I was served COLD chicken from the hot food plates around Noon today. I’m a nurse in the area so when I got back to work which is less than a 5 minute drive, I had to heat the food up. And it was improperly packed and the chicken once heated up fell out of the bag! My money is hard earned and we barely get enough time to eat! Its a very upsetting experience.

11/15/2021 Covid update:At opening times, most of the customers here wear masks. Most of the employees do, as well. Mask wearing tends to fall during the day, particularly by customers, so go early if you respect the power of Covid. Certainly more mask-wearing here than at Publix Town Brookhaven.Always well stocked. Great staff - almost all of them are always helpful.

I do not like Publix. I can't seem to find any value. They have a great looking produce department. The flowers looked droopy today. The energy was low, and the vibe was off.

Super bowl Sunday had 5 registers opened so lines moved fast. Smart mgmt. Also all the chips were on sale and nearly everyone was purchasing.

This is the single worst experience I ever had at a Publix location. Literally every employee I came across except 2 in the store had no sense of urgency. I was left in the deli line while about 3 employees talked and judging from what I heard the convo wasn’t work related. It wasn’t until a 4th customer joined the line until one of the employees decided to help. The lady who made my sandwich did it very sloppy but maybe she was overwhelmed because she was the only one working. Also bought groceries and the cashier was rude and seemed annoyed with everyone he checked out. They need to do something about this because this was an awful experience!

This place is decent.They have sushi specials on Wednesday. $5 per tray for some of the sushi trays.Staff is friendly.This location has some good and bad. The cafe is more expensive than other grocery stores but still much cheaper than a restaurant. The produce and deli selections look extremely fresh. I ended up buying some food that was already past its Best By date by 6 months. I don't think it is worth taking back.

Anthony, the morning store manager had horrible customer service. As well as the staff who rung me up. I'm not sure if they were having a "bad" morning, but I expected more from Publix. Do better.

Love coming to this location. Very friendly employees, especially Alyssa Naomi. Talk about a dedicated worker! She goes above and beyond to do her job. Hey bagging skills are unbelievable. I'm not just saying this because I'm her dad. If you don't believe me stop by and see for yourself. She'll be the one with the prettiest smile in the entire store.

Deli at this Publix is horrible compared to other locations. There is zero sense of urgency or friendliness.We recently had a substantial catering order where an entire section was missed causing a delay in the timeline of our event. The staff was unapologetic and incredibly slow/unprofessional once the missing component was ready. When I checked out at customer service and explained the scenario no apologies or attempt to make right. Long story short your can’t count on this location.

I had to wait 25 minutes for a 2nd sub to be made for an Instacart order, which is ridiculous. Why make the first one and not complete the order? Especially when the receipt is right in front of their faces? Poor customer service and horrible experience. I understand bringing down the line for customers that are in front of you, but i’m sure business practices say to also make sure you’re attending to orders that are on a scheduled delivery, not make people wait 25 minutes. Then resulting in not having specified bread available. Ridiculous.

This is a good location. However, they are definitely geared more towards large family's. They generally have large packets of meat. It's hard to find smaller amounts. I like the produce area here.

Kind of pricey, however, the food is delicious. I had the Fried Ch icken Salad. Quite tasty.I went back the following day and had the Chicken Quesadilla and Onion Rings.AMAZING.The Tea is to die for.Try them!!!

Wow best service ever received from Ms. Simone in the bakery! I called a different Publix asking if I could order a small white cake with cream cheese icing and pick it up around the time that I called the next day and was told no, that I would need 24 hours and it wouldn’t be available until Tuesday -it’s Sunday! Thankfully they know how to do math at this location, I am so grateful for Simone ..her customer service was outstanding and she was very friendly!

As the sandwich making station is always slow I've tried twice to order ahead online. I give up. Most recently ordered 3 subs and a wrap. Show up when it's supposed to be done. Out of bread and hadn't even made the wrap. No communication so wasted a drive and almost an hour of my time. Done with this Publix.

Worst publix deli I've been to yet. Sub bread is terrible. The sub bar is a mess and half empty before 7 pm. Always out of the vegetarian options. Also, the deli looks dirty

I spoke with Justin in the bakery. I wanted to place an order for a cake, that is unfortunately no longer available. Justin was very kind and understanding and even went out of the way to ask the bakery manager for suggestions on how to get my cake just right. Publix cakes are ridiculously good without being too sugary, heavy or sweet. I appreciate the great work and patience Justin, please keep up the good work.

I ordered a BLT from the deli I got two strips of bacon this is a sandwich. Does it make sense to only put two pieces of bacon on there I’m asking the deli manager what he/ she thinks about this? is that fair to the consumer for seven dollar sandwich?

The store was conveniently near my office. I ran in for an exchange and customer service was outstanding. Got in and out quickly during the lunch rush. Even got a sandwich from the deli. Great stop and a great store!

Actually forgot how nice this Publix really is for it to be an older build it still shines up pretty nice. And like most Publix stores they are truly one of the greatest grocery stores in the country in my eyes. Of course I love the subs that's probably the only reason I will come by there but you definitely can save money with their buy one get one free deals so if you're ever in this area and you need to go by Publix this is one I would recommend.
