Please take my advice and NEVER apply to this location. Upper management including the store leader are all a bunch of gossiping teenagers who get upset when their team members even speak to each other. I was a vendor in this location until recently and Store leader Jana, ETL Mike, ETL Josh and HR Mya all stand around with each other and gossip for long periods of time hanging out laughing but then immediately yell and degrade employees for speaking to each other for more then 10 seconds. Lead by example not fear of losing your job.

Shopping at the Brunswick, Georgia location is always a pleasant experience. There are not always a lot of employees around, but the store is always clean and well put together. I frequently visit guest services to pick up my order and the ladies and gents are always pleasant.

Had an amazing experience with Charolette at the tech check out! She was super polite and knowledgeable about targets price matching procedure that we had questions about! So rare anyone even asks how your day is now days; she went above and beyond!

target app is good, the drive up experience is not very good. the packaging was already broken before it is sent to my vehicle. I left the note in the app "put it at the back seat", the worker opened my truck and tried to squeeze the thing inside regardless the half-loaded truck and the item condition. I had to get off the car and open the back door, let him know that I want it at the back seat. After the unpleasant experience, I had to briefly check if I received the returned item, or were anything damaged during every process? Luckily the answer is no.I did not ask for any service because it is a drive-up and I did not expect anything from a worker, he might just have a resting b face.

This Target is well-laid out and clean. They have a wide variety of selections for almost everything in the store. They didn’t have much for mens dress pants, but aside from that I was very satisfied with my experience in this store.

First time I experienced order online and pickup at store. Even though it was the holiday season I had very little wait when I went to pickup. Target had set up the Order pickup/return processes at the front of the store and it worked very smoothly.

Horrible HORRIBLE service. Got ignored by some white girl with tattoos all down her arm. Went to the fitting room for help, no one there. Bathing suits are disgustingly mix matched. No matches to very few tops. Clothes every where. Highly disappointed and will never be back. Stock your selection better: smh pathetic.

First time I’ve ever used their drive up pick up and it was absolutely amazing! As soon as I clicked I was there, they were walking about and they helped me load my stuff into my car! Speedy and so sweet. Definitely will be using them again.

Went into the store on a Saturday for a simple exchange and pick up a few items. I was met with a rude and dismissive front end associate who told me to go get my item. The store on a weekend had empty shelves and finding what I needed was a challenge. When I returned with my exchange item I was given a dirty look by the front end associate Again! She did the exchange only and would not ring up my entire order. I tried to be nice to her and she responded with more rudeness and dirty looks! This place needs a managerial change if this is who target hires to represent them

Ordered a water table online for a birthday party and had issues with the 3rd party company Shipt who screwed it all up royally. Went into the store to address my issue and the store manager Breanna and her assistant both went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and even though they didnt have the same item in stock they found one bigger and better and worth twice the price and gave it to me for the same price! Very apologetic and polite through the whole process! Definitely reccommend them for all of your needs.

I did a Target pickup. There was a mix up with the items. The Target employee Ray went above and beyond to fix it. Clearly he had to rush since I was sitting in the parking lot pick up section. Thank you for excellent customer service!!

They redid the inside and it looks SUPER nice! Looks more organized. Also, while fixing a transaction,one of the ladies got me a chair while I waited (i am 9 months pregnant). They went beyond expectations.

I actually used to work at this Target, back in the good days when customer service was the top priority, everyone was friendly and willing to help all of the customers. I left because of management changing, they started focusing more on results than the customer, putting stress on everyone and, eventually, weeding out all of the good employees.After leaving I went back a few times, the only reason I got any customer service at all was because I used to work there and people remembered me, but after a while all of them left and customer service is no longer a priority. People are left wandering around electronics with no team member around to help, call buttons constantly go to the third call and nobody shows up to clear them until about 5 minutes later.It's really a shame that a place I loved to work at has fallen so hard. But a little thing that most people don't know is that this Target is actually considered to be the worst in the company, they send a lot of executives here as their final chance to impress the company and prove why they deserve to keep their job, mainly because they screwed up so much at their previous location. This Target is where executives come to die, not kidding.
