Went in for a fried chicken ended up spending over $120. That's not their fault I guess...lol but yeah prices are high here but usually the food is fresh and always good.On this day my chicken was old. I got home to eat and the chicken was not made recently. I started to go back to the store and exchange it but who has time for that?Everything else was fine but as I said it's a little pricey sometimes things are twice as much as elsewhere. But when they have things on sale it's great!

Ordered subs 2 hours ahead of time for a pick up order. Got there at 6:30 and they had not even started my sub yet and there was a line of people waiting for subs. Ended up standing and waiting and getting my sub 20 minutes later. I was trying to get home to my baby after a 12 hour shift. I usually love this Publix but I hope they can figure out a system to get the online orders done when they’re supposed to.

Today I went shopping, I'm new to the country, I placed cash back by mistake and I didn't understand why they were giving me money back and I was discriminated against because I'm Hispanic by an employee with freckles, brown hair, short, white. I dismissively place the bill in my bag. I deserve respect first of all because I am a human being, in my country I am a urologist, a general surgeon and here they make you feel that you are nobody. I deserve an explanation, an apology and I am going to post it on all social networks. Here is the bill

I live in Florida, and wanted to order a cake for my friend who lives in Auburn, Georgia. The lady at the bakery was so helpful, she said she could not make a half birthday cake (like a semicircle), but to order on instacart and put a note. The baker made such a cute little cake and my friend loved it. Her handwriting was so beautiful too.

DO BETTER!!! Add and deals are put next to items but once you go to register they aren’t on sale. Ringing up full price and if you don’t watch it you get scammed out of money. Employees are very slow, lacking any type of enthusiasm and management just doesn’t seem to care… used to be my favorite Public to go to but now I’ll only go when absolutely necessary for emergencies only and that’s not even likely with the other Publix and new Aldi down the street.

Always seems like their prices are just a bit higher than everyone else. Maybe it's me. Don't really price match, per say...but it doesn't seem like you get as much for your money there on most things. But I do LOVE their deli/bakery...their subs easily are better than Jersey Mike's, Subway...anyone really, in my opinion. Usually $8-ish for a whole sub that usually is two meals for me. And....they will let you order a sub with all the "toppings" on the side. So...essentially they will make you a salad for free on the "side" if you ask for toppings separate topping. This was a "hint" given to me by an employee last time I got one. Only works if you're like me I suppose though and eating with a partner who loves rabbit food(lettuce, spinach, olives etc...) and I don't, so my toppings are an extra salad for the lady later. I'll take what I can get these days. Clean store, nice staff. Usually crowded...but good places are...

In Post pandemic world when things are in shortage all over metro Atlanta. I am an Instacart shopper, and and this had to be the most well stocked store I've seen in a long time. Great job on keeping your store full and isles clean

I was just there while ago waiting on a sub , there were couple people in front me . And this black guy behind the counter start to order me no to block the cooler case, and tell me to stay behind the person before me . If you ever been to this Publix, there are not much room to stand at sub counter. That is no way to talk to your customerThere were not many people around I wasn’t block anybody from their shopping.He was telling everybody else about customer service, I think he is the one need more customer service training

Great staff and large selection of wine and food. Premium produce and no lines. It is more expensive than a discount grocery, but the service is amazing. They will load the groceries for you.

I ordered a sandwich at the deli (had to wait a little bit) but the woman who took over from the initial assistant did an excellent job in making it just the way I like it. Delicious!!! Great customer service

Please start training the people at the deli to work faster there’s no reason why I had to wait for 40 min to order a sandwich when there was only two people in front of me who both ordered one sub and there was two employees. This is a typical thing from this deli they love to take their sweet time and talk to customers while there’s a line waiting on them to take their orders it’s ridiculous.

As a Grocery store Publix is always the best, if I can I will only shop at Publix stores. If you don't know the corporate model and how they are as a company please look into it they are good to their employees. The staff is no exception here amazing, friendly, helpful and always with a smile on their face... The problem with this location? It is probably the ONLY old model store that Publix still has! The staff goes to great lengths to keep the store looking great even with this issue, I hope with the expansion of 211, after years of waiting, we will see the new building soon! Corporate please waste every second or dollar on this amazing staff!!!

This Publix offers friendly shopping. The store is stocked well, clean and frequent BOGOs. The cashiers a kind and send blessings after checkout. I would recommend this store for picking up items for the pantry or that special recipe.

Seems a little small compared to other grocery stores. However, well stocked and clean. The traffic situation is awful! Getting in and out of this location is difficult. However, this is not Publix's fault, just a heads up.

We love this store, always a great experience and always have what we need in stock. We recent got a sub in the Deli and Julie was wonderful! She was so cheery and happy to help us. She even recommended a new peppercorn sauce for us to try(we loved it). We will be visiting again to see Julie, she was a beacon of hospitality.

This place was a life saver. Good selection of groceries and their deli and sandwich making abilities are good. The associates are friendly and attentive. An oasis in the middle of nowhere.

I always enjoy shopping at this location. The store is clean and well laid out, staff are always super helpful.The pharmacy staff deserves a special shout out for displaying genuine care and concern, Lindsey and Dale are amazing.The bakery is excellent- if you need a last minute cake for a special occasion (or just dessert), every one I have tried has been really good.The guy usually at the seafood counter (I can't remember his name unfortunately) is always extremely helpful as well. Checkout personnel are polite and pleasant.Kudos to a well-run store!

Not that crazy about Publix. I don't have Publix money, I'm more of a Kroger type. Almost $10 for a chicken can't afford its prices. Plus, the store layout is very confusing to me.

The pharmacy here was supposed to request my medication to be transferred here from Kaiser. But I didn't receive a call back, so I called to check on the status, but they said they didn't have any request from where I put in. So she asked for my information again over the phone, and then she said she remembered and that the phone number on the medication was incorrect for Kasier. So I gave her the phone number to request again and a few minutes later someone called and said that I can only get the new med that was prescribed which was Ibuprofen instead of the medication I needed that have refills on them. She said I have to go back to see the doctor in order to get my refill filled. I don't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. They are unprofessional, and they don't care about the member wellbeing. And they don't follow up.

Review is on the deli, I felt very discriminated against today, I was completely ignored by the older gentleman that was working, he saw we were in line and started doing something else. He was super friendly to the white women who was infront of us. Other workers were just standing there looking at us but didn’t try to help. Until Bill decided to approach us to see if we needed anything.

Always best location to come in and grab a few items. I come here quite often. If I need to buy a weeks worth of groceries, pick a redbox dvd up with a handful of items, or just come check prices. I can always leave with an item I use that is normally in stock and helps me with my food stock. Love this location. Outstanding.

This is one of my fav Publix stores. It is my favorite pharmacy. They are the most courteous helpful staff I have ever encountered. For example I could not get the app to work on my phone to schedule my Covid booster... one of the techs kindly first walked me through the process on my phone, when that did not work she used her phone app to schedule my omicron booster. That was above and beyond her duties. That IS true customer service.
