Wow, this is the most cluttered, dirty Dollars General I have ever been in. There's trash all over the floors, the shelves are empty. Product just thrown all over shelves. The employees chatting away with full stock carts down all the aisles. I travel a lot and go to many Dollar Stores, never seen one this bad.

A "Cash Only" sign was taped to the door on my last 3 visits to the Brooklet store. I do not carry cash. Most people don't. When I walked in the manager and a cashier were talking behind the register. I asked why Cash only? They shrugged saying "The internet JUST went down" and I responded, it has been down my last 3 visits. The manager looked at me like I was bothering her and said "I don't know." I left, without purchasing anything. The store is mismanaged. The internet is always down, it's dirty, boxes of product line the aisles and what makes it to the shelves is in disarray. Three strikes - I'm out. I'll take my business someplace that cares.

I rushed to get there before closing only to find the store locked it's doors 10 minutes early..with product left outside..music blaring inside . Went the next morning and shelves were empty...the store was a mess and the cashier was rude. Not using this store anymore!

This Dollar General might be the cleanest & neatest store, that I frequently shop at. I have 2 say this about the last store that I sometimes used (WHEN I REALLY HAD TO) in Bloomingdale, GA. That was the newest store that had been opened AND the nastiest,unorganized place. The previous management team run it down so fast!! Many customers complained. Now before I moved last yr the unit was blessed with a new manager who acted like she really cared & hired associates that were super friendly and you didn't dred shopping there anymore.

Loved this Dollar General. To me it was well organized and the customer service was great. They even have very nice fall displays set up currently. Also i love all of the coolers they jave put in. I can practically grocery shop there.

Nice and friendly cashiers at Brooklet store. I visited the one next to Pojo's on 80 last night and was shorted 20.00 in change. Assn. manager fixed the problem,counted her drawer,and found my money. Yall be careful!! Folks like to steal and she was not fired! WATCH OUT!!

This isn't going to sound like a four star review, but what do you expect? It's Dollar General. There's 1.5 people on staff at a time, every other aisle has a cart full of items that need to be stocked on the shelf, the items are cataloged throughout the store in a manner which makes it possible that the medicine you are looking for is not actually on the medicine aisle.However, I know this about every Dollar General. And though I can't stand them getting away with this norm, I need medicine for my kids at 9:00 p.m. in rural south Georgia. When this happens, they have it, help me find it (not always in the same place), and ring me up with no issues.

Same as any other Dollar General. Obviously not everything is a Dollar, though you can occasionally obtain some pretty unique items. From a groceries standpoint, you can expect to see just about all of the essential food items but nothing too special. (Dairy Products, Bread, Variois Snacks, Basic Meats) I'd say it serves its purpose fairly well.

At checkout, the cashier wearing a mask and gloves. April 21st at 8:44am pulled the mask down over her nose and sneezed on her gloves and my opened bag with the groceries in it.No one there to keep an eye on this one cashier except for a camera. I am an elderly person. Not only she done that she overloaded all my bags.Due to this my husband and I will not shop again at this store that's always out of paper towels and toilet paper and now milk and other needed items.If we do come back to shop and the same thing happens, I will call the police and press charges.

Well the place got remodeled and it looked great!! Now after maybe 2 months the place is getting messy again. Items on shelves are not organized, items not stocked. So here we go again. Good Luck shopping there!!

Stopped by here for a few things while traveling by, and it's one of the few remaining old stores I've uncountered still in an old shopping center. The store is ok but not up to the standards of most Dollar General stores I've been to lately in my travels.

This Dollar General was one of the best stocked stores I've recently visited. Also the staff was really on point with getting the customers items rang up and the customer on their way.

Rude employees, stand in line for 10 minutes and then have the ginger boy tell me to go to the other line. Then he goes and helps the potatoe chip delivery guy. Thn the lady checking me out is to busy talking to her friend to even bother saying hi or anything to me. They're as bad as walmart employees.

Not stocked up and never do they take the time to properly stock the racks. There is always items in the isles to be placed on the shelf and you constantly have to move around the carts to get to the items you need.

Absolutely the worst dollar general. The employee closes early even when the store hours say the are open. Need to hire better employees that actually do there job and wanna work.

I love the Dollar General on Ft. Howard rd. It's clean and has a lot more to choose from. The only down is waiting in line. But unfortunately it's that way with everyone you go to.

Never had a problem until now I realize I forgot a bag of 2 liter soda and the girl who at the register let me walk out without saying anything . Guess I won't be going back . Too bad I lost the receipt one dollar wasted for nothing
