Raven has a great time each time she visits. The staff greets her with enthusiasm, and she barely turns around to acknowledge me as she runs to the door to go see her canine friends!I purchased the discounted package of 20 half day (6 hours) visits, and we could not be happier.

This is a ridiculous daycare that needs to be shut down.My boyfriend and I decided to board our dog why we took a trip together out of town for three days. I usually use one in Jacksonville but thought this might be a good one. Our dog came out with a limp and I remember mentioning it to the staff upfront but they just made a comment of “That’s kinda weird.” Whenever we got home, he was extremely tired and seemed weak. I’d packed him food for three days and treats, EVERYTHING was in the same exact spot whenever I came home. It looked like nothing had even been touched, which makes me wonder.. did they starve my dog?? I know they’d mentioned they had food for dogs incase the food we give ends up being used, so maybe that’s what it was but to not even TOUCH food or treats I gave them is ridiculous. Furthermore, he is still limping, which makes me wonder what happened, I am going to the vet tomorrow to get him checked out.Furthermore, I spoke to a friend of mine who is a previous employee of this establishment who told me I “never should’ve went.” She said she witnessed a MANAGER KICK a puppy and then HIT another in the face. Which is not at all anything our dogs should ever have to go through. SHUT THEM DOWN. Never bringing my dog back again!!!!

My dog Mason absolutely loves coming here! He loves the staff and he is so excited to greet them and play with his friends. They do a great job making sure he has a fun time and he is always tuckered out from playing, they always give me cute updates on anything new he does. He sprints to the car on his daycare days and runs right in the door. We bought the half day packages and they are well worth it.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Yappy Days. While I was on vacation, they called me to tell me that one of my dogs had an accident in the kennel and asked me if I wanted to pay for grooming to clean her up. I assumed if my dog had an accident, they would clean her up without having to pay extra for grooming. I requested that they clean her up and they said they would hose her down. She never has accidents at home. She is extremely good with going to the bathroom so I was surpised when they called me about this. I never received a call like this from any other places I boarded her before.Then when we picked up our dogs, we discovered that our senior dog (10 years old) was in really bad shape. She is the same dog who had the accident. She used to jump and be very active for her age. When we first got her home she could barely walk and looked emaciated. Also, her front paws are totally swollen and all red. I am not sure if chemicals were used in the kennel to clean up the mess, but it does not appear they were used properly.I defintely would NEVER board my dogs at this place again.By the way, some of the information in your response is inaccurate too. You can pay for my vet bill because I have to take both of my once healthy dogs to the vet today.

Awesome facility. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Above and beyond for all their customers, 4 legged and 2 legged. Affordable, clean, and so simple to work with. Offering both daycare and boarding services. Michael is phenomenal and such a kind heart. He was made for this job.

Can not say enough kind words about Yappy Days!! It has made working a full time job way easier, keeping my basset happy and tired!! The employees greet Moose every time he walks through the door, and I just love the environment there!!

So glad to find this place for our dogs to stay and play while we are away! We just moved from Atlanta where dog daycares and petsitters were plentiful so it was a relief to find an option close to us in Brunswick that didn't keep the dogs in cages all day. Our dogs have boarded a couple of times now and come back in such a good mood so I know they are loving it and they look forward to going in when we arrive in the parking lot. The staff have been very friendly and helpful, the prices are so much more reasonable than they were in Atlanta too! Thank you, Yappy Days!

If there was a 6th star, this place would get it from us! Courage goes to Yappy 3 times a week for day care (or as we call it, "school") and he has learned how to be a REAL DOG! He was a rescue with a lot of trauma and anxiety but the team at Yappy Days worked with him from DAY ONE to make sure he felt comfortable. He LOVES Yappy Days and the entire Staff! Each member took real care to make sure Courage felt safe, welcome, and respected in the space. He has stayed overnight countless times and always comes home with a smile. He is a confident and happier dog because of Yappy!

We left our pet at Yappy Days for a month. I was able to pick her up each week on Tuesday evening and take her back on Friday morning. She loved going there and would jump out of the car each time and run in! She made lots of fellow canine friends there and especially loved to see Emalee, the very friendly young manager, who always greeted her with a loving pet to the top of her head. Her tail would wag very wildly! I believe the staff at Yappy Days truly loves each and every dog and gives them special attention.

We absolutely love us some Yappy Days! Our boy has been going for two years and started at 14 weeks old. Jake loves it and they always love on him! He comes home worn out and gets plenty of exercise. Jake did have an incident where another dog nipped him on the leg. They immediately let us know, bandaged him up and offered to pay for any vet bills if he needed to be checked out. They took excellent care of him and honestly I feel like that kind of thing is bound to happen when you have a bunch of pups together. I appreciated the fact that they were honest with us and also followed up to check on him. They are the sweetest and most caring staff that all love our fur babies like their own. The owner, Dustin is also fabulous and very involved and very responsive to messages and calls. My husband and I both work full time and when Jake had his boy surgery, Dustin made sure they kept him up front with them while he healed so he could be isolated and we didn’t have to stress about him being home alone. I could go on & on about the staff and how much we love them.

I started taking my dog Kenai here soon after I got him last year and he LOVES IT! All the employees are so sweet to him and he adores them! He literally sprints through the door every morning when we get there. I know he’s loved all day when he’s there and I never worry about him.

My wife and I use and are very happy with Yappy Days!Our puppy, Splash gets exercise and love at Yappy Days. We are particularly happy with how Splash has learned to socialize with other pets. This socialization is very helpful when Splash is out and about in our community.

I will never bring my dog back to this facility. My dog got bit back in June and nothing was done about it. I blew it off and gave it a few more tries until I sent him off for his training. Three weeks ago I took him back for another go, gave the lady up front his back back and explained where his breakfast was and that he needed to be fed right then, for his breed he is required by the vet to have 2 cups in the morning and 2 at night. When he was picked up he was not fed his breakfast it was still in the same spot in his back where it was packed the morning I dropped off. I don’t appreciate being told I was “put in my place “ from a employee and the owner

Yappy Days took great care of our two dogs both this past week and last summer. Both were long-term boarding stays while we vacationed. We appreciate Yappy Days’ great care, and are so gracious for their patience and help when we had unexpected events happen on the day we dropped our pups off.Thanks for being so awesome! I’m honestly so disappointed because I thought I would be leaving 5 stars. I’m scheduled to pick my up pups at 1 on a Saturday and NOBODY is here, doors are locked, and lights are off. I understand staff being to lunch, but there is NO lunch sign on the door. I’ve been sitting outside for about 30-40 minutes to get my kids and so has another customer. This is absolutely ridiculous and only makes me wonder how long our pets have been locked up in a crate with the lights off. I can only think I paid 224$ for my pets to be caged up, with the lights off, and inaccessible. It’s 1:10 now. Unbelievable. I probably will not be coming back here again.

Friendly staff. My dog did fine for his 3 nights of boarding. What I especially liked is that they require a temperament evaluation of all pets before they are allowed to board. That gave me peace of mind that not only would my dog be safe, but he'd adjust OK to the new environment. 100% would recommend.

I love this place so much, the staff truly care about your pets! My mother was unexpectedly hospitalized and I was able to coordinate with the staff to have her dogs cared for while she was in the hospital, they went above and beyond to help my mother and made sure her pets were safe, taken care of, and loved. I also received updates and photos of my mothers dogs having a great time while they were there! The staff did such a wonderful job taking care of them and they have definitely gained a lifelong customer from our family! If you are looking for peace of mind this is the place to go to for boarding or daycare.

What a great daycare place for dogs! The staff is longterm and consistent, and they know how to socialize dogs! It is not one of those huge places where minimal staff is wrangling 10 dogs at a time and your pooch has to be crated most of the day. Both inside and outside play areas. Very low-key and the dogs are all balanced as a result. Flexible with FLETC pawrents, and they give great service! Baths and treats if you want! Highly recommend.

This was our 1st visit at Yappy Days and all I can say is wow. This place really is amazing and staff really knew how to make a girl and her pup sure feel special.They took the time to make sure me and my pup Harley were comfortable and that Harley had the best day ever.
