I love the convenience of our local store. Just seems like they have management and employee issues. Rarely see the same people in there. The employees in there now are nice and I hope Dollar General keeps then if they're as good workers as they are to the customers. Too much turn over is not good. Local folks like to see familiar smiling helpful employees. Treat them right!

Went and bought ice cream for the kids tonight and it was very squishy to the point it was melted in some areas. When I questioned it, they informed me that it was supposed to be that way, not frozen. Well, okay then.

Very clean and well organized store. I had great service. They opened another checkout lane when they saw the line get to 3 people. Prices are competitive and the selection is great.

I was about 10th in line. One register open. Cashier was having problem with the scanning of some merchandise. The lady who was the customer was trying to help the cashier with getting correct scan/price. In about 10 minutes the line behind me had grown by about 6 or 7 more customers. I know we stood there at least 15 to 20 no utes while nothing was progressing with this ONE transaction. The lady told the cashier to please just take it off and wait on the growing line of other customers. There was another cashier who finally came from the back. She spent a few mi tues trying to fix whatever was wrong. They told the customer they couldn't just take the item off without having....couldn't tell what.... Finally the other person opened another register. Its getting to be stressful going to Dollar General in Broxton, GA. A BIG one!

I hate waiting in line! Especially, when they only open one register!! Oh, some of the FM employees are extremely rude! Rather have a smoke than help!!! Hire more help!

I do not recommend this Dollar General in Broxton, Georgia. After driving over 30 minutes from the North heading south on 441 I arrived at this Dollar General to find that one bathroom was out of order and the other bathroom was locked and they had no key to the bathroom. This is not acceptable. I'm just glad I did not have a real emergency. I also stopped to purchase a few groceries and their pricing was not competitive with Walmart in Douglas. I doubt I will return to this Dollar General. For those that live in Broxton, I understand your options are limited and would encourage management to make sure that the store was run with a little more professionalism and working restrooms.

I only shop here because it is convenient. No other reason. Most if the employees are very nice. Also, this store is open 7-11pm. Although convenient, it is hard on the employees.

They need more employees. The store is a mess because they don't have enough workers. But the workers that are their work really hard and are very nice and helpful.

Not stocked every time I go empty shelves everywhere, 1 casher open - line always to the back of store, stuff in every isle, just a poorly run store, I might just open up a family dollar or a freds just to put them out of business. 😊

One cashier put up her little sign and told the customers to go to the other cashier. This angered the other cashier and she loudly asked the one going on break why she was sending all her people to her. She said I gotta have a cigarette. Very unprofessional.

The one in jacksonville is clean isles are clear good one to shop. The one in Milan you can't get down the isles and so much junk.

I'm too poor to afford this, my kid and wife went shopping for one thing and now I'm bankrupt....I think I don't have enough money to even send this but I want you to know that I need cash now....and I tried to call that one 877 cash now ad only to find out its not 877 its 866...that's betrayal and I'm upset and my kids lagos he got broke....
