Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly.But as can be seen the floor is blocked in almost every direction boxes on the floor cart's of stuff blocks me from getting down all but ;4,or 5 aslse get a lot of sorry the truck was everything late so we are behind an trying to catch up . My veiw is lack of staff the ones there are always busy an trying to get it done.

What customer service???Cashier was talking on her phone, using a hands free device, and had a bad attitude with the customers, and another employee was sitting right outside the store, in her car smoking and talking on her phone, dropping the "F-bomb" rather loudly and repeatedly.Definitely NOT a good shopping experience.

Absolutely filthy an workers stand in your way while you look for item no offer to help .same goes for dollar store here. Someone needs to come and clean this place up before someone gets seriously gets hurt. I worry about our elderly entering this store

The store is crowded with unboxed stock. Sometimes the employees/management aren't friendly/helpful. There are times the staff members are nice. The parking lot is not easy to navigate. The parking lot is not big enough. I try to avoid going to this Dollar General.

Its is so sad how this lady today at Dollar General bought like 8 cases of (12 bottles of alcohol each case) when all this is happening with the Covid19. People dont think about other persons. Why did the store allowed this person to buy all this cases of alcohol??? They should have a limit per customer, to give the opportunity to others persons get a product that its high on demand now. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT BE SELFISH and think about others. We have to support each other in this difficul time. Be advice that if you go to the store and cant find anything its because of people like this lady. Plus this lady... her family owns a gas station that probably they will sell the alcohol bottles a higher price.

Good selection of inventory on hand if you don't mind sorting thru the shelves & navigating sometimes cluttered aisles. I'm a yard sale/rummage fan anyway so it doesn't phase me.

Although most of the staff is friendly and helpful, shopping at this place can be very overwhelming!They are consistently understaffed, as a result aisles are usually blocked by unloaded merchandise and the store is in a constant state of disarray

i wish it would let us mark 0 stars because that’s what this store deserve. uboats are always in the floor, it’s messy and very unclean. Robin the current store manager is not a person that should run the store! she needs to leave!

I absolutely love Dollar General they have free parking also they do have handicap parking and they are handicap accessible in every way you can definitely see them from the road there is no way you can miss them they're also very friendly and helpful on finding anything that you need they do have a bathroom and best of all they sell just about everything

If this is the store in Buena VistaG.A , it is a little less convenient to shop at because at least 3 isles are blocked with carts of merchandise to be put out on shelves. The women's clothing Isle is always over stocked, as in not enough room.

the staff are so nice may not be the best looking stuff but they work hard to try to keep it the best they can with what they've got but like I said the staff are amazing they're so friendly so helpful to try to keep what you need in stock amazing Dollar general

They need to clean up the isles so people can walk up and down them. They need more help and the people that come in and want to work the manager want hire them all the manager wants who they want and I don't think that is fair to those that want and need a job.

This dollar general located in Buena Vista Ga. Was not the best service ,and there Ilse were cluddered with over stock , and there bathrooms was not usable .
