I took my bernadoodle who was matted in for his spring cut and they did such a great job. I love how my dog looks with his fluffy long hair but it had to go! I requested that he still looked like a doodle and they left his face and tail longer which I know was a task since he had some serious matting. They were very friendly, professional and were great about educating me on at home care. The price was also affordable plus they have a cute retail section where I bought him a new leash. I highly recommend them. Here’s the before and after photos!

I took my Aussiedoodle for her first haircut and was BLOWN away! The staff was so friendly from the moment we stepped through the door, not to mention the amazing job they did on my girl. Price was fair and I will definitely be back!

I really enjoy bringing my pup, Maverick, here. They always do a great job with him. Maverick is a poodle mix, about 55 pounds, with curly hair. I always ask for a poodle cut, and they never disappoint. I walk out spending less than $100! The groomer accidentally threw away his flea collar, and the manager/owner (not sure) called to let me know they would replace it for me! I fully trust them with my sweet boy and would recommend anyone looking for a reputable groomer to check out Pup-N-Cuts!Edit: I wanted to add some photos from all of his grooms. He has been coming since he was a baby. They always do a great job and are very friendly. It’s hard keeping up with poodle mix hair, but education is key! I would ignore the negative reviews, as most of them are about their dogs being shaved short due to matting. Which, believe it or not, happens when you don’t take care of your fur baby’s coat. Aka neglect!! Anyways, that’s neither here nor there. My photos prove Pup-N-Cuts' ability to do a great job, but remember, the upkeep starts at home. So make sure you have a good foundation when getting curly-coated cuties.

Today, our girls got baths and while we usually go on Saturday, I was shocked to see Pup N Cuts so busy on a Monday! However, the courteous staff was quick and did exactly what we requested. I very much appreciate the time they spend with the dogs and how quickly they move, despite being busy. Everyone has a smile on their face and they were very kind about retrieving our dogs from the car and brought out when they were finished since I can’t lift anything after surgery. Anita, Candace and somany other names I can’t remember at the moment make our dogs feel comfortable and certainly help clean them up! We love pup n cuts! I can’t believe it’s been 3 years since we brought our first baby home, but pup n cuts continues to be our only spot to go for grooming!Once again, we had another wonderful experience at Pup n Cuts! They have groomed our baby girls since we brought them home 2 years ago. Anita and the rest of the staff is very friendly and amazingly welcoming, helpful and loves both of our girls- even the squirmy baby! It doesn’t appear to be stressful for the dogs and they are so patient with all of my questions; they are like family! This time Jade took care of our little one who was covered in mats and she came home looking cute and beautiful!

The people here are so nice and welcoming. I had a very bad experience with another dog grooming facility and this is a pleasant change. My dog seems to enjoy it and is very relaxed when I pick him up. Nevertheless, his haircuts have been really great!

After getting back home and getting a better look at her I gotta say I’m really disappointed with her cut. Her chin and overall head is extremely uneven. Looks like someone just took a scissors to her and started hacking away. They also up-charge for matts, which is fine, but they didn’t even get them all and left some small ones that could have easily been snipped. Safe to say this is the worst haircut she’s had in her life. After paying $120 we’re now left to trying to even her out ourselves, really disappointing. I just can’t believe they were fine passing her back off to me like this. We will be looking elsewhere next time.

Great groomer! They gave me a 4 hour window and finished well within that time frame. I brought a picture of what I wanted and they followed it exactly. My puppy also has some anxiety around trimmers but they were able to work through all of that and give him a great cut!

It was our first visit to Pup-N-Cuts. Kristen did a great job grooming Penny. No one ever seems to get her nails short enough, but she did. Also, getting the dark out from under her eyes was top-notch. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic as always. I started taking my senior toy poodle here for the last two years. He’s always stress free when he leaves which is a huge relief of mine with him being only 4 pounds and on the cusp of 13 years old. The staff is always friendly, none of the dogs every look distressed (now that I think about it), prices are fair and comparable. I’ll be a customer as long as I’m in Chamblee and the surrounding area.

Love the service for my pup. The 1 star missing is because anytime you want to call them, you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back, which doesn’t always happen. Been twice, the first time I didn’t enjoy the customer service of one of the ladies at the front desk but the second time it was a pleasure dealing with everybody. I think they’re very close to being a 5 star experience with a couple tweaks.

Stopped in to get info and make an appointment for my 15 year old pup. They had a cancellation and were able to take her right then. They told me it would take 4 hours maybe less. Got a text she was ready in less time promised. When I picked her up she looked amazing, best groom ever! Highly recommend these folks. Great care and service!!

Jade worked on my maltipoo and she is so good at what she does! Millie came out so soft and her nails were perfect. The cut was even and they kept her fluffy in all the right places.

not sure what the other people actually experienced who had a lower review… the staff was amazing, they actually listen to what exactly you want for your baby. you can 120% tell they care about the pets that come in. this was my first visit and won’t be my last! i highly recommend this place :) :)

While I've never been very satisfied with the grooming services here, the lack of availability at other groomers in the area sometimes obligates us to use Pup N Cuts, however this is the last time we'll make this mistake.My dog came in with some matting despite my best efforts, and we were told they'd need to cut his hair down substantially. That's fine and it happens. However - when we picked up the dog, his hair was long in some places and short in others - he looked ridiculous and completely disheveled. We arrived early because the staff seemed adamant about getting out before 6 pm, but were told he wasn't ready - also fine. But when he was handed off to us, he was still damp and had hair flying off of him. I paid for the "Top Dog," costing me $125 before tip (I did not tip after this experience) and his nails were not fully trimmed, his ears did not appear cleaned at all, and I'm doubtful they touched his mouth at all. The groomer trimming his nails said she couldn't finish because he was biting - however we literally observed this interaction and it was very non-aggressive and the dog was irritated, but very reasonably behaving and non-threatening. But, if the groomer felt she couldn't finish the job (which she didn't, his nails are only partially done) then we shouldn't have been charged for the service and she should frankly get a different job. You don't become a plumber and complain about sewage, you don't drive a taxi and drop your passengers off in the middle of the ride because you don't like traffic.Pup-N-Cuts is the highest priced groomer we've been to, and the absolute worst quality. I already had an appointment at Pet People for my dog's next groom, and after this experience, called Pet People to make my next 2 so that we'd never have to return.

THE GROOMER HERE IS AMAZING!!!I have a 2 lb little puppygirl (yorkie) who is very active and feisty so I’m certain is not easy to groom, however when she went in to Pups N Cuts and came out she was picture perfect! She seriously looks like a show dog….best in show, that is 😉Another great point is that my fur baby didn’t seem stressed out or anxious when I picked her up, so I believe her experience was good too. We will definitely be returning customers! Many thanks to the whole team at Pup N Cuts for delivering excellence and great customer service 🐶

I specifically told them NOT to give my dog a poodle cut. They clearly did not listen because I came back to get him and he was cut exactly like a poodle. So I spent close to $100 to be pissed off. Won’t be going back.

Quality of the grooming is great. The staff is the most unpleasant I’ve seen at any vet or groomer…plenty of examples to share in the 2x we’ve been here but mainly that the staff seems to genuinely dislike dogs and views paying customers as an inconvenience. If they were just a bit more courteous and feigned interest in the animals I’d probably return.
