Great prices, amazing staff and outstanding variety of products. I ran out to tractor Supply because they had a product I wanted on sale for half price. When I asked for help the cashier was courteous and immediately called for someone. Kaitlyn was there within a minute and showed me where the items were, loaded them on a cart for me and said she’d carry them out when I needed her to if I wanted to shop first. (And she did - loaded them and obviously wanted to help. I was very impressed with her kindness and professionalism. Actually, I was impressed by every staff member I had contact with. I felt very welcome and at home. Add that to the great prices and interesting variety of items - it was a fun place to be and I will be definitely be back! Thank you Kaitlyn and Tractor Supply!

I walked into the store today excited about my potential purchase. The lady cashier looked directly at me and didn’t greet me. I would recommend a greeting when customers enter your store. This is the reason for the 4 star review. On a positive note, Doug was awesome at helping me with my purchase of two heavy troughs. So, Doug gets a FIVE STAR for excellence customer service. He made the process easy. He worked patiently with helping me get them loaded into my vehicle.Thank you Doug! We need more of you!

Got my ten variety Wyandotte chicks delivered because I was having a hard time finding them in store. They all arrived heathy and happy. Cutest little bunch of chicks! And every time I go in store everyone is always so nice and helpful and everything I need is in stock!

Visited this store while camping on Christmas Eve. Needed propane. This store is clean and friendly. Danni, was the young lady who filled our tank, and was so pleasant to deal with even coming out in 24 degree weather.Highly recommend!!

We visited Tractor Supply to purchase a Utility Trailer. We were looking at the 5.5' x 10' Carry-On. They had 2 in the parking lot. It was busy for 9:15 am on a Sunday, but we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and we drove off with our new trailer within 30 minutes.The store is very well kept. The shelves were well stocked. The aisles were easily identified. Every employee on the floor was friendly and they all said good morning. We don't usually get up this way too often and our local Southern Hardware usually has everything we need. Tractor Supply will definitely be our backup for when SH is closed or doesn't have what we need.

I had such a great experience at the store. Abigail went out of her way to help me. She makes you feel like family and she's very knowledgeable. Not only that, she's very quick and gets you in-and-out of the store.

We come here all the time, and really think they have a great selection of goods. However, it would be very nice if they hired more people for their registers. It feels like we stand in line for a very long time when we try to check out.

I will never order online with Tractor Supply again. I ordered 2 Kayaks and the next morning I received lab work that forced me to try to cancel the order. They have a 59 minute cancellation window (ridiculous) so after sending 2 messages to customer service the VERY next morning they started the return policy but kept the $186.00 delivery fee for shipping it to the store. This was Memorial Day weekend so it didn't actually ship till after the holiday. they said they use a third party shipping company and could not refund the delivery fee for shipping to the store One star because the two reps I spoke with tried to help me.

We enjoy Tractor Supply. I've been to bigger and cleaner stores, but we still enjoy the one we have. It can get cluttered at times...Great source of quality dog and chicken feed. The home decor is also a hit with my wife. I like it when we have a little extra time to shop, rather than just running in for feed.

The store itself is great convenience when you need something off the shelf. However if you need a refill on propane, the service is simply horrible. About every 3 months I go there for refills. Usually I go in between 2 & 3pm, not a real busy time of day. The first couple times I successfully overlooked the 25 minuet wait at the gate. This Tuesday after seeing cashier who called over intercom for assistance at propane, after 14 minutes I called the store from outside (didn't want to miss the attendant) they called for assistance again while on the phone with me and apologized for my wait. About 17 minutes later it's looking a little gloomy like its going to rain. A representative walks up top the gate and said, we cannot fill your propane tanks cause it looks like stormy weather will start any minuet.I didn't expect immediate service on either visit. 25 to 30 minuets is clearly unacceptable.

Tractor Supply has a good variety of supplies but, they need Sales associates that are knowledgeable in the products that they sell. Also, if there's more than a couple of people in line, it's just good business for another person to open another register and ring up people. We don't need management just standing around when people are waiting to get out of the store.

Every time I go into this store they are never helpful or knowledgeable about their own products. They do not know where to find them and even when I have pointed them in the right direction on the phone, they looks right over the product I am asking about. I put in a rain check a product back in January and they still do not have the product in! This store is unclean and understaffed like many Tractor Supply's I have been too. Something needs to be fixed ASAP! I will never go back to this store location!

Don't get me wrong I like the store but when I finally looked through the store an brought my stuff to the register they had one cashier up front and the line was long an she was mainly backed up cause she was constantly checking her cell phone. Really!! She's on company time not hers. I think customers should come first after all without them the business wouldn't thrive long..

It’s definitely worth checking Tractor Supply for farm sized quantities. The cost saving can be substantial. It’s a trip to get to this store but it is well worth the extra effort. Staff is genuinely friendly and eager to help.

I've been a Tractor Supply customer for five years. Today's experience was perfect, as always. Our dogs have grown up on the house brand 4Health dog food, an excellent value. All manner of feed and supplies for domestic pets and livestock, and one stop shopping for yard , country land and farm. Top notch, helpful staff and great hours seven days a week.

Store was out of dog food brand that my dog likes. Nothing new , it has gotten better but this problem has existed for well over two years. Not enough shelve space for those bands that sell. I have brought this to the attention of management though their online survey many times. They have chose to do nothing.

I wouldn't keep buying here if it wasn't my only choice. I really hope my review helps them understand a little bit about their Select Series Pro Do rabbit food and how to better their products. Some people buy this food for their cute little house pet rabbit. Which is a good choice. I've been feeding this brand for four years. But some people have entire herds of rabbits for various purposes. Rabbits are very fragile and when they get sick you don't know until they're dead. So I keep buying this bag of food from here and every time I get it home, it is slammed full of mold. I'm not sure if you know how mold works but even when you throw out all of the chunks of mold, it's still in there on the perfect looking food. And when you have over 70 pedigreed rabbits die within a month because of this mold, it really brings people out of business. They're not pigs, you can't just feed them anything and they'll be OK. Another thing, all of the bags should have dates on them, I don't understand why yours do not. Or how they do not since they all come from the same manufacturer. 🤦🤦🤦 I also don't understand how every single bag has mold. Are they being stored outside in the rain? The bags aren't waterproof. I just don't get it. When I get them home I immediately dump them into separate buckets for separate mixes. 🤷🤷

So I have to brag for a minute. Tractor Supply will forever have our business..today on the way to Georgia our hub went out on the trailer so we were stuck on the side of the interstate, and of course we took my truck so Tyler needed a few tools he didn’t have. We called Tractor Supply in Brunswick GA to see if they had a kit and they DELIVERED the tools and parts we needed not once but TWICE.. Justin (a store employee) stayed on the phone and communicated where and what we needed to Darrell...Darrell the other awesome store employee even went back to the store and grabbed another tool we needed and came back again (even brought us water). All I have to say is the hospitality we received today was absolutely a blessing! They are awesome! When we asked if they wanted lunch or anything on us their response was No thank you we just take care of our customers! #ThankYouTractorSupply #KindessGoesAlongWay #TheresStillGoodPeople

Its Clean, its Fresh, they have products that (to me) seems; to be more to choose from. Their focus is the Animal Kingdom. When I need pet supplies this is where I hope to be able to retrieve my supplies from. Nothing more to say except; Amen.🤣P.S. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO, NOT JUST OK, BUT FABULOUS.Just me.Just sayin🌺
