Clean store, fresh bread. Bagel sandwiches were good. Cookies were not as fresh because we were there for breakfast, and they tasted like they were from the day or two before. Lots of parking, the store is clean, and the service was good.

Employees were very friendly. We were very unsure of what we wanted when we arrived as it had been over 3 years since going to a Panera Bread location. Cashier didn't rush us, asked if we had questions, and gave us all the time we needed to make our decisions. She continued to do other tasks that she needed to complete and checked in with us a few times to see if we were ready yet. I work in food service and felt bad that we were taking forever to decide and would probably have rushed my family to pick stuff if she hadn't made me so much more at ease by her actions and demeanor. We will definitely be back again, and probably won't order so much food as we had way more than we needed, however everyone had leftovers for lunch the next day.Parking: Lot looked to be appropriate size for restaurant size.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options for my kid to choose fromWheelchair accessibility: Had accessible parking and entrance

The food is not bad but i just got charged 7.09 for a yogurt cup the same size in like a 4pk. No one pays 7.08 for a yogurt the size of a yogurt cup. I will no longer be a customer here.

I am really disappointed with this location in regards to the consistency of how my order is made. I ordered the BLT Roasted Turkey sandwich on December 2, 2021. This time the turkey was not roasted on the sandwich and it felt as if I was eating Oscar Myer turkey lunch meat. Also, whomever was applying the condiments on the sandwiches need to apply less. The sandwich I received was very smothered with tomato signature sauce. Receiving the pickle isn’t always guaranteed neither. I’ve had better experiences here but I cannot consider this experience one. In regards to the meat on the sandwich, below is photos of what I received versus what I would normally receive.

This was my first time experience what Panera Bread had to offer, and after DEMOLISHING my sandwich in under 5 mins, I must say...it was good. Really good. Service was even better. The day I ordered my food, staff was low. I ordered online and picked up in store. It was fast and easy!

I don't want to give Panera a bad review. I love Panera; but this particular location in Brunswick is the worst Panera Bread I've been to. Mainly they get the orders wrong. Almost every single order has had a mistake. Either items will be left off or my customizations will be completely ignored. And the food seems like it's been thrown together.Again, I love Panera. Panera is getting its act back together - at least at this store! The entrance was clean, the cashier was pleasant, all drinks were available, our food was prepared perfectly and arrived quickly. I couldn’t have asked for more!

Frustrating wait at drive thru.Waited more than 30 mins in drive thru to order and another 20+ minutes to get the food.I hope people working there were not sleeping at work hours.People who are short of time dont goto this branch.

The place was dirty. Every table was sticky. The food was some of worst I've tasted. They had dead plants as decoration and barely any toilet paper in the women's bathroom. The urinal wouldn't flush in the men's room. My salad had the ends of the romaine lettuce, it was inedible. Worst experience at a Panera.

We had no issues on our visit. The employees were nice and helpful, and the Asiago, Bacon, & Cheese sandwich was delicious and larger than I thought it was going to be.

I watched the employee making my sandwich text on her phone while making it. Scrolling on her phone while touching the ingredients to make my food. That’s so unsanitary and disgusting. Also, heard an employee say they were out of brownies to someone in the drive thru while I was literally looking at a brownie in the inside display case. She was just too lazy to get it. Do not eat here.

We were traveling and hoped to get a nicer fast food option for a quick meal while driving. What an expensive disappointment! My Asian Chicken Salad only had a few burnt bits of chicken. My husband’s Chicken Avocado Sandwich was a big , mushy, tasteless mess. We hadn’t been in a Panera in years and will never return. The bakery case was just about empty and the place looked shabby.

It was 5 minutes before the 10:30 cutoff for breakfast...Keep in mind I'm a regular back home at Panera for the last 10-12 years now.I stepped up to place my order, the girl at the counter said we can't do breakfast now, I asked why it's 10:25.Her reply was an utter surprise, ( we're out of breakfast foods) I at that time suggested ok I understand, turned and walked out...There are a handful of other options in the direct vicinity, and right up the road a few miles is a Chic Fil a. Where they greet you warmly, and with a smile.I recommend that establishment.

Bad experience with the night manager. I bough my food which was a salad, and looked like someone else used the same plate before. I complained with manager and he send me to trough out the food. After I finished the soup that I was eating, I approach for my replacement salad. He did not start replacing the salad until he saw me and make me wait. He could be more more proactive, apologize and replace... That is all; fix the problem, and not lead to a bigger problem. Finally, when he replace the salad, the plate was in the same condition.Very sad and disappointed for the poor customer service in that store, and the attention of the manager.

Hubby's bagel was fresh and delicious. Coffee was delicious with almond milk. Only problem was bathroom needs attention i.e. toilet paper!Vegetarian options: Almond milk for creamer.
