The chain pharmacies are extremely slow filling prescriptions, but Walgreens has definitely got to be the absolute slowest. I can take my mother to the doctor in Carrollton and it takes them up to 3 hours to count out 30 pills. Some of her medications they never have on site and hand to order it. When she used Walmart pharmacy, she NEVER once had this issue. They always had all of her medication without having to order it and ALWAYS had the prescription ready in about 20 minutes and ready for pickup by the time she arrived back from her appointment. The sad part is there is very rarely even one person ahead of her and it still takes them 1-3 hours to fill her prescription. I remember paper scripts at a locally owned pharmacy with half as many pharmacies in town and never waited over about 10 minutes to fill the prescription. I don't know if Walgreens pharmacist is just that lazy or that incompetent but either way it's scary.

Tried to call the pharmacy. The automated system asked me for information when I asked to speak to her an associate it hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a pharmacist. It hung up on me. I tried again to call back. I asked for customer service, it hung up on me. This is a terrible way to do business. I’m not here for anything anymore. I’ll just go to CVS instead.

I just want to give a shout out to Jackie . She is so helpful and professional. She always goes over and beyond for her customers. You can always tell when she's not there, things don't go as smoothly. Jackie and her pharmacist are a great team. I for one am thankful for all that she has helped me with.

I went to Walgreens and payed for $30 worth of store items. I asked for $20 in cash back and they refused to give me my $20 because apparently it wasn’t shown on the system. THEY TOOK $50 from me and refused to give me my money. Cooperate has be contacted. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Jackie was very rude to me ! If they reply on here and try to blame me AGAIN for the 3 15min trips there and back today then I’ll post the whole story! Then she did something to my prescription where Walgreens was texting me saying it was ready but when I go up there it wasn’t even showing in the system out of spite for complaining about her attitude! Well I’m not done complaining about it and when corporate opens tomorrow I’ll have more complaining to do. If it wasn’t for the male pharmacist guy up there I would not have my medicine still! Thanks for nothing Jackie ! I apologized the pharmacist apologized for your behavior and you just stood there and when even look up!

Hadn't had too many problems until I tried to make a return and the supervisor told me she couldn't do it because she didn't know how. Mareen was her name, and what made matters worse is that she had actually done a return for me before, but some how she managed to forget between that time and when I recently went I guess. Anyways, Walgreens shouldn't have supervisors working alone on a shift that don't know how to do simple tasks, such as a return.

Johnny is hands down the best pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to you. Amy is also amazing. I think they make an amazing team.

I love going into the Bremen Walgreens. They always make u feel welcome. And Johnny, Jacky, and Amy r the best. I wouldn't haven't my medicine sent anywhere else. They r the vest. I love shopping in the Bremen Walgreens.

This is by far the best pharmacy I've ever used. Johnny goes out of his way to make sure I have everything I need and I've never walked away anything but completely satisfied. I make sure to go only when he's working because of the customer service he offers. Amazing

I frequent this location several times a week. I respect that the employees correctly wear their masks 😷. This walgreens sells such a variety of items from milk, to make-up, toys and seasonal collectable gifts - currently they have Harry Potter item's. They carry our local Haralson County and Blue Devil school shirt's, hats. As well as have in store photo printing, and flu shots in the pharmacy section.

Doctor sent the RX to the pharmacy at 10:30 am went up there at 11:00 am to see if it was ready was told it would be ready in a hour hour later went back said they were working on it and it should be ready soon 3 hour's later No medicine 💊 was told then the pharmacy was on lunch brack and see would be back in 30-45 minutes what made it so bad it was the pharmacist lying to me about it I feel like maybe my race had something to do with it because I'm white I don't matter well that's fine I'll just leave this here and remove my business to a company that caring and don't treat people like that and straight up lie to them and have them waiting 3 hour's I give them minis five star and ask my family friends and coworker to boycott Walgreens and let them know we're NOT having this

So I have had a million problems with CVS, being my particular issue I have had with cvs for months… I just contacted Walgreens about it at this location-& there was no issue at all. Three minute phone conversation and it was completely handled. Thanks guys!
