It's getting better inside as far as being clean and organized since they did a remodel on the store. I don't like the fact that they only have self checkout and not one cashier working

Staff here has been nothing but polite to me, half the time they know exactly what I am there to buy and let me know if it’s in stock or not before I make it too far past the door. If you have a bad experience here I would bank it on your attitude and not the staff

I found almost everything that I was looking for when I went inside. The only problem there is stock waiting to be put on to shelves and trying to get around it all with a shopping cart. Otherwise, it was perfect.

The staff is nice, but the lines can get very long. They usually keep the isles pretty well stocked and clean and they always greet you when you walk in. Only docking two stars because of the lines and the fact the staff sees the long line but will not attempt to check you out at another register.

When there is a cashier they are to busy having conversation with others to check you out. Usually the workers are stocking shelves forcing you to use self checkout. I only stop here if it is a must.

I use to use this as my go to Dollar General but for at least the last year or so they have fallen way behind. The place is always a mess down isles and let's not forget the many always present huge rolling cart things in the middle of the store and there is always loaded down with 100 bags of dog food, household goods or just random stock. But the shelves are all but almost always bare. Let's also not forget about the 1/50 ratio... Yeah you know, only one check out open no matter if there is 50 customers standing in line. I would rather drive 20 + miles out of my way to go to any other location (or even a competitors store) to be in and out quicker. Also, the employees here are not friendly at all. That is really a quick way to loose a good customer base there Dollar General Corporate folks, your welcome 😉

Dollar General is to be expected... Some days they are busy and other days they aren't. On the busy days you can expect to be bumping into other people and the cashiers are usually a little stressed. On the slow days you can walk up-and-down the aisles with no difficulty and the cashiers seem to be in better spirits. The store is normally clean and the cashiers are 90% of the time busy. The main reason why I give them a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the lack of PPE. The cashiers are too busy with their normal duties to assign someone to stand at the door and clean the buggies and thats understandable, however, gloves and face masks 😷 👌 Should be mandatory for all associates in stores this small.

5 people working nobody can check you out. Self checkout I rung up a product it was to expensive so I just wanted it removed they said we have not been trained on it. Geeez

The cashier was very rude. No greeting when I came to the counter, never spoke a word until she said “ you need to unload your basket!” Oh, I didn’t know I was the one getting paid to work? Lol. The disrespect.

If i could give you less than one star I would....i will not be using this store again...or possibly any other DG.The 2 women working were unfathomably rude, short tempered, condescending even though they were obviously ignorant, demanding, and outrageously impatient on a level I've never seen or experienced in customer service. When I asked for corporate's # and the stores ID # they both refused to give it to me claiming there was no such thing and if there was, neither had access to that infirmatuon. I explained that I worked for a corporation and knew they both would know the store ID # and how to contact corporate office. I said i would stand there until i got them both so I stood there a good 19 minutes refusing to leave. Eventually the younger of the 2 women walked to the parking lot and brought me a filthy receipt saying the # might be somewhere on it while the older lady (the manager) continued to maintain she knew nothing. It took me another 10 minutes to get the # and stores ID # but I finally got both. I was not allowed to check out my groceries earlier because it was 10:02 even though people do it every day. I was, and am, absolutely appalled that a company would allow employees, including a manager, to speak to customers like garbage and then let the workers lie to the consumers face so they wont be able to report the incident or check out. Pretty sure given all that, thatll do it for me and dollar stores...the lady at corporate was very nice when u told her what happened but i still have a bad taste in my mouth. I give it negative 12 stars. Maybe after I calm down Ill decide not to call the Better Business Bureau or a lawyer but I'm not that calm yet. My mind is still blown...I could not have been more polite and apologetic to those ladies for cutting it so close to their closing time..seemed to fall on irate, deaf ears.

Fine except they carry only one kind of antifreeze and it's the kind that can't be mixed with water so it doesn't help when you are in a bind, they need to carry other kinds for all customers.

They have great prices on most store brands and their 'everything a $1' isle offers great savings. Only possible downside is that not every store carries the same products but that can be planned around.

Very clean and lots of space to move a buggy. Not at all like Tallapoosa dollar General. No reason to get a buggy out at tjat place or you will knock eveuthing over.

This store is always full of items, its pretty clean without stuff all in the aisles, and their clearance is by far the best around-it has all kinds of goodies marked down!

I was just in Bremen Dollar General and I use the DGGO APP . Well they wouldn't honor a price that their app gave and the cashier over charged me not to mention very Rude

It isnt easy to find things in the store. THEY NEVER EVER HAVE ENOUGH 12PKS TO GO ALONG WITH THEIR SALE. WON'T BE SHOPPING THERE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. THINGS NEED TO BE BETTER ORGANIZED IN THE STORE. AFTER ALL IT IS A NEW STORE. AN ONE CASHIER THATS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. NOT JUST THIS STORE BUT ALLLL DOLLAR GENERALS. THIS IS WHY I WILL BE GOING TO WALMART FROM NOW OWN.
