Always out of stock on multiple items. Shelves empty even before supply chain problems. Staff is friendly and helpful though. Update to this review. Mail order box arrived crushed the first time and then wrong item sent. Tried for the third time and wrong item sent again. Wrong item much cheaper than ordered item will not use again.

I had been with them since 2016.They should stop taking new clients or get better management. Always chaos in that pharmacy. The last 3-4 months have brought in rude workers. Every time I pick something up, there should not be this many issues.Since 2019 they have consistently gotten worse. I am systematically moving my scripts elsewhere. Has became the worst pharmacy I've ever used.Update*It's all CVS and Walgreens in Atlanta I have discovered; not just this one and across the street.

CVS should offer free 90 days home delivery like other pharmacies. The wait is usually very long as the pharmacist are assigned with ten different responsibilities.

THANK YOU Suk for your kind & friendly assistance during my checkout debacle.The Self Checkout wasn't user friendly & then the unexpected downpour wiped out the register's software.Kudos to the patient customers in line as well. The slight downtime ended up allowing me to teach an elder how to use the Self Checkout...win win for everyone.I'll definitely visit this store more often since it's close to the office.Thanks again, Suk!

Today 11-12 I went to get a flu shot. I requested the lower dose due to less side effects and my sensitivities. The Pharmacist Evan ,refused to give me the lower does due to my age. He said he had to go by CDC guidelines and I should go to another pharmacy if they would do it, namely Walgreens. What makes him think he has the right to make that choice for me? The CDC makes recommendations not mandates. I get all of my prescriptions filled there and am going to change to Walgreens where my choices are respected and honored and I did get the lower dose there. Very disappointed

EDIT:This CVS has been a whole lot better recently. I've noticed a big change. And ya know, I haven't always been perfect myself; they've put up with me having a bad day. So, definite improvement on their behalf. They've been courteous even! The pharmacy staff does work really hard and I appreciate them for that.(1 star ---> 3 stars ---> +?)This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I live locally and my insurance is partnered with CVS so I almost always fill my prescriptions there. The lead pharmacist is horribly unpleasant and rude and the attitude trickles down. There is a reason this place has such a low rating. They don't value repeat local customers AT ALL!! They treat locals like a nuisance and a stranger. They take forever to rudely answer the phone. I am about to start driving to Peachtree Road to go to a different CVS. I have only ever been treated like trash here. I had an issue today because I was going out of town soon and they wouldn't even speak to me. They just pass judgement and have no compassion or understanding for individuals, much less regulars. They treated me like a crazed junkie for needing to pick up meds, that I have been getting there for 16 years, a couple days early because I am about to be traveling for work and I don't know how or when I would be able to get to a pharmacy. I wont have a car and I work 14 hour shifts! I am done. I'm tired of being treated so horribly by these people. They may be walking distance but I will drive miles to never go there again.I swear, any positive review must be fake. The pharmacy people are horrendous!! Negative stars!!!

I used this CVS for all of my prescriptions because it is right nearby. I feel bad for the people that work in the pharmacy because they are clearly short staffed. They never answer the phone. I finally decided to try to hold on long enough to talk to someone and that took 30 minutes. Then, he put me back on hold for another 21 minutes and never came back. After over 50 minutes on the line I decided to hang up. They had clearly lost a prescription so I'll just have it sent elsewhere.

I am speaking for the pharmacy staffs. They are always rude and I have known that and we never go there. Instead we usually go to Kroger Pharmacy which recently shut down sadly. For Flu vaccine, I made another visit and made an appointment via CVS website prior to visiting. I got there on time but the staff rudely said that I need to wait for a an hour. Also the website indicated that they offer flu vaccine for kids who are 3 years old and up. Again the staff with an attitude without explaining why said "eh, eh! No we don't." If I knew I would not have brought my child here in the middle of pandemic.This is a very ghetto place. Please don't waste your energy and time trying to get here. You can take care of same businesses at other establishments.

Service here varies greatly, depending on who comes to the drive-thru window. We almost always get great service and helpful techs/ pharmacists, but from time to time something is off. I honestly think the employees who have been here awhile are great, and those who are new are the ones who make waves. Usually, they don't stick around too long, so your odds are good. š

I have given this pharmacy several chances to fill a monthly prescription and some how they have messed up each time. This last time, they changed my birthdate causing my insurance to deny my prescription. I will no longer be using them to fill any prescriptions. The pharmacist is always rude and lied to me when I asked her if she had tried to contact me regarding my last experience. I have never experienced such rudeness from a pharmacist. CVS really needs to reevaluate their caliber of employees because every customer that goes to this location has a terrible experience with the pharmacists.

I've been here a few times to get a covid test. The first time I came, back in september 21', the line was super long and moved ridiculously slow. I took my test 48hrs prior to my departure but the results arrived only 1hr prior to my plane boarding time. The was cutting it really close. The last time I came in November 21', the line was far more reasonable. Only 2cars ahead of me and the line moved quickly. The results came back within 12hrs. I was very pleased.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been too. These guys need to hire!! They have cars sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes just for one truck! If you need anything here plan on waiting 20 minutes.

If you want to receive proper medical care for absolutely necessary prescriptions, GO ELSEWHERE!! I have had issues multiple times at this pharmacy and you get a different answer and a different look of confusion depending on who is at the desk. I had to go back and forth with my insurance company and another CVS to finally receive the very important medicine. If they were properly trained and knew how to do the tasks other pharmacies easily understand, you would avoid multiple trips and be put in a potentially dire situation.

How is this pharmacy still in business? Absolutely terrible service. Rx that was called in was not ready after 24 hours. Was told to just ādrive aroundā and come back in 15 min. Such a miss as this is such a convenient location for SO MANY CUSTOMERS. Is it staffing constraints? CVS - get this sorted out. Help your team there.

I have been filling my family's prescriptions here for the past few months solely because it is conveniently located next to my grocery store (which does not have a pharmacy). The convenient location is no longer enough to keep going there. This is everything you don't want in a pharmacy: LONG waits, unreliable service and unprofessional, unfriendly pharmacists / staff.Not once has a pharmacist ever bothered to ask if I had a question about a medication. When I do have questions about medications (particularly for my 15 month old), I am made to feel like I am seriously inconveniencing the pharmacist and treated rudely. Prescriptions are never ready in the time promised. On more than one occasion, they have been out of the medicine I needed and, rather than telling me, they have just filled the prescription with a smaller amount.One of the cash registers is perpetually broken, making for long lines and grumpy patrons. The last straw was today when I went to pick up my daughter's antibiotic. I took it out of the bag and the medicine was dripping and leaking all over the place, like they hadn't even bothered to put the lid on tightly or wipe off the bottle after making a mess. I wondered if it was even sanitary to give her the medicine.Please do yourself a favor and go to one of the other pharmacies in the same area.

Drove up with a contagious kid with only slippers on when it was raining this morning at 9:15 (their drive-thru opens at 9). Sat for 10 min, rang the call button, and it was still boarded up. Got frustrated and left b/c I couldn't take my little one out of the car. Tried to call the pharmacy itself, on the way home, and was on hold for another 10 min before giving up. I finally had to call the front to ask if they were even there b/c I am not driving back there until I know they have filled the prescription before wasting even more of my time. I am not even confident they have it filled yet. They always fill ones for me that are not urgent. I have trouble, I feel, everytime trying to receive urgent prescriptions. There's always a glitch, When my kids are old enough, I'm done w/at least, the drive-thru portion. This is ridiculous. I called AGAIN and have been on hold for another 8 min. SO frustrated.

Went to the drive thru pharmacy to pick up prescriptions that the hospital submitted for my daughter. At drive up, the window clerk looked at me like what do you want before semi greeting me. I told them what I was there for, there was some confusion about the labeling on the prescriptions but he finally returned to the window, gave me my total, and handed me her medications (a lot of medicines). He did not ask if I have any questions or need to speak with a pharmacist so I said let me see what I have before I drive off. This was such an inconvenience for him. I have never had such service at any CVS or pharmacy for that matter.

This place never has any staff working the register up front. When you finally find someone to help check you out they rudely tell you to use the ONE self checkout they have that isnāt even restocked with bags. I would have used it but I only had cash and it does not accept it. I should not have to track down an employee to check out just for them to tell me it isnāt their job and to use the machine. A machine that doesnāt even accept all tenders and isnāt properly restocked.

Donāt bother using this pharmacy. An absolute nightmare trying to get prescriptions filled here. Canāt get anyone on the phone and always sitting in line for 30+ minutes at the drive through. Super convenient location but Iām going to have to find a new pharmacy.

Made an appointment for a Pneumovax 23 vaccine online and was so pleased with this pharmacy. Meghan, the pharmacist, is friendly, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend this location.

This store lacks proper management. Every time we come it's astronomical delays. Chaos. Clearly not organized. No coordination. They always tell you it's a one hour wait and it's always more than 2 hours. I've been in CVS all around the Nation and this by far is an exception to how CVS works. Horrible customer service. Clearly mismanaged.

Super slow service. I went in today and it took the guy behind the counter 8 minutes to put in my insurance card information. They said that my,prescription would be ready in 10-15 minutes and it took at least 45. When. I asked the casheir how long it would take a the 30 minute mark his response was curt and dismissive. I'll not be returning and I recommend you find someone else to do business with.

Called to ask a simple question about the COVID testing. the leady who was answering the phone was very rude and said we cannot do anything for you at the store and hung up on me - Just wander if it is only me or others have had same experience with this location - that is why the store rates 2.3 out of 4.0. Time to change pharmacy!!!

Had my prescriptions sent over from the doc. They checked multiple times and couldn't find then. Finally found them and said they hadn't started filling it even though it was supposed to be ready. They said it would be 15 min, then they only filled one and it ended up being more than 30. Not the end of the world, but not a good experience.

I have been a loyal customer since it opened. Would not go anyplace else. Only problem is I don't want autorefill scrips. Sometimes it's hard to get these off the computer. Great professionals in pharmacy section.

I wish it was an option for zero stars. There was literally no level of customer service. I waited for quite a bit of time with no recognition. I finally decided to roam the store for assistance. When I found someone, she kept stocking products, looking down and told me the photo service I needed was unavailable š©
