Greg was awefully nice for letting me use his rewards number during my trip to Walgreens to replenish my vitamins stash. I had about 3 different transactions of which it would have been a bummer to have had to put them all back. But thanks to his kindness, I didn’t have to and he didn’t mind my sometimes slow behind having to ask him to repeat it 3 different times for each transaction! Awesome associate !

The pharmacist is always so very helpful. They helped us with difficult to coordinate prescriptions over the years with patients and competency. While wait times is very depending on how busy they are. They are always polite and helpful.

Customer service is not a thing here. Do not come here if you need to interact with team member! I came to get some photos printed, and was met with utter rudeness and disrespect by the “manager”. I loaded my order on the computer, and it said my photos would be ready by 6:40. I came back at 6:40ish to get my order, and the manager rudely told me that the computer was wrong and they don’t have enough staff so the order was not ready. I understand that there are staffing shortages, and so I asked when my order would be ready. She responded as if this question was an annoyance to her. If you do not want to work with ppl get another job, DO NOT SUBJECT OTHERS TO YOUR MISERY BC YOU ARE HAVING A MISERABLE TIME.

I've been using this pharmacy for 7 years, for my entire family, but thanks to Steven's rude and dismissive treatment of me, today is the end of that relationship. I brought in a defective item and instead of issuing an appropriate refund he said "you have to talk to the manufacturer," and called to the next client, whilst looking over my head. Given all of the turnover, the broken drive through (for months)the addition of dismissive Steven and the deteriorating store its time to check out the CVS down the street.

Lunch should be split. Everyone taking lunch at once is ridiculous! No other business, doctors office, or pharmacy I'm aware of allowed all their employees to take lunch at once! It causes customers delays in time, and medications. Sending 1 or 2 at a time is how it should be handled. Especially since this location closes so early! So how are your patients suppose to come on their lunch breaks, and not waist 30 minutes waiting on them to return. As far as the staff is concerned, pharmacy has an amazing staff. It's just unreal how Walgreens continue to shut down during business hours so 1 or 2 more people can all go to lunch at once! Make it horrible on their customers.

This is not a good place to fill out your prescription, in a period of 24h l, they said they have it, then they don’t have it, we we got there, they said they have it and it would take 12hour to fill out the prescription, what was ok with us, I went there next day to pick up they said there is a problem with your insurance, since this is a very important prescription for me, i said I will pay out of pocket and will file later to the insurance, they said, well we don’t have the medication anymore, so this is too bad to be tru and something is going on on that pharmacy. Just FYI

I usually shy away from negative reviews but this place warns it. Such disrespectful and deplorable staff. Was treated like a criminal by the cashier. But hey there's always a silver lining the store was clean.

Is customer service engagement a thing of the past? I bought some items and was putting them on the counter. The male cashier didn't greet me or say anything but how many items do you have? Puzzled, I counted them and told him and before I could tell him hey these are all different items he blurted out my total. I paid and he simply handed me my receipt and continued to talk to his coworker. No thank you no come again no nothing. And the saddest thing is that he was talking to a manager which means the manager is totally complicit in this poor behavior. The cashier keying in just the number I purchased and not scanning the items correctly also meant that I couldn't return anything if I needed to.

when I wanted to return items with receipt, the staff said "ARE YOU SERIOUS? I would throw these to the homeless rather than bring back to return for $10" sooo rude! Don't come here!

The pharmacists are so helpful and literally doing a great job on several things at once. I was there at 7pm on a Friday afternoon and both were kind, helpful and totally went the extra mile to answer questions and make it as easy as possible. They rock!!

One star. National shortage of my medication type, 10 days out at CVS up the street, refused to answer question about inventory or show compassion due to "corporate policy". Combined with constantly being out of medications in general, this reminds me why I switched to the (now similarly shoddy) CVS up the street. Lack of compassion, snide response, not exactly what one would call "caring".

I am not really sure why there are so many negative reviews for this store. We walked in around 4:15 and were immediately greeted with smiling hellos by two cashiers behind the counter. We were halfway back to the pharmacy (for flu shots) when another store employee said hello to us and asked if she could help us find something. We said we were there for flu shots and she said follow me to the pharmacy. On our way back she said Ravi the pharmacist would administer the shots and that he was very gentle. She asked our names and then introduced us to Ravi by name. He immediately asked us for details, accepted our insurance and provided us with the necessary forms to be filled out. After maybe 10 minutes he asked us to go down the aisle where the shots were to be administered. I think it would have been a shorter wait had the pharmacy not been as busy as it was. He informed us of shingles vaccinations as we are over 50 and along with some light hearted back and forth banter we were done in a matter of minutes. We exited the store and again the cashiers said goodbye and have a great day. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and considering the amount of customers in the store and at the pharmacy I think this was most incredible. I can only assume that the negative reviews come from negative people. Gratitude should be your attitude, especially during these trying times.

Don’t get your vaccine at this location. Even with an appointment, I waited over an hour. They make people with vaccine appointments wait in the same line as people picking up prescriptions, even with an an appointment. The line for the pharmacy was really long and the people checking customers out were really confused about what was going on.I finally got up to the counter and filled out my paperwork - pharmacist told me she would call me back up shortly. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went back up to the counter and she had forgotten I was there. She called me up another 15 minutes later to have me pay for the shot and then sent me down to another waiting area where I am now waiting for someone to come give me a shot.

Both times I went to get a COVID-19 vaccine there they acted like they didn't know what was going on. I had appointments for both, and each time they acted as if they don't know how to check the appointment schedule. An associate said both times (different people both dry and rude) they don't know if they have any vaccines left. Huh? You check first, then let me know. BTW they had vaccines each time, they just wanted to let me know for some reason that they thought they had completed all the appointments for the day. Why is that my problem? Most of pharmacy associates have zero customer service skills. Just an unpleasant culture in the pharmacy section. I only gave 2 stars for the second guy who actually gave me my second dose, and the front of the store clerk who was actually nice.

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I almost needed to for this one. This is the closest Walgreens to me so it is convenient. But I will start going out of my way to avoid it. I've required their services for multiple occasions - package drop offs, passport pictures, pharmacy needs. Each experience leaves a bitter taste, the staff is rude and not attentive, waits are incredibly long (even though the staff is standing right there), and it's almost always a bad experience. Take it from someone that has left maybe one or two reviews, ever. Go down the road to another Walgreens if possible, you won't regret it.

Disappointed in customer service/policy for the workers.Just go across the street to Target.I went in to buy makeup (easy). Then I realized I had the wrong shade, so I went in to exchange the shade (unopened). I went to the cashier and asked if I could exchange the products. She says just swap them and doesn't ring up the products. I figured, they must have the same barcode and walked out.I later decided to just return the products (still unopened and found a better price), and was told that the barcodes didn't match the receipt. I then explained what the previous cashier did for the exchange. The supervisor said that the cashier did it wrong previously and that someone had just gotten in trouble for refunding in a similar situation, so she couldn't.Knowing that a person who you supervise messed up and that this isn't the first problem of this kind, the supervisors should have been able to right the situation (return my products and help the other cashier(s) know what to do better).Disappointed and will go elsewhere if I can help it.

I have had several prescriptions filled at this location in the past and all was great. Recently my last 2 refills has been short but over 20 pills. I didn’t notice immediately since its an as needed medication. If you do the car drop off, please go inside to pick up and count your medicine at the counter.

Agree with the others. It’s close to me, but it’s terrible. Went at 3 pm to have prescription filled. Pharmacy tech is nice enough. She tells me 30 minutes, but offers text option for notification. I take the text route, since I’m tired and want to go home and nap. An hour later, receive text that prescription is ready. I wait another hour before actually going to the store (so 2 hours has passed since my 30 minute wait time). “Your prescription still needs a few more minutes” she explains the text is just for ONE of the medications rather than the whole RX. So I wait...and wait...30 minutes later, still not filled. I hear 3 other customers approach the window with similar complaints “I was told 30 min an hour ago, etc.”. I have to leave because my daughter’s daycare is closing. I kind of want my script back to fill somewhere else. Still haven’t received the meds yet.

An old guy in pharmacy has very bad attitude, today my daughter had her 2nd covid vaccine and we were late , on just asking a question, of how long we have to wait , he actually told us to leave the store and said he would not give the vaccine , I talked to the manager and she handled the situation very politely. Omg the guy was full out bad attitude, he should not be working at pharmacy.

Standing in line at this location now. Everytime I get a prescription filled here, there's always an issue. Customer service is awful.Update. 1/28/19I come back a year later because the Brookhaven store did not have my prescription in stock. They have a whole new Pharmacist and staff.... I was still treated like garbage. I arrived 30 minutes before they were going to close and the staff acted like I committed a crime. I was rushed and treated very badly. When is corporate going to correct this problem????

This is the worst Walgreens in this area. The employees are rude and have no concept of customer service. I was shocked by the lack of respect and general indifference that I received at the photo counter. I waited for two full minutes, as the only customer in line, while two female employees chatted about their lives directly in front of me. Only after 2 minutes did one of them bother to look at me and acknowledge that I was standing there. Definitely does not make me want to come back here or trust them to complete my photo orders!

I was reading these reviews while I was on the phone with this location. I simply called to see if they carried a certain type of shampoo. 3 Different people have answered the phone asking what I needed and I am still on hold going on 6 minutes. I don't understand what it is about people and their lack of work ethic. If your current job isn't what you desire to you, the type of service I was provided will ensure that you never do anything better than what you are doing right now. The phone is now ringing again for someone. I group of chimpanzies could do a better job than this place.

Rude customer service. I ordered a 4x6 photo print online to this location because it only costs .60 cents, but when I went to pick up, they charged me $16 because “the photo met passport photo parameters.” I did all of the work taking the photo and resizing it properly but they still wanted to charge the full $16 for doing none of the prep work.

The pharmacist that worked on 2/16/21 at 7:3-8 with the beard was absolutely amazing in helping me with a Glucose monitor. He was patient and very helpful and knowledgeable. So glad he was there to assist me with my blood sugar monitor choices. We need more people like this in the world. Thank you.

I had a great experience at this Walgreens. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. I wanted a prescription transferred to this Walgreens from my Walgreens out of town. The pharmacy staff was so helpful. It didn’t take more than 15 min. I am so very grateful. Thanks to all.

Pretty bad place for interaction with employees or getting any useful knowledge of where a product is located. The employees don't know either.Update! Sadly this place can’t seem to get better. After waiting at their pharmacy window for 5 minutes with no other customers, I finally get acknowledged and request a flu shot. Oddly, I was turned away because they decided to close 15 minutes early.

I don’t know why this Walgreens has many bad reviews. I have so far an excellent experience with this Walgreens. For me, it is very convenient and the pharmacy service is fast. They always have prescriptions on time. I recommend this Walgreens.

Do NOT use this location for photos. They WILL mess it up or won’t even fulfill the order... the customer service is lack luster. No one is in a hurry to help or smile. And no one knows how to actually do the prints/canvases/panels that you “can” order online. I used to love this location... but not anymore. I’ve wasted enough time and money being patient.
