Needed a midday snack, so I went next door to Walgreens to grab some cookies. I got Oreos, Lorna Doone & Wafers, as you can see the label says 3/$5. When I get to the register, the wafers don't ring up the sale price. Manager Jolly is called to the front. She proceeds to tell me the sale is for Nabisco obviously, and these are Keebler. Ma'am I know the difference however your store tag is placed in front of these right in front of the counter so it is not my fault and you should honor what the tag says. She continues to attempt to explain what I should have done by getting three of the same brand instead of stating as a Manager it was their mistake they apologize and will honor the tag and even say thank you for bringing it to their attention. But it took like 5 unnecessary minutes for her to correct the transaction so I could pay and leave. Damn I wish a CVS had been across the street bc I would have gotten my stuff there. I so didn't appreciate the back and forth that Jolly, shift, or store manager, whatever her title is had with me bc this could have been resolved much faster. I didn't want to get loud, but I be damn if you gonna try to educate me on the difference between Keebler and Nabisco, like two brands can't be combined on a sale. GTFOH she needs to do some retraining when correcting customer issues.

The customer service here is dreadful. I bought magazines for a project (the project ended up being cancelled) at a Walgreens far away (not in my city) so went to return them here a month and a half later, and the woman working up front gave me attitude and was horribly rude. Unfortunately I’ll have to go to a different Walgreens with my receipt and unopened magazines seeking a return. Ridiculous. What has happened to customer service in a CHAIN pharmacy giving me attitude for a viable return?

This Walgreens in Brookhaven has really turned things around! They were extremely short staffed around the holidays in 2021, but now they have all new staff. I was able to get my prescriptions and free at home COVID tests very quickly! I love the covered parking garage when it rains! I will definitely be shopping here from now on!

If I could give this pharmacy NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. With the exception of Cindy, who is excellent, the other pharmacist and employees back there are ignorant, rude, and LAZY. Run don’t walk to Publix.

TERRIBLE PHARMACY! The worst yet. I was waiting to get a flu shot with my kids and they made me wait a whole hour just to say they didn’t take my insurance… ridiculous. I’ve been to other locations and they’ve taken my insurance with no problem. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service. They have no patience with their customers either.

The worst service ever . The entire pharmacy staff should quit there jobs today . I will never return here . Would not fill my prescription even when the insurance company was on the phone . I’m glad I could keep my composure during this time. They assist who they want depending on the day .

I visit this store frequent and recently there has only been one young lady working at the pharmacy by herself on the weekends/evenings. She is AMAZING and very positive despite lots of very rude and impatient customers. Please be patient with her. I came in for a vaccine appointment and to get a medication, she filled it, rung me up, and gave me the shot within less than 25 minutes. I wish she has more help, Walgreens please do better

Pharmacy worker was very rude and they would not do walk in flu vaccine appointments even though the Walgreens website states that they do. It seemed like they just did not want to bother with the work that it would take to do the vaccine. I will not be giving them anymore of my business.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION FOR A COVID VACCINE!!!!Waited over an hour to get a covid vaccine. There were 4 people in front of me. They said they’ve been waiting for 1-2 hours. I left after an hour, without a covid shot. The staff said it’s because the pharmacist has to fill prescriptions and do vaccines. Well hire more pharmacists? Idk staff more people on a Saturday???It’s a busy location in Brookhaven. I would hope you would have enough brains to staff the pharmacy to handle big crowds especially for a new Covid booster. JFC.I went to Sam’s club, and got my Covid shot in 15 mins. SMH.

I set an appointment at this location for my Covid booster. I arrived about five minutes early and reported in to the pharmacy. I was asked to take a seat where I sat for over 30 minutes waiting for my shot. The staff was pleasant enough, but the wait was not. After 30 minutes had passed, I finally got up and hovered at the counter until they finally acknowledged that I had been waiting and I was finally given the shot.I think that this location must be inundated with prescriptions from the medical building where they are located. If you can get your pharmacy needs from another location, I would recommend finding one that is not inside of a medical/professional building or complex.

Worst Walgreens ever! I made at appointment for 5:30p to receive a vaccine and then, I have been awaiting over 35 minutes with an appointment to receive the vaccine. Pointless to make an appointment when it is going to take extra long to get the vaccine. Next time I will go to CVS.

I came In this past Sunday (10/9) morning to get some medicine around 9:30. There was a short lady that greeted me. However, as I went To the back aisle I could Feel her watching me as I’m looking through the different medicines. As I’m walking back to the front, I’m slowing down because I’m looking at the holiday stuff and the lady then walks over to me and asks me if I’m ready to checkout. I was Beyond annoyed at this point. I said “Well if you give me more time.. I’m still looking!” Then, I just ended up leaving the medicine and leaving the store. Nothing worse than being racially profiled while literally sick and trying to buy medicine. I worked At Walgreens in high school. It was my first job and that is not the culture of Walgreens. Like she was rushing me out the store and watching me too closely.. meanwhile another customer is in there and she barely looked at him. BUT bc I’m a brown skinned girl, I was looked at and basically forced to leave and go to another store. Not okay.

The pharmacy is horrible with customer service. I called only to be put on hold for 30 minutes and then when someone finally came on the line they told me to hold, again(only this time they hung up on me). I called back in, only to be rudely handled by someone working in the pharmacy named, Crystal. She acted like she did not want to look up my information or help me. Her answers were short and seemed like she was rushing me off the phone. I will be switching pharmacies. The customer service is terrible, and I will not be picking up from them again. That was my first time picking up a prescription from them.

Unfriendly pharmacy staff and front counter staff. Challenging to get medicine refilled here and awful automated renewal for prescription medicine. You can feel how unhappy staff is when interacting with them

Doctor called in prescription for Covid antiviral yesterday morning at 8 AM. It is still not filled as of today (27 hours later). I called this morning to see if I need to have the prescription transferred to a different location. 1st call on hold for 29 minutes then cut off, on hold for second time today so far 50 minutes and 39 seconds on hold and they cut me off again!!!I normally use the Walgreens on Sandy Plains road in Marietta. I now know why I use the Walgreens on Sandy Plains even though it is 30 minutes from my home. This Walgreens location is a joke to put it nicely. It looks as if my only option is to drive there covid + and walk in the damned store.Update:I had to go to the store and explained the situation to the manager. He asked me to go through the drive through. I did so, the window was covered with signs that said no prescriptions given through the drive through window. While, I was sitting in the car I received a text saying that my prescription was ready.I went back inside stood in line to get prescription. I listened to other customers who had the same issue that I had today. They called put on ultimate hold then cut off.

The pharmacy at this location is disappointing and has caused a great deal of frustration when it comes to refilling prescriptions.I’ve tried to refill prescriptions using their website and every time I do so they never seem to receive my order.I submitted a prescription refill via online a few weeks ago and got a message saying that it couldn’t be refilled bc it was out of stock and they would have to order more. Okay cool.. So I called up there and spoke to one of the techs and was told that my prescription was on back order bc it was out of stock. He stated that I’ll receive notification once my prescription is refilled. As of today, the only message I got from them stated there was a delay.Today, I decided to speak to someone in person. The tech pulls out a box of what I’ve been waiting for, for the past 2 weeks. No one ever contacted me, sent a notification, or refilled my order. So now I have to wait again for something that should’ve been done a long time ago.Because of their lack of communication and subpar system, I’m now behind several weeks!!!

The service is slow and the pharmacy staff does a horrible job of communicating with customers. They never text when prescriptions are ready and they take days to prepare prescriptions. There is also a lack of urgency to help customers. This location has gone down hill significantly. They should consider new management

My close friend Tyler has been on hold for close to an hour with you guys! Has tried to call 3 sperate times now and just rings for 25mins and then hangs up! No way to treat a loyal walgreens customer. The hold music is also very deceptive, music will suddenly stop making Tyler think someone has picked up. Just to abruptly start again. I can tell its bothering him.

I has scheduled on Monday my COVID-19 booster shot, and my flu shot for Today. I have tried calling the day before to confirm my appointment and nobody answered. I called today to see if anybody would answer the phone and confirm my appointment, nobody did. I came in and said that I was here early for my appointment. I was told that I was not in the system. And I was told that I could wait, to see if I could be fit in. I waited for 30 minutes, and then went back up to the gentleman who was working at the register and asked again if I could be seen today, since I had originally made the appointment for today. He said no. After me waiting for 30min. I work in healthcare, and I understand how difficult and busy these times are. But I find it extremely rude that I was told to wait, and I stayed here for 30 minutes when I don’t live anywhere near here, when I could’ve easily been told from the beginning that they could not see me today and have avoided wasting my time. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This pharmacy stinks. Frequently not open on time. I once dropped off a prescription for my son and when I went to pick it up, they told me it was not ready and that they were "several days" behind. I switched it to CVS and it was ready within an hour. As others have mentioned, customer service at this store is subpar. Convenient location for many but every time I go here, it's a headache...

I am a Georgia physician. This pharmacy staff has ignored prescriptions called in by phone and has been all but unresponsive to attempts to contact the pharmacist during business hours on several occasions in the past year and a half. The manner of the staff and pharmacist when reached is at best impolite and at worst surly and unprofessional.I would avoid this group at all times if you have a choice.

DO NOT DROP OFF FEDEX PACKAGES HERE!!! My document was scanned into this location and never scanned back out. The last thing on the tracking page says "dropped off at Brookhaven Walgreens" almost 2 weeks ago and no one, not even the manager has a clue as to where it went or what happened. Super important document that has now been delayed by 2 weeks to be sent. Unacceptable

I went to get passport photos at this location last week. Because it’s a different nationality the photo size requirements were different (but I was not aware of that). I went back a few days later to ask the clerk if I could reprint my passport photos. The clerk was very helpful. Not only did she find my original digital photos in her camera, but also, she resized and re-printed new photos for me. Her manager was also very helpful and attentive. their service was very professional and friendly! The store is spacious and clean as well.

Will never return to any Walgreens ever again! While I was shopping today I was rudely approached by a store associate and demanded that I empty my bag and was accused of stealing. When I asked what for and what I was accused of stealing the associate ran to the back of the store. Horrible experience. Will be calling the corporate office in Monday am when they open. If I coukd rate zero stars I would. Cvs will get my money from now on!!!!!

They get the two stars for being very clean and nicely laid out unlike some other places I've been to, but the customer service at the front end is ridiculous. I brought in an item to exchange, not realizing it had been so long since I had purchased it. It was no big deal, I wasn't upset over not being able to get a refund and at NO point did I get snippy or anything with the *3* people who were needed to assist me. One woman was very nice, but was only involved for a minute. The other two were downright ridiculous and borderline nasty. One actually said "30 days, 60 days, whatever! It won't let me put it in!" with some serious attitude after I just mentioned that the receipt said 30 days (when I finally found the information on there) when she had said 60. I was over regardless, so that really wasn't the point. Why get a nasty attitude? I'll go to the one off of Johnson Ferry even though it's not as convenient. At least there, I know the people are professional even when it's me that made the mistake.

Terribly inefficient at refilling prescriptions. They encourage and push automated refill options on all customers yet these automated features malfunction nearly every time, forcing you to be placed on an hour + hold to speak with someone to verbally request a refill. It should not be this time consuming or complicated to request a refill.

Walgreens should be embarrassed by this location. Absolute disaster inside,. The pharmacy takes HOURS to get on the phone, then hangs up. The lines inside the store are also insanely long.I have a prescription stuck at this location, I can't anybody to help and I can't transfer to another location.Totally unacceptable, Walgreens.

Pharmacy staff would not take my call. I was on hold for 15 minutes, then it hung up on me. Tried to call back and it said the pharmacy was closed. How about serving ALL your customers before leaving for the day, people? Not just the ones there in person. My question would have taken literally one minute. So unprofessional.
