Easy in and out for me. I've been here several times in the past 2 years. I'm usually an early scheduled delivery and haven't had to wait any extended time. Less than 2 hours to in and out each time. Be careful coming in. Make sure to use truck entrance (2nd entrance).

It's trucking they tell me, but it doesn't have to be that way, with that said here is the issues, had a broker load going to this place with an appointment time, this receiver is located northeast of Atlanta off of interstate 85, exit 126, I started my drive in Winfield Alabama which means I went through Birmingham AL and Atlanta Georgia to get to receiver, anyone that drives understands that both city's can definitely add lots of lost time due to traffic, construction and other conditions, I arrived at petco at and was immediately told I had to leave and come back as I was three hours early, the receiver has a huge parking lot with lots of room, and it's hard to arrive and plan a trip to arrive at just the right time due to location, after being run off for three hours I ended up driving to three different truck stops looking for parking all the while my hours of service where ticking down, these receivers and shippers have little to no respect for drivers, I understand showing up a day early or even 5 to six hours early but three hours or less it's a sad state of affairs, what's worse is the gate keepers are security guards hired to control access and so there's no way to actually get past them to talk to the receiver. I would not recommend if your a driver to come here if you can avoid this place, three hours early and forced to move and come back, very sad indeed added 40 miles to the trip, costing me time and money, in addition there's a memo in my Qualcomm that says load must deliver on time, finable if late..

Great experience, receiving was professional even thou they were missing one person encharge of checking us in. There 8s no overnight parking but if you ask the guard he will point you to another place which WAS previously petco and might be allowed to park there 2 buildings down. Had a 5am appointmet arrived at 4:45am and was done unloading around 6:30am.

Would have rated negative but no option, the guard yells as if they are paid to. Can't you just tell a driver you are too early for appointment? Has anybody resisted to leave or I met somebody who had her personal/family issues? She was chasing me up and down at the parking lot that you can't park here that I can't even stop to call the broker, crazy..

2 guys Mike and Mike on security was super friendly ...appointment was 16.30 ..checked in 15.10 ...no issue out by 16.40 ..great experience.

Delivered there for the first time today. Guard on duty was friendly, as was the woman in the office. Instructions were clear and it only took about 40 minutes to get unloaded.

I don,t know if it was luck or not, it was not bad for me check in 1 hr before my appoitment they gave me a dock and left with in 30 minutes, but the guys picking up were not looking good.

Very rude check in lady at the guard shack.. I ask a question and she starts yelling for no reason .. no truck delivery no JOB .. she needs to get trained in customer service 101..

Unloaded in 1hr, they do not allow any overnight parking per the security guard. If you’re in doors 1-45 there’s a drivers lounge but if you’re on the backside of the building doors 46 & up there’s no lounge or bathroom unless you walk all the way back around to the other side. Overall good delivery, they were fast

They use and abuse employees, they are always looking to hire. Management will work you to death. I am not afraid of work in fact i prefer to be busy with actual work. No matter how quickly you do things they always want faster, but people are trying to be more productive and losing accuracy so twice the work has to be done. Averitt Express isn't immune either they cater to Petco and Petco can do no wrong.

This is quite possibly 1 of the worst places you can work. Terrible conditions, management lies to you constantly, nobody ever knows anything and that goes from supervisor to the facility manager. They say overtime is optional but make it mandatory and point you out. The favoritism is unreal. And the HR people have no clue what they are doing. Avoid this place like the plague you will e neglected, taken advantage of, mistreated, thrown under the bus non stop. And the HR ladies are the laziest people I've ever met with power trips

I will never come here for loading or unloading.5 hours and 30 minutes just to unloadAnd now in the dock for reload 1 hour and 30 minutes so far and still not started.Since 8am here and now 15:01.Owner operators!Very bad experience with them they unloaded an hunt truck within an hour and I was there before that truck .

Was nice supervisor Ann, but only have second shift to unload incoming trucks 🚚. So a driver sets all day,with a 200,000 thousands vehicle making no revenue. Guess when you're a big corporation! Who cares about the personal working for them.

I worked here for a month and half. The whole time I worked here they only gave me 800 dollars even tho I was working 9 days in a row. They gave me 230 a week. They messed up every single pay check and they still owe me around 1500-2000 dollars! My friend was working there and was getting 650 a week doing the same job as me! This is a horrible place to work at they didn’t even try to fix my pay! Now they won’t answer my phone calls

This place is a joke. Will never come here again. Starting at the guard shack the old man is so mad that he needs a nice doggie toy to play with. Was told load is ready waiting on me to get here. Got here at 12:45 now is 7:45 and still here. Drivers be aware. Another driver was sitting here since yesterday.

Easy access, good location but extremely lazy and slow workers, I was on time (they did not take me earlier, strictly by appointments). I spent hours to drop a few pallets.

I was having appointments at this facility but the guard lady she was very aggressive and try to call the police upon me and she threatening me and She say I’m trespassing so she’ll call the police if I’m not leaving well I promise you I’m not gonna come back Here next time
