Some people are willing to help others need to find another line of work. It's not hard. The meat department is gross. In fact i asked the lady who was bringing out the meat if she would serve the rotten meat to her family. She walked away. Meanwhile i packed and left about 6 packages of meat that were not just bad but rotten. Pass human consumption. I find the meat department keeps the same energy in a lot of their stores. This one is not the only one.

I had stopped in to buy a slow cooker, open it up and cut my vegetables up in the parking lot well quickly making the transfer into the cab of my truckMiss Red stopped by she was the friendliest and had a great sense of humor and asked me what I was cooking lol she mentioned she loves oxtail. Regardless, we had a nice chat and I thanked her for her kindness and checking on me she said if I ever need a spot that would be right there lol , thanks again for checking on me. Miss read she's looking out for everybody.

They are trying to get better. Customer service has improved slightly. They need a new smoking area for employees and ask people to move away from the doors if they are standing/sitting there smoking.

We stopped at there because our tire was going flat. Allan greeted us and agreed to take a look at the tire. The tire had a screw in the sidewall so it was not repairable .The locking lug nut socket was stripped. We had to go to the Hyundai dealer the next morning to get a new one. Took the car back to Walmart and Allan replaced the tire. Allan went above and beyond to help every step of the way.

I typically avoid Walmart like the plague, but since Electrify America is set up at them all up and down 95…Walmart was super valuable. We enjoyed browsing the stores with each stop.

Manager and cashier refused to override price to match a price tag on the shelf because it was a one item transaction and was too much work. Attitude from hell. No wonder why I was told to go to a Walmart else where. When they say ghetto, I guess they weren’t lying.

Employees filling f to go orders had the isles blocked while they talked with each other. Stockers with big pallots blocked isles also and walked off and left them . It was not a very good experience .

Walmart in Brunswick, GA is a joke. Electronic dept guy that helped me had his jeans hanging low, no personality, barely spoke to me. I’m sure Sam Walton would roll over if he knew what the stores are like now!!!

OK, so I was talking to the gentleman up here and I decided that I would do a little post for all the people who have never done the order online and pick up at your store.... it’s easy and saves a lot of rime and hassle.If you bought groceries you pull up to the pick up parking area but make sure it says “pickup” on the ground or your parking in the wrong spot and they won’t come to you.. Open your app and click check in. They know you’re here and they’ll bring it right out to you. It’s easy and fast!If you ordered anything else, besides groceries, you walk in to the store and go straight to the pick up area and check in on the computer. They will immediately bring it out to you as wellI hope this helps!!!

The store itself needs to be remodeled like most stores to increase efficiency but also to give the customers a more enjoyable experience and cut down on wait times in line .

So wife went in Walmart in Brunswick, Ga looking for some clothes. So she went and tried a couple on. And when she was trying them on the guy that worked back there in the changing room, unlocked her door without knocking and walked in. She asked for the manager. So they got a team leader. She kept on giving excuses over and over. Then said he on light duty so he has to work there in that department. And he is very forgetful is what the team leader said. This is very unacceptable!!!!!

Terrible service, I placed an online pick up order which I new they had in store because I was there the previous night. I went to pick up my order the next day but, my account said it was unavailable. So i went inside , found my order and took it out to the pickup department but they told me they canceled my order, didn't give me any kind of explanation and told me to go back inside to pay.

I don’t know how anyone else on here feels but I swear you all need to step up and find then eliminate the problem with your store smelling like straight up cat urine. My experience for the last 6 months has been dealing with this odor. It smells nasty to the point I don’t even want to shop there anymore. Seriously someone needs to step up and do your part to find and eliminate this problem. Disgusted

I went to Walmart to get a new phone. The person that was working in electronics was extremely rude. It was just after 8 and she was screaming about going home, and she didn't have time to check people out. I get how you're ready to go home, but I will not be spoken to like I'm a child that has done something wrong. This is exactly why I went to target first but they ran out of the phone I wanted. I never want to go to Walmart....I use it as my last resort for anything. The customer service is BEYOND HORRIBLE!! And you know it, but you sent these reviews out like you really care!!! Just dreadful service for years and nothing has ever been done!

Worst Walmart I have ever dealt with. If I could give this Walmart and it's employees a half star I would. We tried to get a grocery delivery, emphasis on "tried".
