confirm this and also explain that it was our first time getting a groom.)Ms. Moon shaved my poor dog down to the bone and also left an injury on my 8 month old puppy's face. She said that I asked for "short" and if I did not want my dog to be shaved, I should have told her, "short, but not shaved; use scissors, not a razor."I paid full price then walked out with my dog whose fur I never ever wanted shaved because she is double coated. Extremely sad and disappointed.

Used the self service bath. Couldn’t get the soap to work on any setting. Towels are worn thin. The clerks acted like they couldn’t be bothered.

We took our Pomeranian, Sam, here to be groomed on Monday and we could not be happier with the experience! Everyone was very nice and the groomer did an amazing job. This was our first time here and we were nervous about leaving Sam because he’s had bad experiences with groomers in the past, but he left acting normal and looking adorable. Would definitely recommend!

I have brought my dog to this store multiple times to have her groomed and have been pleased every time! Their groomer does a fantastic job and my dog is ready to be picked up in a short amount of time. Shorter than an other groomer I have taken her to. The people who run the store are very friendly and pleasant. I will continue bringing my dog here!

Oh my gosh we love this place. We drive 30 minutes just to get there. The staff is wonderful. They are so friendly and willing to help with whatever questions you have. The groomers are really knowledgeable. They know, as in really, actually, know everything there is to know about grooming, including show standards, agility standards, etc. Ask for EMILY! She is so kind and will not only groom your fur-baby to perfection, but also will give them healthy doses of love and affection.

Absolute best pet shop and groomers in town!! Every single person who I've ever encountered there, are amazingly nice, very helpful and definitely love all the fur babies that come in. It shows! And the groomers are amazing. My babies have been groomed by just about all of them and they all are great!!!

The first and only time I went to the buford location to get my sister’s dog’s hair groomed, no one greeted us and the girl sitting at the cashier didn’t let us know where to take the dog to get groomed. The Suwanee location usually has a separate door to bring the dog, so went to the back of the room. There was a groomer grooming a dog that didn’t see us and there was a door to enter next to the window where we saw the groomer. We opened the door, there was a lady there that said nothing to us and closed the door on us. When the door was opened it smelled like poop. Never bringing her back!

Great selection of quality food, treats, toys, and accessories for your pets! They carry a specific dog food (Nutrisource - kibble and can) that I can not easily find. It has made a noticeable difference for my dog's itchy skin and achy joints! They also offer day camp, grooming, and a self wash station - have not used these services yet, but they always seem to be busy. Every time I go in, the store associates are super helpful and nice! Very neat, locally owned store!

I’ve been in this store twice and am completely disappointed. Nothing is clearly priced which caused me to wait with my new pup the first time I was there and no one could figure out what to charge me for an item. I finally said that I wouldn’t buy it so we could check out and leave. The second time, I chose an item with the price above it as $7.99 for antlers and it came up $17.99!!! That’s a huge difference! I made them take it off. I couldn’t tell how much anything cost there. Super frustrating! It’s also disorganized and dirty.

I've never had any issues until today! Prices went up without any notice. Then I'm being charged a handling fee because my dog bit the groomer. That's ridiculous! I've been a customer for 2yrs and we never had this issue! New people up at the front. Something is not right! $85 for a 15Lbs dog is way too expensive in my opinion. I'm not coming back that's for sure!

They are awesome, super friendly staff, very knowledgeable on all things pets, we have have a German Shepherd that has a very sensitive when it comes to food. They were able to help us find a food that didn’t break her out or leave her with scabs of hair that were falling out. Her stomach is also very sensitive to certain ingredients put in most dog foods so finding a food that didn’t require a vet visit was a blessing. If I could give more stars I would.

This store is disorganized and the employees are screwy. They forget or mix the appointments, I had to plan a lot in forward, to bring my puppy here and after I arrived they mixed my appointment and told me today we just can wash your puppy...taket or leave it...no apologies nothing, very arrogant. They take your time and make a lot of mistakes. Also, this is one of the most expensive in Buford. Paid $80 for a small puppy. If you don't want to get angry and pay a lot of money for bad service, don't go there!

This was my first time going with my granddaughter to wash Kashmir. We also dyed her fur. I was very pleased with the wash area. They had plenty of towels , 4 shampoos to choose from. Also a variety of scrubbers to help was your dog. They employees there were super nice and so very helpful. My granddaughter got a free was which we both thought was awesome. A big Thanks to the guys working there you made my first time visit a most enjoyable one. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a good atmosphere to wash your pets in. Great place to take your pet.

My fur baby came out from grooming so happy. Brianna was so nice and did a great job in grooming. She also did a quick ear clean on my other pup while there and was professional and my dogs did not stress. This was my 2nd experience here and was just great all around! We just happened to stumble upon this store yesterday looking for a few products for our new Shih Tzu. First we were greeted by the friendly smiles of one of the owners and his son. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My mission was to find a healthy food brand plus natural safe products for out 11 week old Shih Tzu.We walked away with not only a leash, toy, and a great smelling organic puppy cologne but quite a few food samples to try before we committed to a brand. The prices were extremely reasonable for the quality of products they offer.We can't wait for Ace's first grooming soon! (After he completes his shots)There's no need for us to go to a big box store because we found what we need right here not far from home plus the service is personable!

From the time we walked in the door we felt really welcomed. Then our experience got better and better when the employee came to help us pick a kibble for our new puppy. She was beyond knowledgeable, helpful and full of charisma and willing to help. Aside from that she gave us many samples to try the new puppy food We will not go anywhere else from this point on because we had never had such a genuine and positive experience at no other pet store!!! Me and my Fiancé are so happy we found this store! Plus they got everything you need and only high quality food!!

I would like to thank everyone in this shop for being so kind and making us feel welcomed. This was our first time here and everyone was so nice. The clerk was AMAZINGLY sweet. The bather was kind and the groomer DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. We had issues at another groomer and we were on edge but they reassured us and did a wonderful job with my dog Benni. He looks so handsome now! We had a couple of dog food samples after explaining how picky my dog was and the kind lady took time to explain each product she recommends. You can tell immediately that they love animals and have knowledge in what they do. Again thank you so much for being so fantastic and we hope to see everyone soon. I highly recommend this place.

I recently moved to this area and was very nervous about switching groomers, however Lexi did an excellent job. Actually i think it's better than my previous groomer. The store has affordable grooming and the owner was exceptional and very knowledgeable. The store is lovely with a variety of products. I am so happy to find this gem!!

This is THE BEST GROOMING MY DOG HAS HAD IN 5 YEARS!! Lexie did such a great job and I had told she needed special attention on her nails! LEXIE got those down the shortest they’ve been in 5 years! Thanks so much! So glad I made the change on my daughter’s recommendation! Also so many cute things in the store and “good for your dog” treats!!
