Scott, repaired my vacuum cleaner within one day, after calling the day before . He was very nice and professional. The vacuum cleaner required more service than originally expected. I was desperate for a vacuum service and found David's was the closest prospect. I was greeted by the Manager Tammy who quickly translated all I really needed was a belt and I would be back in business. She went far beyond the call of duty by installing a new belt and test driving it for me. I certainly did not expect her to take the time, but was greatly appreciative. This level of service is rare these days. I would highly recommend David's and Tammy for anything vacuum.

I own a cleaning business and I am a long time customer of this store. About a year ago I was really upset about some policy changes that were put in place. I was so upset I honestly vowed to never return to this store again. However, Tammy decided to change my mind and make things right by reaching out to me. I agreed to give this store another chance thanks to Tammy’s dedication to her customers.I was really discouraged with the departure of Perez as he was my go to guy when it came to cleaning and restoring my vacuums. There have been other employees come and go but I think this store finally has a solid foundation once again.I am really happy I still have a place to take my vacuums when they need a good cleaning and I really appreciate the customer service and the fact that they didn’t just move on to the next customer like some businesses do..

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I took my Kirby Vacuum there for a general service… just a clean up/tune up and they returned it to me damaged with missing screws, a poor quality replacement belt, as well as visible sparking within the motor with a strong burning smell. I returned it to the facility, and they kept it another week and an half only to tell me it was again ready for pick up. When I went to pick up my vacuum, I was told dust was causing the sparks. As soon as I turned it back on sparks began again. I do not feel that they have any idea on how to properly service a Kirby Vacuum despite advertising that they are a service center. I ended up bringing it back down to the place I normally have it serviced in Peachtree corners and it cost me $200 to fix the damage from whatever tools were used on my vacuum at David’s. When I explain to them that I would be taking it to another facility to get it fixed, I was told “maybe they can figure out the problem“. Yikes! I will never use that facility again.

What a lovely experience. Everyone is so helpful in addition to having quality products. My personal experience was for a vacuum repair/warranty. The warranty claim was handled with the utmost expertise and in an quick manner. I could not be more pleased. Thank you so very much. ❤️

I have tried all sorts of various vacuums over my life and especially with my residential cleaning business and these machines are far superior to any thing else out there. The power of the suction is the best you can buy, PERIOD! The vacuum is wonderful for carpet and hard floors alike, never had the rubber wheels scratch a hardwood floor, ever. If for some reason I have to use another vacuum cleaner my work day is longer and the quality of the clean for my clients floors are not as great no matter the effort, I end up having to wipe up debris as I mop, but never with my Orick/David vacuum. I have the ability to better offer an efficient professional cleaning to my clients constantly with less work on me. I have tried every other brand! Nothing compares. They are worth the money.You do have to buy and replace vacuum bags, you should have the machine routinely serviced for a longer lasting vacuum.The customer service at the Buford Mall of Ga location has much improved over the last year. If you have had a bad experience with the service in the past give the Buford location another try. I rarely leave reviews and I felt compelled to do so, they repaired my machine within a few hours when I was in a pinch and the next time I had to go in, months later, to get supplies the same management bent over backwards to give me good customer service. They seem to care and I felt valued as a customer, a quality that I myself very much appreciate.

I am really impressed with this store. I’m in the middle of moving and my vacuum stopped working. With two boys and kitties my floors get vacuumed sometimes 2x a day. 3 days w/ no vacuuming I was desperate. They fixed it SO quickly! Plus Cindy was so loving and kind to myself and my boys. I appreciate the store and the employees! Thank you!

I have owned Oreck/David Vacuum cleaners for 27 years. I CHOOSE to use this location because of their extraordinary customer service. Cindy & Tammy are exceptional! They always "surprise & delight!" I own 3 dogs with 4 long-term dog guests. My vacuum bag attachment broke and Cindy knew I was in desperate need of my vacuum. She not only fixed it. She cleaned it to look brand new! Talk about "SURPRISE & DELIGHT!!!!"

These folks are wonderful. I received my new Hoover replacement vacuum in four (4!) days. Very friendly customer service and very knowledgeable help with my attachments, etc. This is definitely my new go-to vacuum repair shop.

So why did I even bother to call ahead and ask if the bags for my vacuum cleaner are in stock?? I gave the lady my exact model number, and she even asked what kind of vacuum cleaner it is. Then she gave me a price for the specific bags and said she has them in stock. When I went to the store, she looked at me like I was from another planet and said she wasn't aware it was a canister vacuum cleaner (which I hat told her on the phone when I called) and it wasn't in stock. So I wasted a trip and an hour of my time because she couldn't pay attention when I called. Maybe she shouldn't be texting while at work (which she was when she appeared from the back and didn't even notice my presence) and do her dang work.

I purchased a Bissel Robotic Vacuum that had a malfunction and brought it here for warranty work! They took care of everything for me. They were quick, very responsive, and even brought it out to me when I came to pick it up since I have all 4 of my kids with me. I had the best experience today! I took my vacuum to service and the exquisite help that I received from Cindy is unmatched. She is a professional! Even when people kept coming in she stayed pleasant, courteous, helpful. When I first got to the store’s parking, she saw me trying to get my vacuum from my car and without hesitation she was right there helping me. Very friendly environment, sales rep Mrs. Tammy helps a lot. When we visited the first time, they didn't have the one model I liked. Mrs. Tammy told me they would find the model and would ship over to them. I only waited a couple of days. During the wait, she contacted me several times and explained the progress of the shipment.Today. 06.30.2023, I finally got my model. A few years ago, I bought my Oreck from this store and have been very happy with the purchase. When it stopped working, I brought it in, and even though the part was discontinued, the owner knew exactly what to do and repaired it for me at no cost. Owner is knowledgeable about vacuums and service is professional!

Amazing customer service! We took one of our vacuums in because it had not been working properly and they were able to look at it right away. Not only did they have it fixed in less than 20 minutes, but it literally works better than it did when we purchased it. Definitely recommend!!!

Very rarely do you receive genuinely great customer service these days. I was so impressed by Perez's customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. My Oreck wouldn't suck after my son used the vacuum. Of course, he doesn't recall anything. I thought my vacuum was forever broken. Behold, I bring my vacuum in and Perez found the issue in less than 5min!! He gave me maintenance tips and answered all of my questions without any hassle or pressure. This guy knows vacuums!! Will definitely be back for all my vacuum maintenance and future purchases!
