I think the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. It has so many items for a small town store. I went there to buy screws for my 32 inch TV. I was trying to take the wall mount off and the stand on. The guy came out to my car, got the screw sized by looking at it and even put the stand on for me. So kind!!

Dents is a true Hardware store where the person assisting you will be knowledgeable and willing to walk you through your project and if need be recommend the best material for the job. Nothing like a big box store experience.

Christmas eve. I needed 1 bolt to finish up a project. The store closed in 30 mins. They helped me find exactly what I needed.I was able to finish the rebuild and my friends little boy is going to have a happy unexpected Christmad.

What a hot mess of a store. Enough dust on things looks like things been there for 10 years. No rhyme nor reason to location of things many shelves rusted out. Not like a normal tru value that is fun to browse.
