I added recycling to my account and it started showing up on my bill. but then I realized I was never given a recycling bin. When I called to complain they said they were going to have to send someone out to verify I in fact didn't have the bin. Sure enough I didn't. but they still continued to charge me. So I had to get through the process again to find out that recycling isn't offered in my area yet that still managed to charge me for almost 9 months for the service. A garbage garbage company and customer service.

If your can is the least bit overfilled you will be charged 200. Just about as much as your monthly bill. There is no, 30-50 charge or can we dispute. WM discretion with no customer interaction except email, we are adding $200. Can was full but not over full!!! Your opinion?

Attempted to call WM several times about my recycle can being picked up. Every time a call I either get hung up on or left on hold until the office closes & then get hung up on. I have called in the past to get a new recycle can as my current one has a broken lid. Again its been months & still no replacement can. We pay our services on our yearly taxes & don't have an account # or customer #. The customer service people state they can help me until I have one of those #?!?!

We have never had issues until the last few weeks of this service. The guy that does our trash throws our trashcans down to the point he broke the lids on our bins, and just throws our bins in the ditch. My fiancee spoke with the driver and the driver told him since we have a horse shoe style drive way, we need to put one can on each side which we did this week. And this week everyone's trash on our road was picked up but ours....Service: Trash removal & disposal

BUSINESSES BEWARE!! When reviewing my employers account with Waste Management I found that the rate being charged was over $1000.00 per month (an increase over time from $350.00 back in 2013), which is astronomical for a small business. When I reached out, I was told if you do not contact them to dispute the cost it will continue to increase over time. When I informed them that we were looking into other services due to dissatisfaction with this, the representative was able to reduce our monthly cost to right at $150.00. It is extremely sad that this company would take advantage of a small business to this magnitude. It took us threatening to leave to leave to get a rate comparable with other companies that provide the same service.Service: Trash removal & disposal

So frustrated, they have missed picking my trash up for the last 3 weeks. Every time I call they apologize and say someone will be there but still no pickup. I have a child with cancer and we need to get our bags out immediately. I'm about to make my 4th trip to our county dumpster. Really inconvenient I need to be worrying about other things. Hopefully they come by today.Update: They finally came to pick it up but of course it's full again..

They charge twice as much as Liberty Roll offs and Liberty is about 1 mile down the road. Better off going to dump at liberty roll offs and recycling!
