I dont normally write reviews but had to for this case. My wife and I ran Into a young man that works at this facility and we were blown away!!!Not only was he informative but genuinely was such a nice young man and our dog ( who is male aggressive) LOVED HIM! I was shocked and it only reassured us that this is the place for our boy! We will be signing him up soon what an amazing experience we had talking and hope to see him playing with his new friend he made!! Thank you to the young man who helped us ( sadly forgot his name) and all the help, truly amazing experience can't stress enough!

The staff is absolutely fantastic, and the facilities are top-notch! Highly recommend The Dog Stop to anyone who might be looking for a new doggie day care, boarding, and/or grooming - they are GREAT!!!

They seem like a good place with alot for pups to enjoy. I bought a large beef stick for 3.99 my dog loved it. But a little more than my pocketbook for leaving my pup overnight

Great clean and wonderful atmosphere.. can't wait to bring both Sadie and Luna there starting next week.** update the girls now have been going to them a lot more.. they have the best time.. and even when we went out of town for a week they took wonderful care of them and I was able to watch them from the pup cam. 5☆ isn't enough.. but I recommend them every chance I get. Wonderful staff can't get no better.

So impressed with this facility and their staff!! I was apprehensive to board my dog again after the recent dog abuse allegations brought against the staff at St. Simons Puppy Paradise and employee, Jordan Studstill. After a friend recommended this place, my mother and I decided to bring our dogs in while we went on vacation this week.With the 7 live-stream webcams, we found ourselves constantly checking in our dogs. Every time we looked, they had wagging tails and appeared to be very happy throughout their stay. We watched the staff interact with all the dogs and were impressed with how often they clean the facility -- you can see them mopping on the cams many times throughout the day.I've got to say that the transparency with the live-stream cams is very reassuring, and at no point did we feel that our dogs' safety was compromised. It is obvious that the staff care about what they do and our dogs were very well taken care of. We will definitely use The Dog Stop in the future, without hesitation!Thank you for providing a safe place for our dogs!

I took my Pomeranian for her first grooming and this place has a great groomer plus the staff is so professional and you can tell they love the animals. I would recommend the dog stop to anyone that needs there dog groomed or if the need to board there dogs. Thanks for the great service

A friend and I frequently visit Brunswick when we stay at my dad's. We just happened to check out the facility months ago, and have worked out way back there after adopting a rescue puppy. We were pleased beyond our expectations with the Dog Stop! They...are...amazing!!!

We were so pleased with The Dog Stop in Brunswick! We came into the area for an unexpected trip and just happened to see The Dog Stop when we were sitting at a red light. We took a chance and stopped in to ask about the requirements for daycare. They were so friendly and accommodating. They were able to fit my boy into the schedule for an evaluation and daycare that same day which made our weekend so much easier. Everyone we encountered there was friendly, knowledgeable and truly seemed to love the animals. I am very protective over my dog and I left there feeling extremely comfortable knowing he was in good hands. We will be traveling into the area again soon and you can bet we will be taking our boy back there again! THANK YOU SO, SO MUCH!

I brought my dog in for grooming. She was a little matted, I’ll admit but my brush wasn’t working for the tangles which is why I brought her in. They were quick to set me up for an appointment. When I got there, the front door was stuck so it was impossible to open which is very dangerous. The girl at the front desk seemed very sweet. When the groomer came out, she tried to just grab my dog from me but I turned my dog around for her because I know she is protective of me. I asked that they try to detangle her hair but only shave it if it was the last resort. I asked that her hair be about 1/2-3/4” long so she didn’t get as hot, clean the red out of her eyes, and round out her nails. After about 2 hours, they called my boyfriend to pick her up. When he got there, she came out reverse sneezing. He noted this was not normal for her and the groomer did not even act like she cared! The reverse sneezing continued about every 20 minutes for about 12 hours after the appointment. The next day she still sounded snorty but the reverse sneezing has stopped. I don’t know if they pulled on her neck or didn’t protect her face or what, but this is not normal for her. The haircut itself looked so ugly too. Her face/head was choppy and uneven, it was not cut attractively, her body was just shaved really short so there was not an attempt to detangle her, her tail was choppy, and it didn’t even look like her eyes were cleaned. The only thing I liked were her nails. I will not be bringing her here ever again.

I took my reactive dog here to give her socialization and play time. A success! Lucy was in with other dogs on her first ever visit! Debbie and Neil were so attentive and reassuring and really understand dogs and how to care and treat them. They introduced her slowly but by lunchtime she had acclimatized and was doing great. We will now be regular visitors and Lucy will get the socialization that she desperately needs! Thanks so much!

I just got a new dog and dropped her off this morning for her first day of daycare and it went great! It was so easy getting her signed up online and uploading her vaccine records to my account on their website. It was so convenient that I was able to drop her off exactly when I needed to on the day but I needed to, especially since I wasn't anticipating needing care today. She's a young dog and has never been to Dog Daycare before but when I called to ask about her they were happy to give me a report on her day. The staff is awesome and I wasn't worried about her at all while she was there. The best part was I could watch her on the videos while I was at work. She came home happy and exhausted which was exactly what I needed after a long day myself! See you tomorrow, we're now a Dog Stop family!

We really appreciate the services of this business for the care and attentiveness given to our dog when he has been boarded. Our guy is a senior who we rescued from a kennel and who was conditioned to being defensive and not social. We found that his visits there were not as traumatic to him as we might have expected. Not even a 1. I brought my very furry dog in, who’s a Dutch Shepard pit mix, for a grooming. It’s allergies season for him so he’s been itching an biting and ended up geting matted. I wanted a full deshed, and trim. He came out with Matt’s on his belly area, and the excuse is that he was still a little bit wet and it caused those Matt’s , and she couldn’t fully trim his rear cause he kept crying … which makes no sense to me because I brought him to multiple groomers before an he looked fluffy and well trimmed…. Worse 95 bucks spent never again.

I was very pleased with the services at Brunswick location. I love that I can take a peek and check up on my fur babies with the web cam. My doggies went to check out the daycare for a day and see if it would be right fit for boarding. I feel very comfortable now leaving them there for a week. Place is clean, people are very nice, and the whole process is simple. I look forward to other visits.

The dogs were happy. The staff was friendly and very dog attentive. Sometimes my dogs don’t get as much attention because they are mixed breed rescue dogs but they seemed equally loved at the dog stop. Best of all, they passed out at 7:30pm

Very sweet staff! Took our Diesel there while our son had to stay at the hospital. I was able to fully trust them with our Diesel while I can focus on our child. 12/10 will recommend them! They really took good care of Him and treated him like their own dogs.

Love it!!! My dog LOVES going to daycare to play with the other dogs. He comes back a little wore out, happy, and way more social. The workers are great with the dogs, they’re well aware of their personalities, and group them accordingly. I have kenneled my little man there a couple of times too and he’s done great and came home happy.

We absolutely love the dog stop and so does our wild lab, Poncho! He goes every week and sometimes has an extended stay - the staff are so friendly and love the pups like their own, the grooming is phenomenal, the facilities are nice and clean, there is a great store front, and they also offer specialized classes for your dogs needs. Also your pup will come home nice and tired and sleep good 😊
