This place is like family to me. How to put my red nose pit down last year in June she was 9 years old I had her since she was nine days old... Well the first of April I taught my brand new puppy my family said don't go back to the same vet you'll be sad but when I walked in and they loved her and she loved them I knew I was right at home great place recommended highly

I adopted a pup from from a friend who had 9 puppies he could not find homes for. My original vet wanted a lot of money to neuter him. Another friend referred me to Bremen Animal Hospital. Their prices were far more reasonable and they took great care of my pup.Great staff. Friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend these folks

I’ve been using this practice for about 10 years, with multiple dogs, and I have never had a bad experience here! Every person I’ve had contact with has been very nice and obviously cared about my dog-it seems like everyone stops by to pet her or speak to her while we’re in the waiting room, and it means so much!! I’ve recently boarded my dog here for the first time, and I KNEW she’d be getting lots of love, so I didn’t worry about her-TOO much, lol, mamas worry, it’s our thing ❤️ Anyway I highly recommend Dr. Hollingsworth and his staff-they are amazing!

Love this place!! The vibe Is good, the ppl are very nice and the Doc is amazingly knowledgeable. No worries about me ever going anywhere else with my ducks. Yes! My ducks! You see, I searched high and low for someone to help me and no one could. But Bremen Animal Hospital welcomed me with open arms and my pet duck is doing much better because of them. So thank you Bremen Animal Hospital. You rock!!Had such good success with my duck friend Tank/Buddy that I also carried one of my female ducks to see Dr. Hollingsworth. She was down and out with a hurt foot and in need of medical attention. The staff there are great!! They seem genuinely concerned and willing to help me with my problems. And because of such good service I will be taking all of my duck friends here without question. Thank you so much!!! All of you guys are amazing.

Took our dead cat there so they could have her cremated for us and the second we got there they were rushing us out the door for some reason. They didn't get any of our info or our cats name and stuff until we went back inside the building to let the know because we were being rushed for no reason

I have been taking my dog to this vet for 13 months. For those months, I was charged the same amount for my dog to have the shot, which helps prevent cancer. Today out of no where, my visit amount tripled and their only explanation was the cost went up at the beginning of the year. I thought I found a vet who cared for pets more than money, boy was I wrong! Be careful folks!

I took my dog, Lou, to the Bremen Animal Hospital. Lou has never bitten anyone. When the vet assistant came to my car to get him, he was calm and went with her easily. Same as he has with the previous 2 vet appointments we had in California before moving back to Georgia. My dog Lou also has a vibration collar that we have used for training. It is amazingly effective. If Lou needs guidance, you push the vibration button, and he lays down immediately. I gave the assistant the remote for the collar and explained just press the vibration button, and he will lay down. She was positive about the collar and said they would use it if needed. We had only sent Lou in to get checked for heartworms and refill his flea meds and heartworm pills. She also told me Lou would be back in 15 minutes. He ended up being gone for over 45 minutes.After 30 minutes of waiting outside in the car, I still had not heard anything. I attempted to call the vet and was greeted by a short answering machine message. I continue to sit in my car, just waiting. After another 20 minutes or so, two assistants (the one who originally collected Lou and another one) come walking out with a dog on a stretcher. It took me a minute to realize that it was my dog. He was sent in to be check for heartworm pills. They bring him over, and he is obviously drugged, and blood is pouring out of his head. He has a muzzle strapped to his face. I am in shock to see him like this. I wait while they remove the muzzle and drag him into my car. Then they start trying to tell me what the vet recommends like nothing happened and when the next follow-up will be. I told them that I will never bring my dog back. I asked, what did you do to Lou. The original assistant does not say anything. She just stares down. The other lady said he was aggressively barking at a tech, so they wanted to put a muzzle on him. I said, what about the remote? He would have laid down. She said she does not believe in them. I said I gave you guys the remote with the understanding that it would be used if there was an issue. I said I was right outside; why didn't anyone come and get me or call me. I said, I did not authorize the use of a muzzle on my dog and did not authorize you to drug him. I said, you were supposed to bring him back after a 15-minute routine exam; instead, you bring him like this. I asked why he is bleeding. She said while they were trying to get the muzzle on, he was trying to pull away and slammed his head on the floor. She exclaimed that he will be fine and the sedation will wear off in a couple of hours.When I got home, he was still bleeding from his eye. We realize that he is also bleeding from his lip. Turns out when they shoved that muzzle on his face, they caught his lip with it. He has saggy lips, and they folded them into each other, which explains why he was so difficult with the muzzle that we did not authorize. They were hurting him, and he was in excruciating pain. His lip was split and has never healed back fully.I called the vet and told him what they had done to my dog. I told him about the tear on the lip and that his eye had turned red from strangulation. He sounded surprised about it then; No compassion about the issue at all. Lou continued to bleed off and on for a week and a half. I asked him why they did not call me or ask me to come in. He did not answer. I told him about my carpet that I had just cleaned and would need to clean again. He said I should not have let him on the carpet. Again, no compassion or concern for the issues his "practice" had caused. I told him they need to issue a refund so that I can fix my carpet. He thought the idea was funny. I said if you guys are scared of big dogs, you need to post that so people can take them elsewhere. He said he does not see a reason for our conversation to continue and hung up.

Front office staff is friendly. My appointment was at 10 for a rabies shot and I didn’t get called back until 11:05. Doctor is not friendly at all. Came in, never spoke to me (no introduction, nothing) grabbed the syringe to give a rabies shot and that was it. He could take some customer service lessons from his staff.

I called to see if they did boarding and bathing, I was told yes by whom ever I spoke with on the phone. I let her know the dates I needed to board and I would like my pets to have a bath on the day they come home. She confirmed they had a large run and everything was good. I drive 45 minutes out of my way, stand at the receptionist window for a good 5 minutes before they even greet or acknowledge I’m standing there. I check in, let her know we are there for boarding and a bath. We are new patients so I have to do paperwork, I go back to my car fill out the paperwork and wait another 10 minutes for the receptionist to come to my car and tell me they don’t do baths. A wasted trip and a waste of my time. I asked her to please go inside and check with the person I talked with because they definitely assured me they did baths and I had driven a long way, she refused just said again they don’t do baths, sorry. I’m leaving the negative review because this shouldn’t have ever happened given I called first and I was horrified with the customer service at the front. I wondered for some time if they could see me standing right in front of them.

Awful staff very rude and they have zero knowledge of what a feral dog is . A feral dog is a scared dog not a dangerous dog . The staff refused to even let me have an appointment. I'm sure the doctor is great but my dog wasn't allowed to have an appointment because she's a scared dog ...awful staff

Took my senior dog with severe arthritis there after my vet refused to give him the medication I asked him to refill as it was prescribed from another vet. Even though I explained how bad his mobility gets without it. I ran out of the medication on a Tues and by Saturday we were carrying him outside to do his business, and by Sunday he could not longer stand on his own. I called Bremen Hospital Monday morning and had him in to see the Dr by 230. They were very kind, caring, did bloodwork and determined the medication was safe for him to continue. Gave him a shot by needle and refilled the prescription. By Tuesday afternoon he was able to stand and do his business. Today, which is Wednesday, he is able to walk. We are so grateful to Dr Feneque and all of the staff that assisted, hopefully we will have a few more quality years with Hagus.Thank you and we are so happy to be one of your clients.❤️❤️❤️❤️

They are very nice, careful, and genuinely cared for my dogs. They are also very quick and efficient in their work. Isis and Crixus love all of the staff members, and even if they do not like the actual medical work, they do well during their visits. I recommend them 100%.

We LOVE bremen animal hospital. They are a group of loving vets and techs who have fur babies of their own and only want to help other fur babies. They are reasonably priced and never over charge. You even get some freebies sometimes! They are great with my dog who is super anxious. Her recent surgery went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier. We love you guys!

I picked my River baby (3 year old Labradoodle) up this morning after her overnight hospital stay from being spayed. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Bremen Animal Hospital. They made sure all my concerns for her were seen about (skin dryness, ear infection), didn’t mind me calling more than once to check on her, informing me in detail of her stay/meds/etc., and making sure I completely understood all the info. The head teach literally spent 15-20 minutes with me explaining everything. Not to mention her incision site looks fantastic. She didn’t act scared or even sore! I couldn’t have asked for better care from a vet’s office. An added bonus is they were MUCH more affordable than offices within 20 miles.Also, I didn’t cry when I dropped her off. So yay me. 💁🏼‍♀️😆

Nice employees. This was our first visit. We had a pleasant visit. The only thing I can say is the actual Dr. Isn't very friendly never introduced himself so I can't even tell you who the Dr was. So if your looking for a personable Vet this may not be the provider you want.
