I live fairly close to this Kroger but this was my first visit. The parking lot is pretty small but I have never noticed a lot of cars here.This Kroger seems older and outdated. The lights are dimmer, the store is smaller, and the aisles narrower. I was still able to find a few good food selections. No complaints.They did not have any cashiers working. I had to go through self check out.

The Skyland Kroger is a great convenience store. But the meats are not first choice. The store could use an upgrade. Always check the expiration date. Now the Pharmacy is #1!!! Awesome staff, very warm environment. Thanks 😊.

I’m giving 5 stars to a particular employee Sabrina. I wasn’t seeking help as I searched for my chicken sausage but I guess she noticed my confused look and asked me what I was looking for and to pull up a photo. I thought that was extremely kind and helpful to ask. She also knew exactly where they were located as it’s kept separate from the usual breakfast meats. Thankyou Sabrina for your above and beyond customer service. You made my “quick grocery trip” even quicker and pleasant.

Honestly this was the worst shopping experience of my life and I'm 55 years old so that's saying something. Self checkout was a nightmare. They made me go home to get my id for my debit card (bizarre!) and so all my food melted. The grocery trip should have taken 5 to 10 minutes. Instead it took over 2 hours >:-( I won't be back which is a shame but I can't take that unnecessary stress and their stupid and inefficient self checkout

Staff and management give misinformation to customer.They do not communicate with each other at all, and are not in the same page with company policies.Aside from that, the property is not well maintained. Trash scattered through the parking lot, receipts and candy wrappers on the ground in the checkout lane… I won’t be returning to this location.

Today 3-3-2024 | went to the Kroger store 218 to send money and to buy some groceries but I decided to send money first so I went to customer service, there I saw the lady who've been rejected me many times, and I made a complaint about her rude attitude a longtime and I can tell nobody took action so this time I saw her at the customer service and I was praying for her not to reject me but she did her argument was that she had to many customers but there was only one customer that lady is not suitable for that job her name is "DANA, DANA, DANA"👎👎👎👎👎 my respect to Maria, Raven, Fatima and the other ladies that I forgot their names all of them are outstanding people

Based on the reviews and my personal experience in this Kroger I’m always very hesitant to get anything “fresh” from this store!! Because it’s NEVER fresh and almost always expired!This Krogers ALWAYS has a dead/rotten smell to it! Bought this chicken and threw many pieces away!! Waste of money as high as groceries are! I’m calling the Health Dept first thing Monday morning!So messed up because this location is beyond close to home!! They need to bulldoze this location down, and get an entire new staff!Witnessed what I assumed was someone training putting inventory on the floor. Manager I guess (black woman) the way she was talking to this lady had it been me I would have quit and cussed that lady out soooooooo bad! Speaking to this woman as if she was a child!Employees are rude as all outdoors and the atmosphere is BEYOND ghetto!Customer Service Desk will have signs that they aren’t available for 30 mins, but are literally behind the counter playing on their phones/ gossiping amongst each other! Like at least have enough polish to leave from behind the counter!!I absolutely hate this location! But recent Chicken experience has done it! Anything over one star here is a LIE and probably one of the workers!Spend your money elsewhere mess around and get sick buying/eating anything from here!

Terrible store management they will say one thing but do the other. Especially Doug hill I saw him fire a kid trying his best because he ate some food about 15 feet away from a food prep area. He should be ashamed of himself and deserve to be fired for the first mistake he makes to understand how he treats his employees.

If Kroger is going to use qr codes to get Kroger coupons, it should make it easier for long time patrons. If there is a special offer, it should be extended to Kroger rewards members irrespective to a qr code.

I CANNOT stand this Kroger!!!! I literally come here for two things and have to wait in a 20 person line for self checkout. WHERE ARE THE WORKERS? WHY ARE YALL NOT HIRING PPL TO WORK? I should not be waiting in a 30 min long line to checkout two things. Ppl have literal carts filled to the top in the self checkout line. Why? Bc there’s 1 person working at a register. Ridiculous.

I literally deleted my previous one star review from a year ago just so I could leave a new one. The parking lot is a disaster and they are constantly running out of carts as well as baskets. The layout of this store makes no logical sense, everyone entering and exiting running into each other. They never have more than two (usually only one) register open, forcing everyone over to self checkout with one attendant who clearly hates their job and doesn’t care, making the process take twice as long. Their self checkout machines are run down and constantly malfunctioning. The other Kroger’s around the city are so much cleaner and with much better staff, why is this one so run down and neglected with such poor customer service? If I didn’t live walking distance from it, I would never visit this store again.

Smaller size Kroger than in my hometown but great setup and selection if stocked goods. Full size deli meat 🥩 🍖 and bakery ! And great selection of artisan 👩🏾‍🎨 cheeses and meats. Would visit again bc of location and selection.

The customer service here is excellent. The security guard is very friendly and will even help you bag your groceries for you! The only down side to this Kroger, and all of the others too, is that their hours have changed and they’re no longer open 24 hours. That was one of the main things that I liked about Kroger. Oh well.

Worst Kroger in Atlanta!The pharmacy never answers their phone and takes hours to process a simple prescription.The store has a very limited selection of produce, meats, and so on. It doesn't have a sushi station or fresh salad bar.

As many times as I have rode past this location I would never know that it was totally not like other Kroger locations. Upon entering after 8am I was greeted by a very nice lady. That's where the good stuff ends. This location is ass backwards for lack of a better description. Everything is placed totally different. You can't just walk in here and expect something to be where it is in another store. This store is also in need of a desperate makeover. It is kind of outdated. They didn't have what I wanted but I did have one thing in my buggy to purchase. I was immediately turned off because there were no checkout people. The same lady that greeted me is the same person that was working self check out. You are forced to do self checkout which I do not like using at all. There were no customer service people either. They had people waiting in line and the customer service window was completely closed and dark. Where do they do that at when the store is actually open? Nowhere. This location needs to get it together.

I absolutely ADORE the staff at this location. Walter always has a positive attitude at the register, and is such a joy to talk to! Juan is so helpful whenever I need help finding an item. And Alicia (hopefully I’m spelling that right!) has all the produce codes memorized! Talk about impressive!

The store layout is bad!! Items that usually go together are spread out through the store, and the pharmacy being in the middle doesn't help. I spent an hour in there just getting ingredients for tacos but because the store layout is so messed up I couldn't find what I was looking for and I kept having to go back-and-forth through the entire store. There are definitely better Kroger's nearby that are easier to navigate for a quicker easier shopping experience.

This is the absolute WORST Kroger to shop at. The customer service is unacceptable. The store manager (tall Caucasian man with glasses) is extremely rude and nonchalant. They’re always out of everything I need. I came one day to shop for Cajun turkey at the deli, paper towels, and vitamins and they didn’t have any of it. I will not be back.

I love this store! I've been going here for forty years all they've done is get bigger and better. Yeah, the lines are a pain, who's aren't? I did figure out how to use the self-checkout and for the most part they work pretty good.It's a small store, so they don't stock everything like the bigger Kroger's but that's expected. They put things on the shelves that are expired and their customer service line is always ridiculous. And no apology for the wait or their mistake of selling expired food, no smile, completely not cordial or how you should be treating people in customer service. Definitely not worthy of my repeat business, which is a shame since it's so close. And won't open up additional registers and they force customers to use self-checkout when there's 15 people in line, very disoelderly and poorly ran. Some of the employees are nice, however, I can't completely throw this place under the bus. I just haven't been treated like a worthy customer most of the time and idk if it just because I'm young that it just seems like I don't matter as a customer?
