I have been using this pharmacy going on a year now. The female pharmacist have been doing well with working with me on my prescription. April 22, 24, there was a man who was operating the front store when I called to check front store hours that had hung up the phone. I called later to confirm front store hours and a lady picked up and I told her what happened and she told me what time they closed. They close at 8pm and I arrived at 7:43pm. When I arrived the man who worked the front store was standing outside the store and I didn't feel safe going in but I needed to get an over the counter prescription my nurse suggested I get. So I went in and there's nearly 15 minutes until closing so I go get the over the counter medication; the man turns on and off the light when I come to front of store and the woman comes out.I check out and go outside the man is back outside standing in front of store but I wanted to use a coupon on my receipt for the purchase, so go in to do so and ask the lady if she works there due to the item being a female item. I talk to the lady about returning the purchase and using the coupon and she goes on to talk as though it was something wrong with the request and said, "I can do it but you just purchased this and technically we're not supposed to do that." I say I'm not sure why you're saying there's anything wrong with using this coupon I just got I'm not aware about this store and coupons how that is anything wrong, she says sorry and I grabbed my items and recipt and left. I called another pharmacy and they did handle the return and allowed me to use the coupon, which was nice and the pharmacist also looked up why I wasn't receiving my prescription from my pharmacy, I feel they performed great customer service. I feel unappreciated as a customer that's been coming to this pharmacy for awhile and also it was a bad customer service experience for the most part so I give 2 stars.

I've been using this pharmacy for the past 3 years...this last year something has changed. You have no privacy. Questions are blurted out to customers by techs and pharmacists that should be private. I've left this store humiliated numerous times, and won't be back.

The Pharmacy Technicians were so amazing! Ashleigh and Karen actually saw that I was grossly overpaying for my medication and they helped me reduce my medication price by over $250!! They went above and beyond to educate and inform me about how to find additional savings.It's this type of customer care that creates a customer for life. Thank you so much Ashleigh, Karen and the Pharmicist that called in to have my prescription transferred!

Rosemary, the Pharmacy Tech, is an absolute rock star!! She went above and beyond to assist me during a very difficult time. My wife had passed away and she always handled all of the "stuff" surrounding my meds. After Rosemary learned only a portion of my story, she leapt into action making calls to insurance and even pursuing discount coupons. Most of all, she was kind and encouraging. The world could use more people like Rosemary. Many thanks!!!

My neighbor needed three pills for her heart and CVS Bremen would not help her. When if she doesn't take it her heart stops. CVS makes enough money that they could at least help her out. We bought her meds but they didn't care if she died. A poor way to treat a loyal customer. She dealing. with them anymore.

They've always have been respectful and I've never been in the Breman CVS and have had to wait a long period of time. They also help me save on different medications without having to have any discount card, she pulled up good rx discount without me having to ask

The pharmacist tries to kill people, wrong medicine, old prescriptions, plus they are SLOW, and lie to you about when your medicine will be ready!
